Normally a very good experience with this store and the helpful staff as well as O'Reilly in general. They are my go-to parts store while traveling across country. Recently ordered a tube of Redline moly grease on-line at a good price with delivery to the store. The first tube arrived with a damaged metal end that would have leaked in a greese gun. The second tube was more damaged. First bad experience ordering online from O'Reilly. Otherwise only positive encounters.
Went in today and asked the guy with one arm to test my battery. It came back as a bad battery, which I just got 30 days ago. He refused to put a new one in place of the bad one because he didn't feel like dealing with the computer work dealing with the replacement of my battery. I will never go back to the N. Collins Rd O'Reilly. I will only be using the O'Reilly in Robert for now on. Horrible customer service, as a matter of fact, those 2 employees were only babysitting the store. Neither of them 2 boys should be working in customer service. They had no respect for me or my vehicle
Stop by to get a programming ran on my vehicle and the young man couldn't do it he apologized and said it may have been the programmer. I later just Google the light it was just something simple. The did try and I appreciate him just the same.
Amazing business, every time I go they are always ready to help me. I had one gentleman change my battery, he let me know my battery was still in warranty and I got it completely free. No service fee for changing it!
We shop there all the time. My husband rebuilds engines. Lately they either don't have what you need or doesn't know what you're talking about. The kid at the counter was so rude that he left everything on the counter and went to the new store in Bush LA. They were friendly helpful and had everything we needed.OUR NEW STORE!

These guys were great. Had gone to Auto Zone for a battery and they told me they did not carry any for my Fiat 500X. It is made by Chrysler so why no battery. They would not even look at my battery to see if they had one that was the size. So headed up the road to O'Reilly's and they promptly found and installed a battery. They were helpful, courteous, and knowledgable. They got my almost 300.00 for my battery. Guess Auto Zone doesn't need the business. Will always go back to O'Reilly's. Thanks for the great service.
They try to upsell. As I’m sure there corporate bosses would be telling them to. If I weren’t as knowledgeable about cars, they would have had me buying way over what was necessary for the part I needed.
I almost forgot it was over there. It kind of sits off to the side, but the employees there are very nice and professional. I was able to go in and get a low beam headlight for my car and install it in about 5 minutes. Thanks guys!
I had a great experience. I needed a battery. They looked up my account. I purchased it, and it was installwd in about 15 minutes! Best battery buy ever!❤️
They were good and understanding that I needed to return the item because I didn't need it and after looking at the item to see if it was not damaged they gave me my return with no questions asked
They treated me differently than they treated the other customers and that was very unacceptable to me they need to work on treating all customers the same if a person is spending his money just like everyone else why should there be a difference
They say you can't return an unused in the box with the binding straps still on it generator. They say it is corporate policy. This has to be illegal. I will be contacting the DA's office.
Had a great experience this morning at O'Reilly's in Covington. I went in to get some advice on a problem I been having with my truck and hopefully buy a part that will fix it. The manager Byron was extremely friendly and helpful. Walked me through everything I need to do to install it and fix the problem. And it worked! Something I thought was going to be difficult and complicated was actually pretty easy thanks to the advice I got from Byron. I know where I'm buying my parts from now on.
Never get the right parts. Employees dont know anything. I brought a part back because it was the wrong part. Had to argue with the guy for 5 minutes about how it was in fact the wrong part. He said that the part I needed didn't exist. Another employee went and gor the "nonexistent" part off the shelf that was the right part. I will never step foot in there again
This is still a 5-star review. They're open on Sundays they know what you're talking about and they have the parts what more can you ask? Oh yes, the prices are reasonable and usually in stock
