Cool Cats Towing is amazing! I called them Saturday morning to get a tow for a 1978 Corvette that was not running. They took less than 30 minutes to arrive, and took such care in handling my vehicle. I can't recommend them enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you!!

I contacted this company after my son had a tire blow out coming home from school around 4:45pm in the heart of Baton Rouge. A scary situation is putting it lightly. Dispatch was incredible with helping me navigate this stressful situation which included cops and an impatient DOTD official. Their tow truck driver was somehow able to MAGICALLY appear in a little over 20 minutes during 5:OO rush hour Baton Rouge traffic! INSANE and so comforting to a mother!!!!!!!! They must be soooooo expensive, right?! Exact OPPOSITE!!!!!! They are affordable, literally NO price gouging!!!! This company is HONEST, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, and AFFORDABLE!!! Fast & efficient tow service.. However the driver assigned to my tow was a bit unfriendly and he drove extremely fast with my vehicle on the back I could barely keep up

Got my car stuck in a yard today, called Cool Cats Towing LLC and was told they would arrive in 20 minutes, but they got there in less than 10 minutes!! leaving work and my car wouldn’t change gears, i was unable to drive it. I was recommended by my mechanic, glad i went with them! They came asap ! waited no more then 15-20 minutes. It was a busy week night and all other towing services in my area were busy. Even tho at the moment they didnt have a guy to tow me, Cool Cats gave me lists of trusted resources and tips to keep away from shadey towers and eventually did come to my rescue. Charlse who helped me was very kind, understanding and respectful even tho i was kinda frazzled. I really appriciate how much these guys care for their community. <3

I had a great experience using them today! My car had been sitting up a while and I needed someone to tow it to the shop and they called me back in a timely manner! They were great with communication too and just the whole process. Definitely recommend using them.

Derrick and Charles were very very helpful and did the job amazingly. Told me to be back at my car at 8:10 and maximum he'd be a few minutes behind me. At 8:18 he pulled up and did a very smooth job getting my car on his new flatbed. Less than 10 minutes later he was at my house delivering my vehicle. His rate was cheaper than 4 places called before him. You're playing yourself not calling him in the Baton Rouge area.

I recommend using Cool Cats for any type of service in which they provide. Their professionalism is off the charts. I used their towing service and Derrick made it me and had my truck on the towing bed in no time! Not only that, but he made it to me in the time frames in which he promised although it was a last minute call. Thank you all again.

The best towing experience I’ve ever had by far. GEICO issued them to me through road side assistance after my coolant started leaking from somewhere and ran dry causing me to have to tow my car home instead of messing it up further. Charles came so early it surprised me ! I normally wait 1-3hrs for a tow truck when I have to sit with my car but Charles came in 15 minutes. Got it all hooked up fast and properly secured in about 5-8 minutes tops in the pouring down rain. Has to be the best tow company in BR for sure. They take pride in their work for sure. Quick, reliable , and efficient. Thanks again Charles .

Highly recommend. Friendly and easy to work with. The tow was exactly how we wanted it. Also I forgot to get a copy of my receipt to be reimbursed by my insurance company. Got back in touch with Cool Cats a week later and he was very helpful in resolving this issue for me. Not only a great towing company but also great customer service after the fact.

DO NOT USE! Avoid at all costs!!! Owner was just plain awful to my wife. When she was unhappy with service, owner started getting very aggressive with her and started calling her names and taking her picture without asking! She felt very threatened by his behavior, as he was putting words in her mouth. Super disappointed that a grown man could treat a woman with such disrespect. 0/10.
