What a great thrift experience! Everything is well organized and if you need children's clothes, they are in one building. Adult clothes are in another building! The prices are just right and all the clothes are in good shape.
Younguns is the perfect place to find something for everyone! A nice variety and fast turnaround on consignments, it’s always my go-to spot. I’m constantly saying, “Thanks! I got it at Younguns!” – Great clothes at great prices. The best little consignment shop for anyone on a budget!
Don't take your stuff here for consignment. I dropped off five slightly used mens reg fit suits and have never received a penny or a call. I went back in to look for them and they are gone. You wouldn't throw away these $300+ suits. Oh well ....Lesson learned.
I saved everything from my daughter’s 3-6 month period including a sit me up seat and a high end wearable carrier and many high quality clothing items and brought it all to Young’uns. I didn’t have an account so I set one up and left all of the items with a young girl who assured me it was fine not having my new account # on it in a trash bag as they request. Weeks later, I sent my mother in law there to shop for my kids and use my credit and they said I had zero credit. I have called and left a message trying to find out if it’s true, but they don’t return calls or answer the phone. Surprisingly, the customer ahead of her in line had $97 in credit that she knew nothing about! I’m so disappointed, I was planning to get the next round of sizes of clothing for her with that money. Will continue to travel to Lots for Tots from now on, unfortunately.
Fair prices compared to most consignment shops so its the only thrift store ill go to, and make the 45 minute drive for! However, they dont seem to thoroughly check the conditions of their items, and the employees are often a little rude, especially on the phone.
This is an amazing childrens consignment shop and a valuable local resource. We don't have many options locally to purchase children's clothing, and it can be difficult to travel to Rockland, Brunswick, or Augusta when weekends get so busy. I love coming to Younguns, the prices are wonderful and I have found so many great items for my infant son at very reasonable prices. The items are always clean, and I have saved a lot of money by buying used. Glad we have this shop in our community.
I've been shopping and selling my clothes here for years! Great place if you're willing to take the time to look. I have found things for everyone in the family at good prices from baby to adult. And I usually shop free with the profits from the items I've sold. Definitely recommend!
It is so wonderful to have this store right in town. Convenient location and the merchandise flips so fast you always know there is something there you’ll need! Cheap prices, good quality. Go. You will not be disappointed!!
I’ve been shopping and exchanging clothes here for 17 years. They recently hired new employees that are very rude and mean. Yvette is the rudest of them all. She hurt my feeling and made my child cry. They have good clothing at good prices. Bad employees now days
Seriously this is the BEST consignment shop EVER! I may be a little addicted to shopping here! Their stuff is always clean and in great shape! The store is well organized and the staff are very friendly! They have a kids store and an adult store and they have everything! This is where I shop for my kids now and even for other kiddos in my family when they are in need of something. Everything is like new! They do a very good job with their store. Consigning here is great also! Super easy! so easy I bring in one bag and will leave with two because I can’t go in there without looking around to see what’s new!
The staff alone make Younguns a great place to shop. The owner treats her employees and customers like family and make you feel like a special guest while you visit, happy to answer questions and help you find what you need. 9 times out of 10 I find what I'm looking for and always at a fair price. Offers such as 3 for 99 cents baby's clothing, 50% off, clearance. Would suggest if you have never been here to take 30-60 minutes for your first trip and bring shopping money as there is a lot to look through. Incredible selection of clothing for all ages. Adult store, children's store, toys, books, hard goods, jewelry, puzzles and games, "big ticket" items us parents are always hunting for like cribs, carseats, bedding and mattresses, etc. Always reasonable. You are bound to leave with something you were looking for and at a worthy price. Overall a great community clothing store.
I absolutely love this place. It is a treasure trove of affordable clothing for both of my kids. (3&5) make sure you have plenty of time to dig through the racks. I also love to consign my kids gently used clothing, toys, books, etc. they have a great assortment of sporting goods, toys, tons and tons of baby clothes, and I always do a big seasonalshop for my kids here to kick start a new season. thank you, Younguns!
Deals can be found if you can put up with the rude and unfriendly staff. Never smiling. They try to rush you out 15 minutes before they even close so they can walk right at closing time. I suggest the owner/manager concentrate on training.
Young'uns is a terrific place to shop for gently used/new children's clothing. There is a great selection, sizes are clearly marked or by age group. Not only do I save money shopping for my grandkids but they love the clothes. The staff is very always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!!!!
Great place for used children’s toys and clothes - low prices and the occasional killer steal - bikes, ice skates, skis never know what you will find : )
This is a used clothing store where u can go and find very gently used clothing for the whole family. There are 2 separate buildings, one for adults and one for children. Such a great idea! The adult building is separate from the children's! This place is very organized and super clean! She's got a system that seems to be working extremely well!
We stopped in from out of town. Was very happy with the selection and price. I didn't realize there was an upper section until another customer told me.....
We have had really good luck finding cleats for my girls. This is a great second hand clothing store for children. The prices are very fair. We seem to be lucky and seem to always find something for my children. The clothes are in good condition and there are many name bran clothes Also the building next door store is a woman clothing store with some mens clothing upstairs. The prices are very fair.

The store is split into two fronts women's and children's. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized, prices were easy to find and they even had a 50% off specific color tags making some items as cheap as $2! The children's side was a little bit messy but that is to be expected when children are in a store full of stuff for them!
