Purchased a used vehicle from the main dealer. Check engine light came on during the test drive. They scheduled me for a two day appointment to fix the issue causing the light and to undercoat the vehicle. They repaired the engine (very extensive) and i walked out with no bill, a clean truck, and contact was good for the duration of them having the truck. I inspected the truck extensively. Im a tech myself and am familier with the repairs they made. I inspected thier work very carefully and I found no complaints with the workmanship. I drove away and am extremely satisfied with the repair. Only reason for not giving 5 stars and I dropped off my truck before business hours and left my keys in the key box. I recieved a call the following day that I missed my appointment. (I had not). After discussion, human error in collecting my keys from that key box was the culprit. I can respect that admission. I work in the dealer world and we all make a mistake sometimes. Even with the best of attention. They pushed me through the extra day and by the end I would call myself a satisfied customer. Based on my experience only, I would recommend Lee Auto for purchase or service work. They have successfully kept my business over 6 years. Update** After this engine repair, I had a grinding sound coming from my driveline somewhere. I called and they told me to bring it right in. Diagnosed the intermediate and axel shaft. Ordered parts, and that took a couple weeks. Dropped off on Wednesday to have the repairs completed. Went to pick up Wednesday night, and they LOST ME AGAIN! DIDNT DO THE WORK BECAUSE THEY STAPELD MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSES. So I had to return the next day. On Thursday afternoon I get a call that the parts they ordered were broken and they were doing everything they could to get me replacements. I called and spoke with the Manager who I told It felt like they didnt want to do the work. He offered me a ride/shuttle and I was in a good position to decline. My wife works with me so I had transportation. On Friday they completed my repairs without further incident. My takeaways from this expirience: Lee, you lost my repairs TWICE. I've purchased multiple vehicles from you, and this is not the treatment I've come to expect from you. The service manager was not supported properly by his team. The two techs that did the actual work were the Rockstars here. No complaints with the work they did. I would caution anyone going in for service to be ready for the runaround. Calling and telling the operator you need to speak with someone about a complaint sends you on a goose chase between different locations. Once my warranty is up, I will be seriously considering taking my business elswhere. Just very disappointed to do so. After this update I've dropped my rating to 2 stars. 1 star for the techs doing a great job, and 1 star for Lee standing by thier used car warranty. I did not have to pay anything out of pocket for these repairs. Each loss of my repairs takes away 1 star each and the final star due to my feeling that since this was warranty work. I recieved the run-a-round. Please do better Lee.

(UPDATE from 1 star) My wife is a travel nurse specialized in Alzheimer so always on the move. Her Voyager minivan broke down in August, starter. Her contract was up the next week, and she had to come home (Oklahoma). After a week we got a call that they found antifreeze in the oil and needed to tear the engine down. October rolls around and they say that the tech working on it is no longer there. I contacted someone higher up because it was excuse after excuse and no contact. November (still paying for a rental) and now the new tech is just looking into and ordering the starter. December there is no contact, I call the warranty and they say the shop hasn’t talked to them. They send out an adjuster and recommend a new motor. Now the shop says they found a used motor with 80,000 miles at no added cost or a new one, but we will have to pay $2000 in addition to the warranty. I say no to the new motor, they then call my wife and try to sell the new motor $1700 and it has 3 year warranty. She says no and is told that the motor is already in the van. Call again higher up, then they say, “we will cover the motor cost”. February (over 5 months), finally done and the cost is $2800. Yes…new front and rear brakes and rotors. I had said NO to brakes (have a new set myself here in Oklahoma). After butting heads, they offer to take half off the brakes (funny to same price as the motor swap). These folks should be ashamed. Wow, just wow. Winter now, so much for flying up there and driving back so $1600 to transport from Maine to Oklahoma. UPDATE: Update. Gave 2 more stars because they reached out and credited the brake cost. Still have issues to work out. I got the van back and unloaded it at a local dealership. Drove it home, about 10 miles. It's smoking from under the hood. The next day I work on it for several hours. Found several bolts loose. oil cooler, valve cover, broken dip stick and the top motor shroud had no bolts. It's now at a local dealership and they are searching for the oil leak. Thankful for you guys working to make it right but still not there yet.

Lee is not for me or for you. If you need warranty work, be prepared for a long wait....other garages will tell you this which I experienced. Communication was very poor. They said they were going to do something, they did not do it even though I was charged for it. While sales might go well, service is a failure...even though I bought the truck from Lee. I just got another truck, from a different dealer, already way better service and communication. Lee is not for me....instead of the normal posting, if you want to talk, you have my information.

Purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee L and had all-terrain tires installed to replace factory all-season. Found out that the alignment was off. I am now expected to take time off of work to have this fixed for something that should have been checked prior to the vechile being sold.

There were issues with the truck that were not disclosed during the purchasing of my vehicle and I feel like they are not being taken care of in a timely manner. On a side note, Evan was pleasant to deal with.

⭐️ 1 Star Extremely frustrating experience with the service department. I brought my 2022 Ram 1500 in with several documented concerns. At first, I was told there were no issues found — including after a pressure test when the coolant was visibly below the minimum line. I was also told there was no oil leak, despite visible oil around the valve cover. After multiple days of delays, missed promises, and almost no communication, I was suddenly told the truck now needs two new head gaskets. That is a massive diagnosis change from “nothing is wrong,” and it completely destroyed any confidence I had in their inspection and diagnostic process. On top of that: • Items we clearly documented at drop-off were never added to the service notes • Promised inspections were not completed • I was told the truck was “ready,” but no one called to notify us • This is not the first visit where communication broke down — it happened last time as well At no point did I feel informed, taken seriously, or confident that the vehicle was being thoroughly evaluated. If this is how serious engine issues are handled — first dismissed, then escalated days later — that’s a major concern. I would not recommend this service department if you value clear communication, accurate diagnostics, or transparency.

Everyone was so great and easy to work with from the collision center, to sales to finance. Highly recommend Lee in Auburn!

I purchased a brand new 2025 Jeep Willy Wrangler from Lee Auto in Auburn. After removing the rear windows, I discovered a large chip hidden under the window frame. The dealership said they would try to repair it under warranty, but when the warranty wouldn’t cover it, they simply sent me a quote from their collision center instead of taking responsibility. In my opinion, this showed poor business ethics. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage, they shifted the repair cost to me. A brand new vehicle shouldn’t leave the lot with hidden damage that the dealer won’t stand behind. I won’t be doing business with them again.

The Team at Lee Nissan Auburn and Mr. Lovering made sure my first experience with purchasing a lease vehicle was easy. All of my concerns and questions were answered with patience. I was well listened to and I’m extremely happy with my new car.

Bottom line; we got exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Though it's a 2021, our Premier Forester could easily pass for newer vehicle! Clean inside and out, new tires, and a pleasure to drive. It WILL take a while to master the intricacies of the Subaru system but Destinee and Sarah continue to be helpful. Thanks All! Robert C.

I took my truck in the camera was not working. They fixed the camera. I took the truck home no issue. I went to put something in the bed and the tailgate will not open. I call at 8:04am they tell me well that’s to bad the first appointment to fix it is sept 4 I said no that’s not acceptable. Oh I will have someone call you. Ok couple hours later she called me telling me well you have an appointment. I said I bought a truck to use it not to look at. She said let me talk to the tech and I will get right back to you. That was at 10 well 5 pm came and I guess they were still talking because no one has called me. Customer service sucks

I recently purchased a used 2022 Jeep Wrangler from the Auburn location, and once again had a great experience with Cam Edgecomb, who has helped me with my last four Jeep purchases. Cam is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He truly takes the time to make sure I get exactly what I’m looking for, without any pressure. I continue to return to him because I trust him and know I’ll be treated with respect and honesty every time. About a week after the purchase, an unexpected error message appeared on the dash, and I was unable to drive the vehicle. I met with Aaron LaBelle, the service manager, on July 3rd, and he immediately stepped up to handle the situation. He arranged for the Jeep to be towed back to the dealership and quickly secured a rental car for me so I wouldn’t be left without transportation. While issues like this are never ideal, the way Aaron responded showed true professionalism and care. He made sure the situation was resolved as smoothly and efficiently as possible, and kept me informed throughout the process. That level of customer service makes a huge difference, and I really appreciated how he handled everything. Cam Edgecomb and Aaron LaBelle at the Auburn location continue to be the reason I keep coming back. I’ll definitely be recommending both of them—and the dealership—to anyone looking for a great vehicle and a team that stands behind their customers.

Very nice experience at the Lee Jeep Dealership in Auburn. The salesperson, Matthew Votto was very knowledgeable about our new Jeep Compass and assisted us after the sale with setting up our phones in the Compass. There was no pressure at all, loved it! Go see Matt if you want a pleasant vehicle buying experience. The finance department was very helpful and explained all the different items we could purchase. The entire staff we were exposed was very friendly. We replaced our 12 year old Jeep Compass (Red one on left) with this new one. Our 2014 Compass is going to be given to a family member to use. This vehicle run as good as it did back in 2013.

Why is it the when I has service done on my 2020 Murano at Lee Auto Nissan in Auburn and everything is fine, I get multiple contacts asking for a review but when something goes wrong, I don’t get anything from them. Last Friday I brought my car in for a scheduled appointment to replace a defective sensor. I was told that I had to bring the car in very early and had to leave it because the car had to be cold for the, to work on it. I brought it in at 7:30am and was told it would be worked on around 10ish and it might a couple of hours. I was given a ride home by the shuttle. I had not heard from them at 2:00pm so I called. I held for a good 10 minutes while the receptionist tried repeatedly to get someone in service pick up to speak to me. She then said she would send them an email with my inquiry. Forty five minutes later I called again and asked them to send the shuttle to pick me up so that I could speak to them, IN PERSON. When I arrived, I spoke to the service advisor and he gave me the run around that he had told the service tech several times during the day to repair my car but had been put off. Lo and behold, I had not been there more than 20 minutes or so when he popped in to tell me my car was ready. I was NOT a happy customer!!!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing from Lee. I was greeted by Ryan Ross outside and he was eager to help me. He was not pushy and was a great listener. His boss was just as wonderful and researched information for me. My total experience was awesome as they kept my price within what I was looking for. I would recommend them first.

Glad we went to Lee. First time ever leasing a vehicle. Went to other dealerships and no one ever discussed with us the option of leasing. They made it a priority to hear what we were looking for and gave us the time to make decisions without pressure. Really great experience, absolutely recommend.

Lee was great. I called with a unique problem and Katie was awesome. She understood my problem, was empathetic and provided a few options that could help as well as a few cost estimates. When I was scheduled for service, it was easy and Matt made sure to call when done. Often times places say they will call, but they don't. Thanks Lee GMC.

Talk about a wonderful dealer experience. As someone who works in the automotive industry, I have a unique understanding of the important role a quality sales team plays in the reputation of a brand. The folks at Lee Nissan (talking to you Paul in sales, Julia in financing) exude the down-to-earth, humanistic air of regular folk helping regular folk; all in an intimidation-free environment. Can't say how how much more this should be the standard in vehicle sales; people genuinely helping people through as huge a financial situation like buying a vehicle. All smiles here and I look forward to many miles ahead. Thanks.

I don't usually do reviews, but I felt I should share this. I bought an Audi at Lee Dodge in Auburn, yes an Audi, which was a smooth purchase for the most part. I have the Lee oil change plan they sell you when you buy your vehicle. So naturally I called to have my oil changed when it was time. I called on a Monday to schedule on the Friday of the same week. They schedule me at Lee Honda for my service, which is fine I thought. Friday comes and my oil change is scheduled for 3pm, so I arrive at 2:50, at 3:45 the technician comes to the waiting room to inform me that they don't have the oil filter or oil for my car, so they have to run to the parts store to get it(apparently the parts store was not answering there phone for them to deliver). It took them 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change, they couldn't reset the any of the maintenance codes. They didn't seem very confident on having the right amount of oil in it either. It was apparently too late to run it through the car wash, which I'm assuming they must do as a courtesy. I hate that it was that horrible of an experience! I walked out of there at 5:20 and very confused on what had just happened. I have remaining oil changes left but will not be going back, which judging from the way we were treated they will be glad not to have my car back. I do understand that an Audi is very different then a Honda but it was just an oil change.

I had such a positive experience purchasing my Honda HR-V at Lee Honda! I worked with salesman Phil McGall, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and down-to-earth. He was patient, showed me multiple options, and did not pressure me at all. He really goes above and beyond and my mom (who also got a new vehicle) and I were both very impressed with him. And my experience with Finance Manager Sarah Pike was also very positive. Highly recommend!

Not at all what we expected from a professional body shop I have two different color blacks now I have a new black and my old black which is 2018. My expectations were much greater than that not to mention the inside. Was filthy not at all what you see for an ad on TV you come in for service and you get your car cleaned Didn’t happen to purchase a brand new jeep Rubicon after I got my jeep back, but I think I’ll change from jeep now and buy a truck where they have an excellent service department not only waited months for this very disappointed with the way it was returned to me and it took two weeks to both on four doors in the hood I don’t know that’s all they were doing. They certainly wouldn’t so I’m not happy with my first and last experience with them.

My experience with Lee was great, start to finish. From the minute I showed interest in my Ram there was no lack of commitment from everyone involved. Nathan Bishop was my salesman and had answers for all questions asked. Very helpful and made the whole process enjoyable. Dylan finished with a pile of papers to sign, but kept it very entertaining. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I got my Subaru Legacy back in January. When I bought it the touchscreen radio was broken. I went back and I told the salesman and he told me to call David Poisson. I called David and told him what happened. He quickly made me an appointment to get it looked at. It was decided that I would need a whole new radio. Immediately the part was ordered. The shipping took quite some time, but David called me as soon as the part was in and we made an appointment. The day of the appointment I was in and out within an hour. Great service, no hassle, and genuine people! Thank you for everything!

I recently bought a Chrysler Pacifica van at Lee’s Auto mall in Auburn. Although I live in Caribou, it was worth the 5 Hour drive down to Auburn! At first, I dealt with them over the phone, it was hard finding the vehicle that I wanted, and they advised me to put a refundable down payment on the van until I can get there in person. I’m glad I did as it took me weeks to find the van that I wanted, anywhere within three state area of Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts! Believe it or not finding an all wheel drive van is difficult. Our sales person checked in with us every step of the way, and was ready for us when we walked in the door. The van was washed, prepped and ready for a test drive. I brought my adult daughter with me and her service dog and they made all three of us feel incredibly welcome. It was a warm day and they even brought a big water bowl out for Max! I feel like this dealership went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted. They knew the point of the van was to make her and her service dog comfortable and they went out of their way to include her and all the decisions. I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle here as well as recommend them to anyone in the area. It’s a huge Auto mall and there’s so many different makes and models, but the one common thread is the decency that they show towards the people that walk through the door. It was not just about making a deal or selling the vehicle. It was about making sure that we were 100% happy. John Thibodeau was our sales person. If you get a chance to work with John, take it!

We needed a new truck, and spoke with Sarah. She was thorough, and understanding, and didn't leave any options out. She knew exactly what we were looking for, and had found it for us. Most sales reps at dealerships tend to be pushy, Sarah was just the opposite and helped us through everything. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car or truck, to go see her 😍🥰

When I completed the process of buying a car, asking for the pin to your banking information. Leaving a customer alone with an unlocked computer, and writing down credit card number on paper... All things witnessed in my short buying experience. My CC info was changed before I left the parking lot. *Edit*. Came back today note the workstations unlocked in a customer area. Still need to address that security.
