UPDATED EDIT: Josh and Andy reached out to me directly and went above and beyond to make things right. They arranged and are covering the cost for a local shop near me to repair the transmission, which is more than I expected given that it’s been two years since the purchase. I want to applaud their effort and commitment to standing behind their product. While my initial experience was frustrating, their response has shown integrity and customer service that deserves recognition. This is the type of customer service that is hard to find. I would not hesitate to work with Aplus in the future and would recommend anyone interested in working with them to do the same. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Purchased a “built” transmission for my Silverado from Andy Lane, after completing a complete restoration of my classic body Silverado I can say with confidence that working with A+ was the worst vendor of the entire project. Transmission was disgusting when I took possession of it covered in grease and oil, broken bolts, and best of all when I finally get it installed and the truck tuned I find out that the truck does not go into gear until the transmission is up to temperature. Even then it slips and will need to be removed for repair. These guys run a sloppy operation and are scammers. Don’t trust them. Paid $6000 for a major disappointment.

I bought my suburban from these guys and we loved the experience so much that we went back for my spouses truck! Hands down the best place to go if you’re purchasing a new ride! Matt is the best of the best!

My experience here was wonderful , found the vehicle I was interested in on CarGurus … the next day one of the guys reached out to me and we set up a time to look at it …. EDIT: I received a call from both the service & sales departments about my review. While I appreciate them reaching out, it does not change my feelings or review. Original: I fluctuated between a 2 and 3 star review for this as I am reviewing all 3 aspects of the business after I was t-boned last December. Auto Body: No complaints at all! They coordinated with me and the wrecker company to pick my car up from Portsmouth NH. They did a full evaluation and deemed it a total loss. Sales: We had our eye on an orange 2016 Tacoma with less than 50k miles. A really difficult thing to find so we put a hold on it until insurance was done post accident. When we went back to purchase the truck, they were very helpful and the process went smooth. This is where it gets iffy because we feel the truck was not properly looked over before being sold. Fast forward 3 months to doing the first oil change. My husband is a mechanic so we do them ourselves. Now the truck had a sticker stating that the oil change was done in December by the dealer. When we drained the oil in April, we found metal flakes and shavings. Like a significant amount that points to a serious issue. Took pictures and called to send them over and determine next steps. We had purchased the service warranty so they swapped out my truck with a loaner to evaluate. The evaluation was completed and I was told they would schedule the work when they got approval to order parts from the warranty company. Finally heard back from them middle of May that the warranty company was just swapping out the motor with "one with 20k from Texas". Dropped the truck off for the engine swap on May 29th and was told "probably about 2 weeks" till pickup. Now, my review of service. Service: Their communication with customers is atrocious. They had my truck for over 2 months (may 29-aug1) and in that time, they did not reach out to update me on their own. Every time I was given an update (lift broke, waiting on parts. Waiting on parts to put the engine in. 1st engine no good, waiting on 2nd. Waiting on parts for 2nd engine. Our tech called out all week.) I was the one that had to call or email asking for an update. They didn't reach out on their own until my husband called the sales office and complained. I received my truck back on August 1st and took it to Toyota the following week for a general look over and transmission flush. Toyota stated there were numerous wire ties and harness clips on the engine that were broken and not holding things down. But they didn't not find anything mechanically wrong. Truck runs like a dream now with the new engine and transmission flush. I may have just been unlucky with the vehicle I purchased, but this whole process has not instilled any faith in this auto group. Since I only commute to work, its slightly concerning that my truck, in their words "had a catastrophic engine failure", in 2 months. Makes me wonder how much inspection they give to their trade ins. In my opinion, they did the bare minimum and took their time to get my truck fixed as it was a warranty job. Yes I had a loaner from them, but 2 months without my personal vehicle is ridiculous. I may be open to utilizing their auto body and sales units, but I will never take my truck back to their service unless it is warranty and I have no choice.

This place is amazing. I went in with both of my vehicles, and they worked with me on amazing f250 Tremor. I would like to thank everyone that helped me yesterday. It was nice to meet almost everyone when me and my brother was there. Thanks again definitive will recommend this place for all your truck needs!!!!

We were in the area looking at another vehicle. Google directed us to this dealership. We looked at a 2022 GMC 3/4 ton truck, talked to the salesman, got the purchase price for the truck. Tested it out, and was extremely happy with it. The selling point for us is that they have a lifetime warranty on the power train of their sales vehicles. Definitely was the best deal we've ever encountered. I've been recommending this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a truck. No pressure, straight talk,and easy to deal with financing. I'd go back again if we ever needed to purchase another one.
