The strawberry blonde at the Windham Napa is super rude, seems to hate her job/life! pretty sure she gave me the wrong parts on purpose. My husband spends a lot of money here and to be treated like crap is totally unacceptable
This location has consistently had everything I’ve needed. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the store is consistently well-stocked and organized, making shopping easy.
I had a great experience at Napa in Windham. Richard came right up to me and offered to help me pick out my windshield wipers, and even showed me how to put them on my car. Thank you Richard!

I run my own mobile mechanic business called autocorrect and I’ve only used windham Napa store for all my parts for every job, the manager Tyler set me up my own account and prolink account and I love it they always are on the ball and get me what I need and take complete care of me. Tyler, Walt, Tim, and Richard are the best in the business and I wouldn’t go anywhere else they are great I go into the store multiple times a day and they are always helpful.
Always have what I need in stock and parts are good quality. Like using there app and helps with matching up parts I need for my vehicles . Staff is friendly
I walked into the store and was greeted immediately, but had to wait in a short line that moved quickly before I could be assisted. I went in to find a replacement headlight bulb for my VW and have it installed, but I went into the wrong Auto Parts store for installation....it's next door. The auto parts clerk offered to return the product for me if I wanted to go to the competition to purchase and get it installed. If I didn't have someone available to install it, I would have. That's what I call good customer service.
Smells like an Auto Store (petroleum), good parking.

Jack at North Windham went way - way beyond the call of duty for me. He spent about 20 minutes with me for a $15.00 air filter that no one else ( Amazon or O'reilly) could get right.

I use NAPA monthly to change the oil and filter on my car, my mother in laws minivan and my sons truck ( alternating of course). The associates are always polite, always knowledgeable and always offer a receipt! Best prices hands down and A+ customer service. They have my buisiness!
The pack of headlights I wanted was already opened so they gave me a great deal on 2 of the individually packaged ones. Been my go to parts store for quite some time and I plan to keep coming back.

I've searched the internet for the struts I needed for my old Subaru - to no avail. Then I stopped by NAPA and they had them, and had them at 20% off. Made my day, and helped me get the project done.
the counter help was very helpful, even when telling me that what I needed was only available on Amazon because having a hatchback means specialized stuff!
Good staff. Very helpful. I lost the receipt for my battery, staff member went above and beyond to find it in their system from 16 months ago so that I could get it warrantied
I bought 4 NGK BR9EG spark plugs a week ago. I can't find my receipt. I took all they had. They have since replaced the four plugs on their shelf. The plugs should never have passed quality control as the grounds are defective. So now I have $17.00 worth of spark plugs I'll never use. Erica told me to call corporate. Never going back. Never have this troble at NAPA.

Napa parts are the best. I always use Napa for my parts. The warranties are great. The guys are always helpful. You can pre-order online and its ready to pickup. If you sign up a a commercial customer they even deliver.
