I got into a fender bender on a Sunday afternoon. I called Don's, and Bryan was there within 30mins. He was so very sympathetic, concerned, and accommodating. He was also prompt and professional and extremely affordable. This family business is truly worthy of a 5 star review! Thank you for your help Bryan.

Unbelievably friendly service for a tow company. Was picked up by a driver named Bryan, truck arrived within 35 minutes of calling, and the service I received was beyond accommodating. Highly recommend.

Bad Service , Lied about saying that didn’t get any information from my insurance company about getting a tow and had tracker saying that they would be arriving around 7:06 and 7:36 never showed up and my insurance company call them as well asking them when are they going to pick up my vehicle and lied to them, so my insurance had to call a different tow company just to get my car towed to the destination needed. highly do not recommend.

Don's towing moved four shipping containers to my home yesterday. It was not an easy location but their skill level made it look easy! Their equipment is impeccably maintained, and all the drivers were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needed towing and flatbed services.

Needed towing from the interstate and Bryan came quickly. Great guy, made the tow easy and quick. Went out of his way to take my wife, child and me to our house afterwards. Overall 5/5 experience! would gladly support them with my business again.

Very prompt and good service. I broke down with my work truck and trailer and luckily he was able to get off of the turnpike, I was referred to Bryan, owner of Don's towing. I was lucky I was because he had the setup to be able to move my work truck, my trailer, and me and my dogs all at one move. Very safe and very good and clean equipment. Very responsive to other customers, the guy is never off the clock. I would recommend for anyone that's in a bind with a need of on-road service or even just auto calls or moving items from point A to point B. Nice to see your family business staying alive after several decades and staying in the family.

Had a flat tire. He showed up under 30 minutes despite the cold weather and was quick to get me changed over to the donut. Super friendly and wicked helpful!!!!

So thankful for Don's, let's just say it's been a shit day and on top of it all I locked my keys in my car and can't find my spare. I called Don's and they were out to me in well under an hour and had my car unlocked in 2.3 seconds if that. Not to mention the gentlemen who unlocked my car and I spoke to on the phone were so kind and had great personalities. I will definitely be recommending Don's in the future and using them again and again (I know I'll get locked out again lol). Thank you Don's Towing I appreciate you 😊

My car stopped because of empty fuel while I was on my way to a fuel station. I called several towing companies which said they will be available in 2 hours. My inaurance couldn’t do anything as well. Don Towing was quick to respond to me in under an hour and towed my car to a fuel station nearby. They also waited for me to see if my car still works after adding a bit of fuel. Definitely will call them again if i need help again!

I think it was the grandson of Don who took my car to the muffle shop. I'd recommend them based on their timeliness, friendliness, and length of time in the community. Good company. Good people.

THIS IS THE BEST TOWING COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. Myself, my wife & our 3 week old broke down on the side of 95, car completely toast. We called for a tow & eventually Don's showed up to check in on us given the urgency & danger posed to my 3 week old. Their driver PARKED behind us with his lights on, to block & give my family a shield to cars passing going 75mph. He could have easily just left until a Tow arrived. Once a tow arrived, they brought us to our desired mechanic shop & even waited for us to pick up our car rental. I could not believe how great of an experience this was. Cherry on top- the price was the best I received after calling around a few times. I wish I could give 1 million stars. Don's Rules.

Hands down the nicest tow truck driver we’ve ever encountered. He was also very good at his job. He switched trucks to make sure there was enough room so we could get home. This company was also very prompt in helping us. We will definitely be using them for our towing needs and will definitely recommend them!

Had a great experience with dons! I showed up and he helped me fix my tail lights and looked over the rest of my van. Was very professional and respectful and got everything done in a timely manner, and he also noticed an issue that none of my past mechanics have! I highly recommend dons towing to anyone in need of automotive repairs, towing, used parts, or a good quality used car!

This was my first towing ever and I can say I had an amazing experience. Bryan handled the towing and given the fact that he showed up to the scene faster than 35 minutes at 1am shows his dedication and his passion for his clients. He made a 40 minute drive home feel like it was only 5 minutes. He shows his understanding and sympathy towards his clients during his conversations. Definitely will call Don’s if I need any towing!

Just had a late night dead battery. Almost called in to work because I didn’t think I’d be able to get a jump start at 11:30pm in rural Maine- but Brian with Don’s No Preference showed up in literally 10 minutes after contacting Gieco Roadside assistance. Awesome experience, they got out to me pretty quickly. The driver was super polite (sorry man I forgot your name) and easy to talk to. We had some good conversations about Volkswagens. Least painful towing experience I’ve ever had.

Excellent driver and very friendly. Was quick to arrive and great price for the distance. This is honestly a life saving company that was quick to help and very nice and I recommend. Had an issue with my car’s battery/alternator took it to Pep boys twice was told it was the battery each time and charged me the full labor for a battery install each time around 350$ my car kept dying each time Pep boys then quoted me 1200$ for a new alternator. I decided I’d get my car repaired here because the tow guys have been incredibly friendly with me each time these guys only charged me a 3rd of what pep boys was going to charge me and they did a great job. I will be taking my car for repairs and maintenance to this place and only this place in the future and so will my girlfriend. These are honest repair people who do a great job that’s rare to find these days. If you are reading this review and are undecided of where to go these guys won’t let you down. I would’ve saved a lot of money if I had just brought my car to them the first time and you will too.
