Only lived in area for 4 yrs. Bought and had tires installed on my dually truck here there were no balance issues before just worn tires. The owner of the place told me I had 6 bad rims, really? When I left. My truck shook badly. Took my truck to another place for balancing and found out that only one lug nut was tighten and holding on two tires. They also took off over 2 lbs of lead weights that weren't needed. I could only imagine what would have happened to me if those rear tires would have come off. So my advice to you, if you value your car and possibly your life, avoid this place.

My last three vehicles haven’t seen the dealership I bought them from. All service has been performed at Pro Tire. Honest and reliable service.

I brought a flat tire there at 8:45 am that needed to be patched and was not told until 3:15 in the afternoon that they could not fix the tire because it was too ripped up on the inside and they did not have the tire in stock. Later, the sales associate followed up with saying he could give me a great price on purchasing 4 new tires but could do nothing for the tire he had. He referred me to another store linked to them, but by then, it was too late. I don't reccomend this business. They will take advantage of you, leave you stranded, and back you into a corner with no options.

Been taking my car there since I got it 7 years ago. all oil changes tires rotation whatever it needs. I trust these guys. Honest and friendly every time. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Spent over $5000 at this place to still have a glitchy a/c system and found one of my brake caliper bolts missing that could've killed my entire family. Been hearing bad things about this business, but finally seen the incompetence for myself. I wouldn't recommend a tire rotation at this establishment!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ‼️PLEASE SHARE & TAG FAR & WIDE! ‼️ Finding a local mechanic is very stressful!! 🥲 Before calling Pro Tire Autocare I was ripped off by not one but two local mechanics. one in particular caused major oil leaks, antifreeze and more! I found out I was the third person this happened to. that “Crook” is dishonest, and does what people refer to as “job security”. ➡️Pro Tire got my suv in immediately to evaluate the situation and get my suv back up and running. we expected it to be a few days. Mr. James called us back the same day with my car ready to go! My car drove so smooth and felt like it did when I drove it off the car lot. I am so thankful and have restored hope they still have good people in this world. They are top notch 🏆TRUSTWORTHY, GENUINE, **they will NOT do unnecessary work**, professional, kind, an attention to detail, with the best industry knowledge. Look no further if you’re having car trouble and call Pro Tire immediately. I promise you they are the BEST 🏆 in Thibodaux if not the entire tri parish area. Passed through town to get an a simple tire rotation. Boy was i wrong the service crew stinks, on top of terrible management.Stripped two of my lugs and took an hr to tell me that it was my fault for them stripping the lugs. Terrible VERY GHETTO

Had my tire pressure sensers replaced last week. All work was done very well and professionally. I allway use Pro Tire Autocare for all my tire needs.

Excellent service, fast turnaround, reasonable rates, and now with financing options through their Bridgestone credit cards. Highly recommend.

Quick and accurate of a chronic “dead” electrical system. After four events over a period of four months where we would arrive at our local Academy store, upon returning the auto electronics/electrical system was not responsive, even with a battery check showing a full charge. Without a device to check further and simple tools I had to call a wrecker. I selected Pro Tire because they reliable open and easy access for Wrecker to deliver the Tahoe. I assume there was a ground problem, but I couldn’t fix it where I was at, in addition, I felt that there could be a computer problem or some other problems that I will not be able to assess. Having it checked out, professionally was the best choice. Within one day the problem was solved, and I picked up the Tahoe within 24 hours after replacing the battery ground cable, and tightening and cleaning the contacts. Thanks, Pro Tire.

Full range tire care and service. Tire puncture repair is a bit pricey. Approximately $40 to repair a nail puncture. Non tire related repairs, (mechanical), are also on the pricey side. Honest with recommended repairs, though often recommended at first sign of wear, thus not always immediately required.

Went in for an oil change, and my cabin air filter was supposed to be replaced. I was a little suspicious that it wasn't because nothing in my glovebox was the slightest bit disturbed, but ultimately trusted them. Before calling today for another oil change I decided to check my airfilter just so I would know if it needed changing, and its painfully obvious they never changed it. Just pulling it out looks like i dumped a vacuum in the floor, not to mention how caked and filthy the filter is. It hasn't been replaced it a very long time, and still has the markings on it from when it was replaced years ago in texas. Ultimately, they lied about changing it. After realizing this I checked my engine air filter, and it also was obviously not changed either as they said. So women, don't go alone, or check everything before you do, because if not, they'll either lie and charge you for stuff you don't need, or lie and charge you for things they never even replaced.

We were from out of town, and needed new heavy duty tires on an RV toy hauler. We were turned down by 2 other tire companies for different reasons, but PRO TIRE said YES! They were awesome, have a super clean facility, and did the job in a timely manner. Thank you again guys!

I have been a customer at Pro Tire for many years. Their dedication to customer service is exemplary. Staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and accommodating. On this occasion I needed new tires. I informed them of my budget and needs and they presented several options. I made the appointment in the morning and even though the particular tires I chose were not in the store, by the time my appointment rolled around at 2pm, the tires were at the store. My vehicle and tires were attended to promptly and I was on my way within a very reasonable timeframe. I highly recommend ProTire.

You do have to make an appointment, but it was the same day for me. Got an oil change, full service, tire rotation. A bit pricey, but it must be similar to other places in this area, it's cheaper in Pennsylvania. Other places around are even too busy to answer the phone. I like to wait while I get work done and they have a nice waiting area, only forgot I was in there this time. I won't fault them too for that since the guy that helped me must of left a bit early at the end of the day. It seems to be good place. If you feel like taking a walk there's a nice small park along the bayou near by. This is only my second time. I'll keep coming back.

Pro Tire has been my family's auto care choice for over 30 years. They are fairly priced, very knowledgeable and provide the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. You can't beat having a group of professionals who know you, your vehicles, and who are willing to explain everything necessary when there is a mechanical problem. We won't go anywhere else.

The folks at pro tire are customer oriented and treat you as a long time customer. I am relatively new to Thibodaux and have recently started using the shop, and will let them handle all my car issues. Vi Durshimer.

After finding I had a flat tire in the parking lot, and changing that my car would not stay started. It kept shutting off. I had it towed to Pro Tire as they were recommended by AAA. They found it to be an issue with my anti-theft system. They tried everything they could do with it but where unable to get it going. I then had to have it towed to the dealership to get looked at further. Even after all the work they did on the vehicle, Pro Tire waived their diagnosis fee ($100) and any other hourly costs because they "Couldn't help me." Thanks Pro Tire for all the work and for your kindness and good communication throughout the process.

Jeremy, James and Drew up front are among the nicest people one could ever hope to encounter, and the guys out back, without exception, get it right. If I experienced their competence level in every facet of my life, I'd still have a full head of hair.

I have been going to Protire for years and they always provide honest and trustworthy service. It feels great knowing you won’t be over charged or charged for parts that don’t need replacing. Always a pleasure dealing with Drew and all the folks at Protire.

Great service, great people. Had trouble with two other big name shops in Houma, trying to get tires changed out on my dually. Decided to go check out Pro Tire in Thibodaux even though it is out of my way. From the start to the end, this shop proved to be my new go to shop for vehicle maintenance. James and all the crew working there was very professional and definitely took care of my truck. Got six new shoes with balance and I even noticed that the harmonic hop my previous tires made is now gone. (I grew to accept the bounce.) I’m very impressed that going with the advice of the shop for tire choices that my 8600lb dually rides this smooth now.

Great customer service! I've called a number of shops in the area to get a price estimate on work that needed to be done. One shop was a lot cheaper than Pro Tire, but the guy was terribly rude over the phone. Decided to give Pro Tire a shot instead, simply because of the customer service over the phone. I'm not good with names, I think his name was Jeremy? He is great! This will be my second time going there and yet another great experience. My car is driving smoothly. Thanks y'all! I will definitely come back if I have another problem.
