On the September 25, 2024 I came in and got a front bumper, a front headlight and a 16 inch tire rim. Kae gets to the register tells me it's $600. I give her 4 $100 dollar bills and 4 $50 dollar bills and then she makes a receipt for headlamp $75 bumper $300 tax $ 23.38 comes up with total $448.38 which total is $398.38 and she puts her buddy's name on my receipt. She was paid $600. This place is not where you want to do business. So dishonest.

I waited quite a while for an engine for a customer of mine, then called about another part only to get the same line from another salesperson... "We'll call you back" is obviously just something they say. I run my own garage business and when I'm trying to find parts for my customers vehicles I kind of like to have a yes or no answer not a I think I can get you one and never call me back answer.

I bought a wheel there for my Chevy Impala and they were prompt at finding me one for a spare. The price was fair also. I would go back in the future for used parts for my vehicle.

I tried for over two months to get Paul’s to come tow a vehicle for me. I understand the tragedy that befell the business during the time, but after those issues were resolved, an employee told me someone would be out to tow my vehicle in the next day or two. No one ever came and the end result was the car being towed at my expense instead, and ultimately I could not afford to get my vehicle back due to the 650$ bill I received from Mike’s towing. My experience was horrible and I could not possibly recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly staff. The item I bought was reasonably priced. And they have a good return policy just know if you bring it back there is a restock fee.

Great place with reasonable prices to get used vehicle parts. People behind the counter seem friendly enough as well. On average, I use Pauls Pick-A-Part for parts here and there maybe two or three times a year. Just dont forget your 10mm socket.

Junk yards are wonderful places to gather parts that fill a need, but need not be brand new. The saving on used parts alone make these places special...

Thought they weren't very friendly and weird how I paid at one place then had to drive 5 miles to a different place to pick up my motor

Called, asked for an older part, he looked it up, said it was upstairs, took my name and number incase he couldn’t locate it. Went in, told him my name, he had part waiting with my name on it, Paid and left. Easy peasy. Easy to find and convenient parking.

Tire blew out 100 miles from Home while in the area for work with no spare. Luckily it happened right next to Paul’s. The girl behind the counter (forgot to get your name sorry!) sprang into action and found me a quick inexpensive solution and got me back on the road quickly. A+ customer service, love to see it!

Very good people to deal with. They have many used parts at reasonable prices. If they don't have they can find it for you AAA+

This place is just beyond a joke. I call to see if they have a fender I need, they have two options black and white. I tell them I want the black one They call me back about 5 days later and tell me the part I ordered is ready. I show up and the two ladys can’t seem to be bothered to stop their full conversation with each other! Not another customer to acknowledge my presence.Finally they do and I go outside and the fender is white, I get they are not in the color matching game but a little warning would of been nice first, but even worse is this thing is dented at the bottom and is just a terrible part overall. I go inside and the lady struggles to explain to me why they have failed to provide me with the original part. Place is a joke and avoid Paul’s at all cost. In response to Paul’s reply: I appreciate you taking responsibility for your shortcomings to notify me of the change. However the claim that these women were busy is just untrue. I get they are your employees and you wish to defend your employees but these lady’s were not busy with much of anything just plain ignoring someone standing in the lobby.

Over the years this company has helped find me parts for almost all of my vehicles Fast quick and friendly I have sent many people in their direction and recommend this company all day!

Busted my rim, and came here for a used one. It was ordered and I was told it would come in five business days and I would recieve a call to pick it up. Five days went by, no call came in. I called on the sixth day to see if the rim had arrived, and the lady told me that she had no idea when it would arrive, so I waited a couple of days longer until the spare tire I was using reached it's limit. I went to the dealership and gotten a brand new rim for $170. I went back to get my $68 deposit back from Paul's, and since there was no manager at the time that I went, the lady took down my info and told me she'd call me in the morning to see if I could get the refund; no call back. I called a week later (Nov 3rd, 2021), to ask what happened to my refund, and this lady got my card info _again_, and told me my refund would be back within 24 hours. It has been well over 24 hours, and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. I would not take Paul's at their word, and would not be recommending them elsewhere. I just wanted my deposit back since I never got the rim or any notification about the rim, it just dropped out of existence, but I couldn't even get my deposit back and it's very unprofessional.

My son had called everywhere in Maine looking for a part for his vehicle. Nobody had it. Called dealership and it would be $700 for this part, brand new. Someone mentioned Paul's pick apart to him and he called. Sure enough, they had exactly what he was looking for, they'd get it ready for him and, it was $65! Great place for random used auto parts! Great prices too!

Good mix of vehicles, a few classics with a lot of modern vehicles. Nice to explore a u-pull type place. The staff was very friendly, the pricing was fair.

Amazing experience on getting a fender for a 2013 silverado. Extremely friendly and did there best to help me. Did get me a perfect gm fender. Ever need anything as simple as a fender will definitely go back to Paul's.

Always a Great Experience dealing with these people! Stopped by, looking for a unique-size truck cap. Found one! Perfect Condition! Same color as our truck! $50! The workers came running out, to help us load into our truck. Super Friendly & Helpful. Excellent Crew here!

I took my pick up there to be junked for a great price! They've always had the parts that I called about and everything worked great! I will continue to do business here!

Most unfriendly place iv ever gone into. 2 people sitting there cant b bothered to talk to you. Look at you like your from mars! Was never in there before today. and i won't go back!! Not a good way to do buisness in my book!! Not helpful at all. Rude!!!

Will never buy another part from this place ever again ordered and picked up struts for my car And they gave me the wrong parts that I wanted and then could not answer the phone from the time they open till the time they closed on a Friday nor could they return one of my 30 calls/messages whatsoever horrible place to buy parts

NO ONE has time to find out weather they have the tires that I need. First I spoke with a lady who said she was the only one there and feel free to come out and look for my self. The second time I called I spoke with a male who also conveniently said he was the only one there and they do not have time to go out and look for every customer. You have to go and look yourself. Called for the fact that I just blew a tire and the other one will blow so driving 45 more mins on it I my not make it. I said I guess I'll have to look some where closer. They really don't care about customers or there safety. I didn't even get to what else I needed for parts. EXIT 27 IS MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP. Thanks for not being interested in helping a form regular regular customer. I have found a new place to take our business. Response: If you would have offered to go out and look in an hour or two or so I would have accepted your offer and appreciated the fact that you took the time to do that for me but that was not offered. Even after I stated to you my situation. If that's your best to send customers away; I see why there are so many bad reviews.

Paul's pick a part is a joke. Got ripped off! Supposed to have a 90 day guarantee on parts but will not go good on the $400 part we bought that crapped out after 2 weeks! All the different parts places I spoke to couldn't believe it when I told them and reassured me that they would absolutely guarantee their parts hassle free! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Excellent place to do business with. Friendly and helpful employees. Its the 1st parts yard i call when i need a part and hardly go anywhere elce for my used parts.

The staff is great, they took me seriously and searched for me for a transmission across the state. They found me one, which ended up not functioning correctly, so they replaced it with a brand new one for the same exact price. They've always been helpful and courteous and I love going to them when I need parts.
