I call holdens and they wouldnt come out. They actually just argued with me and then hungup on me. After calling perrillouxs, Adam came out within 20 minutes. He was very professional and a really knowledgeable guy. I wish they were a AAA vendor but ill just pay them directly in the future
Called Perrilloux’s after I couldn’t get my car into gear and to take it to the shop for me - the gentleman that helped me was professional, polite, and they gave a fair price. I will recommend them to others in the future! Thank you.
Called in to request a price and availability to get a tow on a FedEx van of mine, Adam quoted me a very reasonable price and was quick get to me. Adam was also very friendly and respectful. I will be using Perrillouxs for all of my future tows. Thanks Adam!!
Quick response. Booked two towing appointments for the next day for specific times because of appointments. Driver called while I was in a meeting and asked to come early and somehow order of pick up was reversed. They showed up at second location first and I was not there. Failed to call or text when they were on the way for second pick up. Driver was courteous and towing and delivery were quick and without incident. Without the scheduling mixups I’d give 5 stars!
These people were great and helped me out of a jam (mud that is). Very nice people. The owners even came out to assess the situation. Price was reasonable too!
I was looking more for the backwoods junkyards of my home area....(Pitkin/Deridder, LA) Some place to find some speakers for my car at a discount to replace the blown factory speakers.

I needed my car to be towed to the Infiniti dealership in New Orleans from the Northshore.
I called the morning of and spoke to Barbara who was SO kind; they were here within the hour and VERY decently priced compared to all of the other places I shopped around.
Matthew got to my house to tow my car and was also very kind! He got my car up and out of here within 10 min.

They were wonderful! They were so nice and they just made the whole towing process so much easier. They arrived very quickly and I find thier fees a lot more reasonable than most tow companies!
One of the tow truck driver’s of this company was speeding through Covington Country Club Estates on 2/14/20 at 2:30PM. Older guy with a grey/white beard. He came barreling around a curve in the middle of the road. Driving like this is extremely dangerous. There are kids and pedestrians that commonly walk the streets here. Slow your butt down.
They are very helpful & went out of their way to help me get my issues resolved! Not only that but they helped me fix a problem in the rain. REMEMBER TO HAVE LICENSE AND REGISTRATION FOR TOWED VEHICLE!
I have had to get my car towed not once but twice. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Very professional owners and drivers are the best. Would give more stars but five is all they had.
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional team of people in my life . The woman answering phones for this towing service is so unbelievably rude and bad at her job it's not even funny . I called to arrange a tow and gave them the exact information about where I needed the car towed from and where I needed it dropped off so that I could get a rough estimate on the tow. The next day when I called to set up the tow (that was already arranged the previous day) she told me that there's no way they could tow it to where I needed it towed to, and that it would cost me nearly tripled the original estimate they gave me . This was extremely inconvenient considering I had already made plans around these towing arrangements and now have to miss work to get this car towed. This companys lack of professionalism was a total inconvenience to me and has made this whole experience a total pain. Get it together.
