If I could rate here 0 stars, I would. The female that used to work the scale is no longer here, and that was their only kind employee. No one wants to answer questions and always seem to have an attitude. I hope my company sends me somewhere else for parts.
I will be going to another pull a part are another place like this because these people are very unorganized and charging way to high for some dam used parts the crew they had a while back was worth more dealing with
Place is super unorganized and the people here are rude save yourself some stress and go to br its a little better. Also argued got charged for 4 parts when everything was all one peace it cant be removed

From start to finish, he was honest, upfront, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. light skin Woman with the mole in her face. Sooo rude. I get that it’s hot but she’s literally inside right by the fan. Other than that.. everything & everyone else was good.
Their vehicle inventory is pretty good, but prices on certain parts are too high to where it’s better to just pay the extra $10-$20 to get a brand new one. Another thing that kind of sucks is they don’t give you money back refunds
Zane Romero at the pull-a-part in Lafayette has always been very helpful with finding the correct battery for my year make and model. Among other parts for my project honda. He also assisted me in selling one of my vehicles to pullapart. Very helpful in all areas of the store. Assisting in carbuy and customer service. Has also driven the forklift to deliver motors to the front for customers. Very knowledgeable of all areas in store great customer service.
The website shows open till 5:30? I got there at 4:53 as I was told they were closed for the day. I drive 40 mins and it would have took 2 mins to get the part I needed. That is the definition of poor customer service and lazy people!! They really deserve negative stars!!
the staff was very friendly and informative. Janette was very helpful and understood what I was looking for and sent me to the correct area to find it.
It was nice to find a place that was organized and clean. it took me about 2 hours to find what I needed but on the third try it was found. I also located parts for another vehicle, I will be back.
I have found a new home for my parts need. ;)
being a motorhead I really enjoy walking around and looking at all the different cars and situations.

Prices went up plus a 45.71 Environmental fee but still cheaper than Amazon, ebay, local junk yards. Great place to start first despite being pretty well picked over. I was able to pick up 90% of what I needed and the people are very friendly. Great experience, I recommend them.
Wonderful service. Craig Champagne and Paul Randall worked to find a first car for my daughter. She absolutely loves it and we were able to do all paperwork quickly. Will definitely come back again for our next used vehicle.
