I recently had both my wife’s and my vehicles inspected and repaired. I am very pleased with the service I received. The folks there are very knowledgeable, professional, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. They had my vehicles completed when promised.
Great, thorough and detailed service. Employees were super nice. Dropped my car off at 8 for a full gamut of routine service and had it back by 10 or so. Will definitely be back!
Price of tires was competitive, and service was completed on time! Using service station in town I could shop, have coffee and also enjoy the waterfront. Station will check lug nuts for free at 100 miles without appt and will rotate for free every 5,000 miles with oil changes; which I will take them up on. I will definitely be back to have my vehicle serviced at Colby and Gale!

These guys were great in helping us get our Nissan Rogue back up and running! Very responsive team, and informative + courteous along the whole way with the work and inspections we had done. Honestly, can't recommend them HIGHLY enough.
As usual, they did a great job. Never been disappointed with their work. I'll give them six stars! And, this time they even got us in before our scheduled appointment, due to a cancellation, to replace a very noisy and worriesome wheel bearing.
Took great care of my 1990 Ford F-150. Needed a lot of work, and they were right up front about it and offered me options for how to proceed. We did the necessary work and the truck is back to her old self. These guys know old vehicles; they also know how to treat customers with respect. Highly recommended!

I'm very happy with the quality of customer service and the technical expertise of the team at Colby & Gale Service Station. I recently left my 2007 Honda Ridgeline (280,000 miles!) for a state inspection, as I have done for several years. The technicians routinely perform a comprehensive inspection of the entire vehicle, not just the components required by the state inspection, and provide me with details, photos and recommendations concerning the condition of my vehicle. This information is extremely useful for on-going maintenance of my vehicle. I'm a very satisfied customer.
Always nice to see the team at Colby & Gale. Although we only visit for one month, they always take great care of us. Great service and incredibly generous with their time. We always look forward to seeing them whether we’re getting gas or need help with tires. The best!
Superb service. We were visiting from 800 miles away with acceleration problem to our vehicle. Called multiple garages with everyone stating the first appointment for repair would be 6 to 8 weeks. The only option would leave the car and come back and get it in a few months. We pulled into your station and Dan, the assistant manager, could not have been more accommodating. He diagnosed the problem, corrected it with the repair to a sensor in a few hours the same day and Essentially saved our vacation. A very big thank you to his friendly accommodating Attitude and Service. Thank you, Dan.
Daryl and his team were fantastic. Our automobile broke down while on vacation several days before a busy holiday weekend. No station in the area was willing to even accept the car to look at much less repair. Colby and Gale made time for us, communicated extremely well, and did a terrific repair. We highly recommend Colby and Gale.
Another great job executed by the guys at Colby Gale! The entire team is great and both Daryl and Dan are top notch in customer service. I really appreciate the detail they give in bills and that the bills match their estimates.

These men are fabulous! Routinely terrific. I ran into an unexpected problem and even though I didn’t have an appointment and they were fully booked in advance, they found time to squeeze my car in. They are honest, fairly priced and the only garage I will ever use for my cars. They explain and have saved me from repairs I didn’t need as well as ones I did.
The BEST service ever and they didn’t even have time for me but made time for me when I had engine problems. They took the time to explain the problem even pulling pics and videos up on the computer to show me how it was supposed to work. They figured it out within one day and I didn’t have to return when the tow service came as they oversaw that for me. Reasonable prices, human customer service versus a computer and they did more than what they promised well within the timelines promised. I wish every business was run this well and with so much integrity. If I could give them 10

These guys squeezed me in their busy schedule while I was on vacation in Maine as my check engine light had come on and I was to leave a day later. Their service was incredibly friendly (like really incredible)!!! They diagnosed my issue quickly. Their communication was incredible. I received detailed texts with the report/diagnostics of what they had found and recommended fixes. I could just tell these were honest guys who definitely know how to run a successful business! Only problem is that I live too far away to make these guys my regular mechanics! Thanks to Darryl and the crew at Colby and Gale for a great experience!!
These guys are great. I trust them. It's nice to have a neighborhood mechanic to go to. We have a 20+ year old car that they keep going. I love that they provide photos of what is wrong (when possible). They take time to explain why they're recommending a service or repair, and they will also alert you to things that will need attention down the road so to speak. They've let me know when repairs were still covered by their warranty when I had thought that time was long expired.
Daryl and the crew at Colby & Gale do a great job! Excellent service with a prompt turn around time! We’ve been very impressed with their diligence and speed in addressing problems as well as performing regular maintenance on our vehicles. It’s a SERVICE station, with an emphasis on the service!
Best. Garage. Ever. I have never had an experience as I have had TWICE at Colby & Gale. Darryl is the best person to be greeted with, he is informative, realistic, helpful and honest with you about the results/repairs. They get to know your car with a baseline which I can imagine helps to diagnose things in the future as well as provide you with knowledge on your cars health/safety. I will never go to another garage - we drove an hour to bring our car to these guys because of their amazing service and knowledgeable work. Thank you Darryl and Dan - every garage should strive to be even half as good as this one.
