These guys are awesome! They have been straightforward, and their pricing is beyond fair. They were about half of what the dealership quoted me and actually came in under their quoted price.
Best mechanic around the Waterville area, by leagues. Trust me, I've tried them all! Always courteous, will squeeze you in when they can, and the work is quality that they stand by! You won't find cheaper labor or better expertise for most vehicles than here!
As a woman, I highly endorse this place for their honesty and good workmanship. I drive (or get towed) all the way from Augusta to use them- they’re that good. Fair, quick, honest and thorough.
I hate to leave bad reviews but I had my engine replaced it took like 8 months and when I got my car back after paying over 4,000 and only having my car less then 2 weeks the transmission went. When I called he said the are two separate systems. Clearly I have done research and the transmission and engine work together and in my type of vehicle the transmission is tempormental it doesn't even have a dip stick cause your supposed to monitor the temp when adding fluid. Well anyway they said they weren't going to cover it when clearly something was not done properly. So frustrating a year without a car and paying a lot of money for nothing
Saved me a good amount of money, I told em that I thought I needed an alternator. They called in quick time and said I needed just a battery. Savings of over 200 bucks. They could have easily just said it was the alternator and the battery and I wouldn't have doubted

If I could give 6 stars I would. I had an issue with my car and needed an urgent fix due to traveling , and within the day they were willing to take the time to check my car out. Not only did they fix the issue, they did not charge me and this was on a Friday at the end of the day when it was busy. I cannot recommend them enough, and was impressed and grateful that they were willing to take the time to help me last second free of charge.
went here to get my brakes replaced last minute and this was the only shop that took me because they realized it was urgent! so i really appreciate being able to accommodate me under the circumstances. the repair was pretty quick and also loads cheaper than the other places i had been quoted for. i survived the 700+ mile trip back home so 5 stars for making sure I'm still alive
Great crew of guys. Best most honest shop I’ve been to since I have lived in Maine. Won’t ever go anywhere else. I have had trouble at every single shop I have been to in the Waterville/Winslow area besides these guys. I have a bad habit of being impatient having other shops do things and in the end I end up back at M&M to get it done the right way. I’ve learned my lesson there my only shop now.
They did a great job installing my fuel pump, gas straps. Not overly crazy on the inspection guy. He supposedly found frame issues and other issues with my truck that another inspection station didn't find hmmm
I'll give em 4* because the guy I made an appointment with was wicked friendly. I got some new tires put on, that I purchased elsewhere, and when I drive the car home, the front end was shimmying past 45mph. Immediately, I knew the wheels needed to be rebalanced and I immediately called to get the issue fixed. I was told COVID ran rampant through the shop and almost everyone was infected so it'd be a few weeks before they could balance my wheels. I called in two weeks and was told the same thing, that COVID is running through the shop and it would be a couple weeks. I had to get this done, as I had a three hour trip to make. I understand the COVID excuse,, I really do. I just do not understand what customers are supposed to do. The retailers are covered...
What about the people spending the cashola.
I've only been in the area for a little of 2 and a half years this time and as far as I'm concerned , he does awesome work and I've found a new shop to have my work done at !!!
It's hard as a single woman to find a shop that you can trust. These guys are amazing. I've gone no where else for the last 6 years and I don't intend to go anywhere else.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST staff. Prices are very reasonable. Will not "pad" their repairs like some places do. They will tell you the truth, including if it's worth it to put money into it. I've had them do everything from a simple sensor replacement, air conditioning repairs, a full engine replacement and everything in between. Word of warning, because they are honest and do good work, they are busy and it may take a few days to get you in. It's better to wait for the good place to do the repairs instead of going somewhere else and having to keep returning over and over again for the same thing.
The guys at M & M Auto are simply the best. I'm new to town and needed repairs (new engine) on my car. The best part of needing a new motor was meeting this team. They're knowledge, responsive, honest and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend M & M Auto.
I've been bringing my Fiat here for a long while now and I really like the place and people. They do great work for reasonable prices, and they've never tried to push other things the car doesn't really need like other places I've been. Definitely reccomend them.
Helpful friendly staff. Owner is thorough on stickers. Price is fair. They are fairly busy so id recommend called ahead of time. But they almost always can get you rite in regardless. Located in town winslow, across the street from a good park/local playground. So your kids can play while work gets done. Also a nice good sized waiting room for customers.
This is the only garage i will go to!!! I have never had any trouble since i started going to them 5 years ago. Their work is outstanding. They can fix anything. Jaguar, Stealth, fieros Most places are to scared to work on my cars because of what they are.. Not this place they fix it all.. Love this place
Always worked with me to fit me in to fix my truck even when I screwed up and missed appointments, and had good reasonable priced, far better then the dealership prices that's for sure! The guys always had a smile on their faces and took time to explain everything!!! Definitely will return for future business!
