Called numerous times around 3:30am bc my sons car broke down on the bridge . No one ever answered or called back. Do call this business horrible service and it says 24hrs and that’s not true!

Called at 5:25 asking if they provided roadside assistance. Asked what I needed and I explained i simply needed air in a tire. Said he was “getting off” work in 5 minutes and then he’ll head my way to help me. 6 o’clock rolls around, didn’t hear anything. I texted. I called. Received no reply or call back. 6:30 rolls around, still no answer... I don’t know why you list your company as roadside assistance and then just ignore a phone call of said assistance needed, but that’s what this guy felt the need to do. Thanks for nothing pal!
