I lifted my vehicle and needed to get a front end alignment done and Percle’s was able to fit me into their schedule the next day. I was able to wait on-site due to the expedited service. Would highly recommend.
AGAIN DO NOT USE EVER! Still months later still having issues because the absolute useless owner and mechanics and now will have to get a Lawyer involved to get this place SHUT DOWN. If I could give a zero I would. DON'T USE THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN. These people are absolutely crooks, liars, and beyond incompetent. They have beyond lied and three weeks later, I am still have issues with my truck. I have had this truck since 2012 and all of sudden getting it back from here, I have had nothing but issues. It's currently at another repair shop because whatever the mechanic did is now causing issues and I am without my truck again. I am extremely disappointed with the repairs and the issues I had with this repair shop. Originally brought my truck in got an estimate and schedule to get repaired. Once I realized my truck still have full coverage went through my insurance. No problems until I picked up my truck. I was charged my deductible and got the truck home and realized they didn't bother to replace the door or mirror like my insurance covered, the repairs are done very crappy, can clearly send the bondo, my mirror that was supposed to be replaced they just somehow made the bolts longer and then glued something on the back. If I wouldn't of have the original quote they sure would have kept the extra funds. Their excuse is the office person didn't realize it was under insurance. Well they sure charged me the deductible when I went to go get my truck. They did refund the deductible and a couple of hundred dollars but now I'm fighting with my insurance increase because I wanted my truck fixed correctly, which obviously didn't happen. I shouldn't have bothered with a claim since Percle's apparently no longer cares about quality and actually replacing the parts as per the insurance and doing the job right. I brought my truck to them because they were well recommended. Then after all this when I said I still wanted the mirror replaced they had the audacity to think they were going to charge me. I will now have to bring my truck elsewhere to get it fixed correctly because they think doing a job half way is good enough now. They are definitely not the go to place anymore. If anything maybe it's time for them to shut down for good if this is the lackluster work they are going to do and try to keep the extra funds from the insurance for themselves. I have reported exactly what they did to my insurance and they are honestly lucky I don't file a report against them for fraud. The whole point of me bringing my truck to an auto body shop was to get things done correctly and they failed miserably.
I recently had a power window switch break and rather than take it to the dealership, I went by to see if Percle's could fix it and sure enough they could. They ordered the part while I was at the counter that morning, then called me after lunch and said that the part was in and we made arrangements for them to fix it the next day. What better service could you ask for? In my opinion, I probably would have still been waiting for an appointment at the dealership! The Percles are professional and courteous and I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything done related to the vehicle body.
They took my car in after it received damage from Hurricane IDA and a stop sign pole at a local bank. My car was full of scratches and dings. It needed much repair, sanding, replacing of both passenger doors, windshield, painting, etc. After almost 4 weeks, I can say that this shop and staff are worth the wait. My car looks amazingly like new :). Friendly customer service, and if there were any questions, they answered directly (not giving me the run around). If there was any issues, they resolved on the spot. Great Job Percles! You all are amazing! Keep up the good work!
Great work, great service. Honest. Family-owned. We have used for small jobs several jobs in past. This was by far most extensive work they have done for us and they did a great job! You won’t regret choosing Percles.
