Rohan with great customer service, I reached out to him needing a tow in LaPlace while he was in in Kenner, he told me give him about 30min to an hr and give him a call back and as I did he was there in less than 10min. Great man for the job very reliable!!

This guy is awesome. Said he would be at my location within 10 minutes and he was there before 10 minutes. All I needed was a jack because I had too much weight in my van, he refused to let me change my tire he did it for me. I definitely recommend him.

Came to pick up my car I told him to turn the car off while it on his tow truck he said no let it run I told him 3 times to turn my car off because it was sitting to low he kept saying let it run it not going to far .I never heard of that before.and he kept it running while my car was trying to raise up.he kept it running and he put the strap around the wheels and when he put it on the passenger front tire and the compresser kept trying to level the car off because he refused to turn it off and next there was a loud pop and after that my car when all the way down.after the loud pop then he decided to turn the car off and now it's too late it cost me $6,000 of work. i recommend no one use this company.after I call him back now he said he didn't do that. He lied to me on the phone PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
Amazing tow company. Rohan showed up so quick and had such amazing energy. I was already having a bad day before my car broke down, but the moment Rohan showed up he completely turned my mood around! He was so nice and we had a great conversation during our 45 minute drive. Can’t recommend him enough!
Truck had engine trouble in heavy rainy weather and I had to pull into a convenience store in Norco. I called a couple of towing companies, but they were all busy because of the weather. Called R&D and Rohan told me he was on a job, but would get to me next in about an hour. I was just glad to get someone to come out in the rain. He called me a couple of times to give me a status and didn't leave me hanging. This little extra service was very much appreciated. In an hour he was there, got the truck on the trailer (in the rain) and took us both to the Ram dealership in Laplace. A genuinely nice, hard working and easy going person, who I enjoyed talking to very much during the ride. A fair price and someone who I highly recommend.
I had a sudden issue with my car and I had to pull to the shoulder on I-10. I called R&D and he immediately asked where I was, my vehicle info and my name. Because he was close by, Rohan told me he'd be there in 30-45 mins. It wasn't even fifteen minutes and he called to let me know that traffic was heavy but he was enroute. Rohan was there about 20 mins later. He was professional and fair. I recommend him to anyone needing tow service.
Highly recommend! Great service - truck broke down on a bridge in Laplace. He showed up in 30 minutes brought me to my mechanic in Baton Rouge and was very polite and professional.
