Don't let the "off the beaten path" fool you into thinking they are not as 'Big' as the box stores, however was very knowledagable, exceedingly nice/helpful, didn't mind the extra couple questions...and was 15% less than others.
We knew what we needed going in, however, for the sake of learning more, asked extra questions & he took care of the parts we were looking for. To boot, gave us a discount Jeep parts - about 15% less than the others we compared w/ a discount we asked for.

Excellent People. Very knowledgeable and VERY friendly. They are so much more than a parts store! They are like a hardware, auto parts and heavy duty store all rolled into one. If they don't have it, they will do their absolute best to order it and get you exactly what you need. I never feel like I'm a nuisance to them either. Unlike the employees at the "other" stores, I feel appreciated and like they actually enjoy their job rather than just waiting to go home. They take pride in their work! I don't mind paying a bit more for quality parts and excellent service. Good people over here! A nice change of pace from the usual employee who cares nothing for what they do. Thanks guys!
