I’m incredibly pleased with statewide towing, service they arrived very fast (shortest time I ever had to wait actually) I’m a truck driver so I run on a timed schedule and Rowe Palmer got the job done fast and efficiently. I was back on the road in no time thank you for your help

They stand behind their work! They were great when my transmission went in the middle of traffic in Downtown Gardiner and towed me back to the shop for a diagnosis. They fit me in and gave me a ride in their warm truck. Very nice people and honest to deal with. Will definitely refer others and go back in future when needing service or a tow. Centrally located and responsive business.

I walked in to get a quote/ make an appointment for tires for my car and waited for service. They woman behind the counter was going on about how this guy in front of me was being offensive and she said " I would punch you in the face if you said that to me" I didn't want to deal with a Karen or someone who was promoting physical violence over what was obviously a joke. Very unprofessional behavior wouldn't take anything there if that the customer service given, so I left.

Got stuck in Wiscasset ME.Man with out the help of Rowe I would have went nuts. Got me rolling fast. I was able to deliver my load today. Thank you Statewide having guys like Rowe. TEXAS here I come. OH YEAH.

Needed a heavy wrecker, never a good day. Toby showed up over 30 minutes before the already prompt eta of 90 minutes. Service was exceptionally quick, professional and friendly. Not only got my truck where it had to go, but made an unpleasant situation nearly enjoyable. Great service and great people. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I was in a car accident. These guys towed my vehicle to their lot. I tried to pay for the tow and they kept saying I had to wait for something to process. Finally a week later they told me I could pay the bill but it was now over $600 because of the week my car spent on their lot “taking up space.” Keep in mind their lot was empty and their “space” isn’t in high demand. Don’t give these people your business. They will 100% rip you off. Awful people, awful business. EDIT - the response to my review from the business is expected and hilarious. So if I come in and show you guys where you ripped me off will you make it right? I have more photos and a transaction history, I just want to know if you will make it right before I share those.

They go above and beyond. Whether you need a heavy wrecker. Or a truck repaired they get on it quick and efficient!

I anticipated a very long morning to deal with a flat tire. Statewide showed up in a timely manner, provided excellent service and a warm cab on a very cold day to get me on my way! Thank you Statewide!

On Nov 4th the driver Nathan came to assist one of my neighbors in Palermo with his truck. Upon his arrival my neighbor had just slipped and taken a bad fall appeared to have hit his head. Nathan went out of his way to keep him calm and restrained from further hurting himself till the rescue crew arrived . His actions were above and beyond and I wish to thank him for it. Myles

Statewide recently participated in our Trunk or Treat at Togus. Our pulmonology department had a vehicle set up and the battery unfortunately died. Without skipping a beat statewide brought their vehicle right over to jump start the car. Not only were they timely and professional, they were kind and respectful as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service! I was stranded in a remote part of Maine with my Tesla Model Y after several towing companies refused to help. Statewide Towing Inc. drove over 3 hours to reach me! Josh arrived with a smile, was extremely knowledgeable about towing Teslas, and treated both me and my car with great care. He took me to a tire center nearly 2 hours away, offered me food and an energy drink after my 10-hour wait. Truly above-and-beyond service, professional, kind, and personable. I’m forever grateful and highly recommend Statewide Towing Inc. to anyone in need of a tow.

We had just gotten hitched, when our car broke down on our way back from the ceremony. We spent 3 hours getting scammed by a company. Called 3 other companies before someone suggested Statewide. From the initial call, to being picked up and dropped off, they were all about customer service. The app showed us their eta, and continously updated us. Josh, our driver, was so professional. He made sure we got comfortable, and asked what music we liked. We HIGHLY recommend this company. Don't call anyone else.

These guys are great. I had two antique/classic cars to move. Driver Bryce was fantastic. Extremly professional and very efficient. I highly recommend them. In fact, I already have to others!

I called for a tire change due to striking a curb, for my sister because she was using my car while I'm on my honeymoon in Florida. Apparently, the spare was flat when the roadside assistance showed up, and I guess this towing company doesn't service their equipment regularly, because the airline in the truck had a hole in it and they had to go back and get a different vehicle. Because of this, it ended up taking an hour and a half to get the tire changed, and we were ultimately charged $200. Absolutely ridiculous. I could've bought her a AAA membership and paid the penalty for using it immediately for less than what I was charged today. And I absolutely would have had i known it was going to be like this. 0/10 call anyone else if you need help in the Augusta area and don't want to be ripped off

From the initial call, after hours, I found them to be very friendly and eager to help me get the Auto transported to my home. They were very prompt to arrive and load the vehicle. I was sent texts at each step. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Statewide Towing!

We had a scary situation on the side of I95 with a flat tire on our camper. Your worker came quite quickly and got us on our way. Excellent service!

Statewide towing out here still providing the same great 5 star service! Unfortunately, my vehicle got totaled but fortunately Statewide showed up within MINUTES of me rolling my car. These guys really are the best in this area, quick, reliable, efficient, and caring! They also helped me out by letting me know of the law that recently passed that makes insurance companies pay out a max of $500 for towing and storage fees!! This helped me out so much as I had no means of affording the tow bill without it!! THANK YOU STATEWIDE TOWING!!!!!

Statewide always comes through. They set me up with new Goodyear tires for my suv and they beat the price of 3 local shops! I have also used them for brakes, inspection and oil changes. They are very reliable, quick and can really do any job for your vehicle.

This company towed one of my trucks and I have to say very professional from mechanic right down to the owner, The owner is absolutely on his game. I would recommend him over anyone.. He’s located in Chelsea Maine and he does a lot more than just towing highly recommend him from tires to some top mechanics in the garage

I called for Roadside Assistance for a “flat tire”. Technician removed the tire, installed the spare, and put the “bad” tire in the spare tire’s location. I asked if he knew why it flattened. He said the valve extender was loose. I didn’t ask him why he changed the tire if the loose valve extender was the problem because by then all tools/jack were put away. After he left, I checked the spare and had to put air in it. It was reading 60 lbs and had to be filled to 80 lbs. Thank goodness I have a compressor. -1 Star “Lost” one of the nut covers and didn’t say a word. -1 Star (Picture of missing nut cover attached)

I found myself in a tough spot when a hose on my truck was damaged, leaving me stranded and unable to move in the middle of a hot summer day. It was a dangerous situation, but Statewide Towing came to the rescue within an hour! They showed up with two trucks, which made the whole process go smoothly. Not only did they tow both my truck and trailer, but they also had storage space available, which was a huge relief. On top of that, the mechanical work they did was incredibly efficient. Their professionalism, quick response, and attention to detail turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. I can't thank Statewide enough for their top-notch service!

RV'rs!!! Here's your port in the storm! Lisa sounded like an angel after calling SO many places and told "we're 6 weeks out". IYKYK - when you're on the road and you have an emergency - there's NOTHING like the words "bring it in & we'll take a look" It turned out to just be an over filled trans fluid leak, but the vibe, the courtesy, and attention was amazing, bar none! If you're traveling around these parts (in ME) & in need of some assistance, don't hesitate to call. They are a full service, towing & repair family feel place!

Statewide did a fantastic job unloading an oversized pool enclosure from inside an 18-wheeler, onto a heavy duty flatbed tow truck and then down to the work area beside the pool. Very courteous and professional! Highly recommend them for all your towing needs.

Liftgate seized up on the Penske truck that I was using while at a delivery in Rockport. Rowe, the mechanic that serviced me had me back on the road in no time. Really appreciated his timeliness and handling of the situation. Thanks!

Rowe arrived promptly, evaluated the situation and determined that the vehicle starter had failed. He contacted the company to send a large wrecker to tow the disabled vehicle back to U-Haul. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

I had the most disastrous start to my day while going down a treacherous driveway to collect a client. While the client cancelled, I had to be on my way to the next one. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to climb the steep and very slippery driveway, my car slid off the driveway and halfway into a ditch at a 45° angle. Yikes. Roadside assistance was called and a two & 1/2 hour report time was given. I called the number on the text and spoke with a very pleasant and understanding lady at Statewide who told me that a driver had already been dispatched and should arrive within 30 minutes. Nate arrived soon after and quickly assessed the situation. With great care and a good deal of repositioning he was able to get my vehicle onto the flatbed. He hiked through deep snow to secure an extra line around a tree so my car wouldn't slip completely into the 4' deep ditch. This was definitely an interesting event for us both! I could not have expected a better outcome and was happy to be back on the road. The entire situation was handled with utmost care, safety, and professionalism.
