They were out in a hurry and got us going quickly. They were friendly and got us a ride too.

Great, friendly service. They came out to our campsite at Fountainbleau State Park, picked up our propane tanks, filled them and brought back. The whole process took just a bit over an hour.

Needed a jump and the tow company AAA assigned kept pushing us further and further back on the eta. Holden’s was there in 25 minutes and our car was running again. Thanks Holden’s!

I am so grateful to Holden’s Wrecker Service! I was stranded with a dead battery and they got to me ASAP. Both guys who assisted me were kind and went above and beyond to help me out.

Unprofessional, employee played on their phone during the entire interaction didn't even stop playing his game when speaking to me and no formal greet. Also he was sitting in a chair by the door which seemed off. I noticed a key in their door and when l made a statement regarding you forgot your key in the front door he shared with me they keep thier key for locking the front door in the door at all times which was extremely uncomfortable so l decided to do business elsewhere.

It wasn't a very good day, but it ended well. Jerry with Holden's, was very professional, presentable, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you for your kindness OORAH!

Earnest is always so gruff, but actually a very nice guy. He's been there 30plus years. It's where I recommend everyone for towing or break tags and Rentals for moving.

I just left there getting an inspection sticker and the guy (braided hair & braces) who “assisted” me was rude and unprofessional. He had “I hate my life” written all over his face and interwoven into his soul.

Had an employee breakdown last week on his way back from Baton Rouge. Basically was told he was too far away. Was told "Don't you realize we are in Covington?" Well ....yea...I did realize that since that is where I wanted the tow to end. My guy was left stuck broke down in the rain.??

This is the worst company to use. I’m not from the area but saw they had good reviews. To begin, they didn’t deliver my vehicle to the collision center the next day like promised. I called and the owner said I had called previously to say I needed to get my things out, which wasn’t true. When I called him out he had the nerve to yell at me that I was calling him a lier.. which he obviously is because I didn’t call and I removed all my things the day of the wreck. Finally got him to agree to bring my vehicle to the collision center the next day. Now, A WHOLE MONTH LATER after the insurance company already took possession of my vehicle due to it being totaled, I receive a Notice to a Right to a Hearing that they still have my vehicle (which is again, a lie) and I have to pay $1,174.48 or it will be sold. No sir, I will not be paying because you do not have my vehicle. It is TOTALED and the insurance company has it. This is a very shady company with an angry owner.

This is the second time I used them. And they are so wonderful. The two different drivers I had when I needed my car towed explained things to me about my car and just was super helpful. The first time I used them was to get my car out of the ditch and this recent occurrence was because my car died.

If I could give zero, or negative stars, this place would get the lowest marks. The “gentleman” that answered the phone was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. I was able to get one sentence out and then was yelled at, belittled, berated and ultimately hung up on for trying to figure out an issue on a vehicle that I don’t even own anymore. Word of advice, if you need a tow or any kind of service, look elsewhere. Absolutely HORRIBLE business.

I don't understand why people are complaining about the guy. When I go to this type of business I'm not expecting someone to kiss my @$$ and smile. Get over it. I went get my inspection tag today and it didn't take long at all. It may have been quicker if I had my insurance card ready , but that's my fault. People need to just stop complaining.

My man Jeremy got me hooked up and took very great care of my car (that I value so much). That guy is very professional and respects your vehicle. 100% would recommend!!

Whoever answers your phone is rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me first time and then was like what do you need. Yeah, never using this place and will definitely tell others. Edit: I also wanted to add the person on the phone also told me "you know your car is probably totalled. When are you coming to get your license plate?" So I called my insurance company and they said they had no idea why they would say that since they have my car as repairable. Will never recommend and I suggest if your insurance company has these people come tow your vehicle I would ask them for a different place.

As a small business owners i work very hard to make sure I support other local businesses in my community. I’ve given these guys three chances and they’ve struck out every time. A simple inspection is all I’ve need on each occasion. The folks running the place are so very very rude it’s amazing they do any business at all. (Must be majority insurance paid tows that keep the lights on) otherwise there’s no way you can stay in business with the attitudes they have. Customer service and people skills are non existent. As a young person, I took offense to the employees comment that “he’s not a fan of young people” while taking my money for service. I thought maybe they were having a bad day the last two times but I’m convinced that these folks are just plain rude and want nothing to do with customers.. which is odd since customers pay the bills….. from reading other comments I see this is a pattern and has been the same for as long as anyone remembers. Highly unprofessional. We’ll never use them again.

Holden's was great! We rented a uhaul- it was easy and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I went back to have my motorcycle inspected for brake tags and I couldn't have asked for better service

My tow truck driver and his wife were sweet as pie and made me feel safe and okay after I spent four hours in panic on the causeway after alternator crapped out while leaving town in recently inherited vehicle. 100% would recommend them to anyone on north shore or headed towards it. They even went out of way to help make sure my car was parked where my friend needed it to help me figure out what to do next.

We had a very good experience with Holden ,we were able to get propane for our class A motorhome and also our breaktag. The employees are very professional. We will definitely use them again if needed.

Tow guy came out. Very helpful. Took $30 out of envelope to tip him. Forgot to take envelope off the seat. Has $120 cash in envelope. After he left envelope was there. No cash. Second bad experience with Holden. But they probably could care less

Jerry towed my 34’ class a RV from Slidell to Pass Christian. He is very professional and really good at what he does. He was on time almost to the minute. He got it to my house which included small tight intersections. He parked it exactly where I wanted it. His truck is very clean and he was very good company for the ride home. Don’t hesitate to call this company for a tow.

Got me unstuck from a very soggy shoulder in the middle of nowhere during Monday Night Football. They arrived before my road-side assistance and used my insurance so I was also stuck with a huge bill. Very grateful to them for the rescue!

Jerry was really awesome! I needed my truck towed. Showed up quickly, took care of business professionally. Very happy with the service and will definitely use again if needed.

We got stuck on the grass at our farm after a pouring all day rain. I believe the young man's name was Tyler who drove the tow truck. He was excellent!! Kind, compassionate, efficient and knew what he was doing!! This company has reasonable prices and Tyler was great!! The only downside was we did have to wait an hour and a half after calling for the truck. (Also whoever answers the phone, a guy, could be a tad more friendly and kind!!)

Holden's was sent by State Farm to tow my vehicle to a mechanic. The driver took the time to try a battery jump and it worked! He saved me from needing the tow and helped me realize it was something that could be fixed that day and not drag into my week. So thankful to him for having gone the extra mile.

They get you in and out quick and professional. I've been using them for years and I won't go anywhere else. Some of the guys are pretty stern but they're friendly enough. If you need a pro tow or a brake tag these are the guys to go to.
