This is a lovely absolutely wonderful lovely place I'm certain the food is fabulous it was just out of my price range and because it's seasonal they really need to make the money that they can so they can continue to do it next year had I had a job that paid a little more I could have had a $15.00 + lunch. I think it's wonderful I just can't afford it. I broke my ankle in three places and simply have not been able to go back to work quite yet. Gone is the cane and I'm learning to walk.???

The food was awesome. You could tell that the oil used for deep frying was kept clean and changed. Service was fast and sitting up on the hill was quiet. Food was awesome

Fairly quick service. Seems like a popular place. Ice creams were huge. Plus it's pretty cool that it's a drive-in and they bring the food to your vehicle.

Friendly staff, great food, and minutes from our home which can be convenient in the summer for a quick stop with little kiddos. The only reason for 4 stars is that over the five years since we moved to the area, we have watched this place get more and more expensive. I understand that everything has, but it seems a bit much for me to spend $20 on a meal for one person. They don’t offer snack or lunch sizes, just one dinner size or kids meals. I usually end up splitting a basket with my toddler. The playground area has gotten better they have added some things, but it’s pretty unsafe in appearance.

Good food. Great car side service. Loved it! Prices were good too.

I used to come to fast eddies as a child many many moons ago. After returning to the area I decided to bring my husband and daughter for dinner one evening for a little nostalgia. We were treated with utter rudeness and disrespect. The woman taking our order asked what I wanted on my burger and I explained I prefer cheese only then asked about condiments whether there was a place to apply my own and she responded “no that’s why I asked what you wanted on your burger and you said just cheese.” In an incredibly rude and degrading tone of voice. I apologized for my misunderstanding (although not really my fault as she provided ZERO guidance on what came on the burgers and the menu stated nothing about it either) and asked for ketchup and mustard. Upon receiving my burger it came with mayo and ketchup, I respectfully returned to the window showing that my burger contained mayo and not mustard as I’d asked (I can not stand or tolerate mayo in any form) and her response was “what do you want me to do have them remake it?” Yes I would like the burger that I ordered. A few moments later the burger was “remade” by which they had attempted to scrape the mayo off leaving quite a bit still on the burger patty and covered with a slice of cheese and adding new ketchup and mustard to the top. My husband seeing how upset I was returned the burger asking for a whole new burger be made. Once the burger was corrected the food was enjoyable. The ice cream and ice cream service were good. It was incredibly disappointing to return to a childhood staple and be treated with such disrespect.

This is off the beam path but well worth the stop if you're. Good value for the price, with some entertaining about you. The food is not gourmet but just as good as some of the higher priced restaurants. I got the seafood platter with a side of salad.

Very unique place. Decent food, best surprise were homemade potato chips. Only suggestion is to carefully read menu as waitress will ask if you want fries with your burger but they are extra and they dont let you know. I would let people know chips are homemade, best part. Prices are decent and wait staff was sweet and accommodating to my allergies. Definitely would recommend going and when in area will go back.

The burger this time was a little off tasting. But everything else was good. Lots of outdoor seating. Inside also. Icecream shoppe too.

Love this place, obviously being a place myself and others go to seasonally. Service was fast but got some attitude when asking if the “cheese curds” were Wisconsin cheese curds which are known cheese curds or if she knew what kind of cheese it was… got a look like i have 3 heads. Wasnt rude exactly but just zero sense of welcoming or being aware of what im ordering. I dont think its too much to ask what kind of cheese it is they are selling? They probably could have had a sale, but nope. Staff doesnt know what they are selling. Gordon ramsey would be disappointed i think. Other than being ignorant to the business and what it provides the service was quick and food was okay Not worth 30 dollars though for what we got. Food was fine and it was fast. I think our waitress should take hints from her Co worker (who ever had the Colby college hoody on) because the other waitresses (not ours) had happy customers and seemed happy to be there herself. Wish this business the best. Maybe a meeting where they go over the menu as a teak would help?

First time there. Was recommended by someone who said their lobster rolls are the best. They are!! Such a cool and interesting place that's a throwback to the 50's, 60's and 70's. It's like eating at a museum. Will definitely go back again.

Overall great experience. The fish and chips was okay more than out of this world. The burger and sandwiches my family bought where just okay. Nothing special, we love the Elvis section and the whole ethnic field

Great little old fashioned type, drive-up and eat in diner with ice cream! Think of grease lightning! You'll love the poutine, my 10 year old definitely did. Waitresses were friendly too! Outdoor picnic tables, a small (older) play area (think metal slides), a few swings, and bean bag toss game! It was a cute set up and fun place to check out.

This is a really unique, nice place. The food and service were great. Really nice 50's style car hop. The milk shakes were nice and thick. The burgers, fries, onion rings, and everything tasted great. The scallop dinner was tasty, too. The home-made ice cream was amazing as well.

Enjoyed eating there today! Had the Seafood basket and Onion rings and everything was delicious ? Loved the memorabilia, and classic atmosphere. Will do the driveup next time!

I ride my motorized bike into this place as if I’m a motorcyclist lol. It’s my favorite place locally and the whole family enjoys it when we drive in. Great food, awesome lobster rolls, really good ice cream (and a lot of it!) and it’s just a smash hit with all ages. Cool drive-in feel, a Jersey rock (I’m from Jersey originally, therefore I know good food also), a play area that my kids love, and awesome service from kind employees. They will bring you your food and are awesome at remedying problems like spilt ice cream.

Pretty cool place in Maine. I ordered the Grilled BBQ Chicken sandwich and the blueberry milkshake. The food could've been better, but it could've been worse as well. Overall, the chicken was cooked well. The BBQ sauce that should've have been on the chicken was literally splashed on the inside of the container itself and not on the sandwich at all, but at least I could rub the sandwich in the sauce. The blueberry milkshake was good, but tasted more like vanilla, but that's okay because it was still pretty dang good. The clam strips my wife ordered was on point (I snuck a few) and tasted pretty good.The service was overall pretty good, and if you are eating at the location, the atmosphere is pretty awesome. They were pretty busy, so I'll mark off the BBQ sauce not being on my sandwich as a mistake made by someone who is busy. Whenever I'm back in Maine, I'll still try them again.

This is a fun and super friendly spot to stop for lunch or dinner! The atmosphere alone is worth the visit but the staff on every single visit have been amazing! You must try the fried Oreo at least once!

First timers. Friendly quick service. Friday afternoon. Not busy. Menu typical casual food. Grilled BBQ chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries accounts for 2 stars. Nicely cooked on both accounts. Cheesburger bacon blue cheese and fries. Eh. Burger pre frozen and showed. Totally grey inside from cooking. Fries ok. Overall would we go out of our way to come back? No.

Stopped by Fast Eddy's in Winthrop today. Had heard great reviews of this place, so I had to check it out! Did not disappoint!! Cheeseburger with bacon was incredible! Mozzarella sticks were perfect. And they offer car service if you like that 60s flashback kind of experience... It's definitely worth a visit!

Really cool place. You can walk up and order takeout, stay in you car and get carside service, or take your food to one of the many picnic tables. Menu is extensive, but we opted for the haddock basket and the clam strip basket...fries were the best! Both were excellent and healthy servings. Great servuce and very fair prices. We really enjoyed our lunch.

We were on a motorcycle trip to Bar Harbor, ME from Alton, NH. On our way home, we stopped here to eat dinner. What a cute little place! This place was hopping! So many people. The kid at the window taking orders- Reece- was adorable! He is gonna be famous one day with his quick wit and good looks ?. The food was great and the ice cream was phenomenal. Great atmosphere and service. They have a little dining room and lots of picnic tables outside. Stop in if you are in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Great old Drive-in experience. Works wonders for maintaining distancing. Best Fried Clams I've had in awhile. Seafood platter was excellent. Worth the drive. Update: back again Had seafood platter, was excellent. Best fish in ages

My mother was craving haddock. When my friend suggests here. Remembering how much I enjoyed going here with my husband we went. We were not disappointed. The service was quick and friendly. The food was excellent. My mother complimented how good it was with every bite. The price was very reasonable too. A great day out with my mom and my friend. I recommend going here.

Awesome experience! Love the retro look of this place! Burgers were amazing! The lobster was definitely NOT our cup of tea...everything else was phenomenal! Ice cream...the BEST!

Phenomenal food! arrived fast! Clean parking lot! Waitresses all wearing masks! Very organized food delivery, basket racks hang on your window like the old days;) We'll be back for sure ?

What a great place!!! A real drive in eatery, like order and eat in your car like it was 1950! Best malted milkshake I EVER had. Nice assortment of menu items, good lobster rolls. The decor inside is fabulous, and the wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Great outdoor area for kids. Don't pass this place.
