  This gal from Texas gives Cheryl a big thank you. Thought I needed 3 tail lights replaced. Cheryl checked all the lights and only one needed replacing which she showed me how. She also explained purpose of the other lights. I know this is probably is an easy task for most and Cheryl was very informative. Did I mention it was pouring rain. Thanks!

  Great store, but when I went in to simply pick up something I had to wait over 30 minutes for the employee to help the man who had no idea what he needed. On 1 hand I respect that she was helping him but all i needed to see as pay and go. Very clean and nice parking lot

  Customer service rep Gloria is awesome! We came in to exchange 6 golf cart batteries. She tested them and since they were bad, they got 2 delivered from the Tom Drive location within 2 hours and had the other 4 in stock. She was great during the whole interaction!

  This store has exceptional customer service! After leaving Autozone very disappointed because of the lack of service that I received, I came to this location and was immediately greeted and treated with respect. The staff is not only welcoming and friendly but also very helpful. Which is what we need. The associate Gloria was very accommodating. She addressed all of my concerns about my car, took the time to come out and check for any other issues and she even helped me order exactly what I needed to fix the problem. O'Reilly will be my new go-to place for autoparts! Very satisfied customer.

  Went to competition first that was recommended by my friends and received the worst service and help. Went next door to O'Reilly and was greeted by Don who not only was courteous and helpful but it was freezing cold and replaced by battery, in the trunk, with no problems. Don is not only an asset but has made this store the first and only place I go to in the future. If you drive a Camero please go here and ask for Don and be prepared to be amazed on how he treats you!!! Go O'Reilly...this man deserves a raise!!!

  I bought a lifetime warranty alternator about 6 months ago. It went bad. The manger managed to find 10 reasons why they couldn’t refund my money. One reason was it wasn’t in the original box. She then went on to tell me other reasons, even though I was not going to argue with her. Lastly, I asked if she could dispose of the bad alternator. Her response was “this is your trash Mister”. So I tossed the “wrong box” with THEIR bad alternator in it towards the trash out front in a trash can. That was something that did NOT amused her. I do like O’reilly’s as a store…but one grumpy old lady made me a lifelong fan of any other parts store. I think being somewhat nice makes people feel pain.

  Terrible customer service over telephone very unprofessional and rude being as I have an account I definitely should be spoken to with some kind of respect I would recommend doing business at the Tom Dr store much better store and employee than the Ailine Hwy store in Baton Rouge!

  Battery was bad and had it replaced under warranty. Mason was extremely helpful in getting everything done from testing the old battery to installing the new battery. He also checked the alternator to verify it was functioning correctly. Highly recommend getting your battery here for the quality product and exceptional service!

  I went in today to get new windshield wipers and a bulb for my headlights. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me as soon as they were available to do so. But what I really appreciated is that the Manager (Jace) went above and beyond by helping me out today with my car. It was boiling hot outside but he did not complain and did more than what I expected without asking or even a second thought. I really appreciate it!

  Last week I purchased a turn signal lamp from Gloria at this location of O'Reilly's. She was super helpful and took a few minutes to help me install it in the parking lot which allowed me to score points with my wife. I really appreciate Gloria and I think that she is helping run a great shop.
