They work with Peddle a cash for junk cars. They suck at picking your car up. You have to wait for there calls between 7am and like 5pm like you don't have other things to in your day, if you miss there call then they will reschedule with no actual schedule. Business like these make all minorities look bad promise you have a set time please not between a 12 hour frame.
They stole shoes and cologne out of my truck. They damaged my friends truck and tried to sell it to auction without his knowledge. Don’t use these people. I hope they go out of business
My vehicle was towed here after an accident. I reached out and visited to get my personal things and waive the car off to insurance. I was helped by Emily and Phoenix. They were friendly, helped me find what I needed, and set things on for insurance quickly and smoothly. Very friendly folks.

I needed a tow truck because my SUV broke down. Roadrunners came within 20 minutes and dropped off my SUV at the auto repair store. Great and prompt service with photos of delivery of my SUV. Thank you so much. Appreciate you.
Poor service...truck was towed while vehicle was still running. Tow truck driver never asked me how to turn it off ...and my truck ran out of fluids and Damaged my engine. I'm sure policy says somewhere you're not supposed to do that. I will be contacting a lawyer and seeking reimbursement.

No one wants to have their car towed. Even worse than that, no one wants to be injured in a wreck and be taken away via ambulance while their car is totaled and left behind with all of its contents. The crew at Roadrunner is wonderful, though, and they bent over backwards to help me. My wreck left me with a badly broken foot that I can’t put any weight on and I have to use a walker to get around. Roadrunner’s policies don’t allow anyone using that sort of equipment to enter their yard (understandable because it’s gravel and could cause a fall) but I loved my car and had been unable to see the damage before being taken to the ER, so I really wanted to see it. The Roadrunner crew completely understood and had their forklift operator bring my car into their warehouse where I could safely go with my walker to see it and collect the contents. They even brought a wagon for me to put everything in, helped me load it all into my mother’s car, and helped me into her car as well, after giving me a big hug. I’ll be forever grateful to them for making a really tough, emotional situation a little bit easier. It’s the little human kindnesses like this that make the biggest differences. Thank you all so much!!!
I would never recommend this company to anybody. They have thieves that work for them. My car was towed there after having an accident. Went to get my personal items that was left in there only for my car to notice they had been all through the car and stole some of the stuff that was left in the car . And bc BRPD didn’t write on the paper work that items was left in the car they aren’t responsible. Why should I have to worry about someone going in my car taking my belongings after being involved in an accident.
Roadrunner Towing is a joke There was one black guy that was very nice and trying his best to help did everything thing he told me to do to get my car showed him proof of insurance and registration, and as soon as the Black guy was about to Release my car and old white guy stepped in and see, even though he got all his paperwork we can’t relieve the car because His authorized release form says tow only like what does that mean there’s nothing wrong with my car. It has all the proper paperwork to be on the road and he still did not want to release it.and because incompetent people at the DMV on the Authorize to release form did had Tow only They wanted to charge me $125 to hook my car up in their yard and tow it out of the yard or wait two days because this took place on a Saturday.and charge me an Additional two days storage free until I could get in touch with the DMV On Monday to get that tow only off of my car when I have paid all of the fines at the DMV seems like to me the DMV and all of these contract tow company with the city and state or in cahoots To get money out of people that’s already struggling Shame on Louisiana and shame on roadrunner towing company Operating a business scamming people
Old lady at front desk was extremely rude while in service. Very unpleased with how she spoke to myself and family. Extreamly slow. When called, was not very specific with details considering what’s needed. So left and called and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to their customers with respect. Will never use this tow and recovery company again!
I had got my car totaled and it was picked up to this location, I am very glad that it was shipped here because the people here were very respectful and understanding. 10/10 I love Connie!!
Very unprofessional and rude. These people treat customers like trash. From the moment you walk through the door expect to be treated like a criminal and talked to like you aren't even human. I treat my animals better than they treat their customers. Not even to mention I see their drivers daily around BR driving eratically. And we won't even get into the way they treat the employees and each other. This company needs to be shut down. So many "ugly" people at one business, and I don't mean ugly on the outside. I dealt with this company several years ago and it was the same situation. Seems like no matter how many complaints the owner gets from customers and even the employees is never going to change a thing. Entire office smells like cigarettes and weed also. It's disgusting. This is 2024 not 1989.
Not the worse experience but could’ve been better. What did make it great was Connie!!! She was extremely helpful and managed to make my time waiting a bit more productive. If it weren’t for her, I would’ve left there very frustrated. Thanks Connie for being an A+ associate and being fantastic at customer service. You Rock!!!
They are a bunch of thieves. I just needed my license plate and they refused to let me in after 2 on Sunday but act like they will. They do everything possible to not be able to pickup. The registration was in my car so I have to go there in person. Just bad people especially the woman working weekends. I hope karma catches up. she knew the horrible situation I was in and made it clear she could careless. She wouldn't even call a driver to see if they were coming by with a tow, was close and could come by, or anything. I just needed her to take maybe a total of 2 minutes to call and see what they were doing and if they can help
The little girl here is so very smart. Also the grandma. I couldn’t find anything I was looking for this particular day but they were real sweet. Tried to back at 4pm but they were shutting down. But overall good people and great prices and wonderful family.
The receptionist needs a course in courtesy with patrons. She was very rude and very unaware of her job. Was sorting thru mail and ignoring I formation that was giving per her request. But, with that the workers on the yard were absolutely wonderful. No complaints with them.
I was rear-ended at 60 mph and my car had to be towed. I have used road runner towing for as long as I can remember. At the wreck site, I was unable to access my trunk due to the amount of damage sustained during the accident. So when I arrived to "clean out" my car, I was shocked whenever the guy was able to pop my trunk open with the trunk release button on my key. I thought "there's no way"! I noticed a HUGE hole in my trunk as well. After leaving i noticed SEVERAL things missing from my vehicle. The people there are thieves and I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I will leave my stuff on the side of the road before I EVER do business with them again. If you use them-make sure you clean out your ENTIRE CAR before they leave with it, or you will have things missing whenever you get back to your car!!! I only selected ONE star because I had to to post. THEY REALLY DESERVE ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!
The older blonde woman at the front desk is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. My car was stolen and towed to this place by BRPD. I met the detective here to point out what items in my vehicle belonged to me and which were stolen. This lady made us wait up front for almost 30 minutes trying to decide whether or not she would let both of us go back to the vehicle at the same time. Then she tries to tell me it will be $450 to get back my STOLEN and damaged car that they didn’t even have the keys to. If you’re ever in this situation, DO NOT PAY THEM. Talk to your detective about having a form sent over to waive the fee. They will pretend like they didn’t get the form for about 2 hours before they finally accept they can’t scam you, all the while talking bad about you to the other women who work up front. I never leave reviews like this, but I have literally never been treated the way these women treated me, especially right after having been a victim of a crime. The only kind people at this place were the men who worked in the back in the tow yard. They were so sweet and understanding and just generally the polar opposite from the woman at the front desk.
It's not enough of a profit that this company obtained a permit to sell my brand new car while I was away and would not allow anyone else to recover it in place of me. I had already previously paid a couple thousand to recover within a short time frame. My ex-husband's license was flagged for a lapse on car insurance since he was the policy holder, even though I am the vehicle owner. Roadrunner wanted me to pay $50 for a form stating that they were in possession of the car, to bring to the DMV to get the flag off of his license. I plan on contacting the owner about this outrageous fee for a single piece of paper. It must be convenient to work directly with law enforcement to perpetuate the oppression of people living in extreme poverty.
It's fine. The people were polite. My only gripe, even though I understand, is that they only let one person go to the vehicle. I've never had to deal with that before. My girlfriend's car was stolen and on top of that I had a couple thousand dollars worth of tools in the back. I couldn't go and look to see if anything was left. My girl went but sometimes people overlook things and it would have been nice to go through it again just in case. But oh well, it is what it is.
My daughter has an accident which totaled her car but didn't seriously injure her. It was still emotionally devastating. It happened over the weekend so when I went on Monday, they were extremely busy. The receptionist was obviously at her limit but remained patient and helpful. I was able to take pictures and video of the car as well as retrieve personal items. The technician accompanying me was extremely patient and didn't try to rush me or act out out. I thought I took a long time but he asked, "Are you sure you got everything you need?" even though there was a misty rain.
There's never a good reason when you need towing services so it's much appreciated when they have patience and compassion.
Horrible service!!! First sent out a regular tow truck when a flatbed was requested (took 2 hrs for that). Then they said a flatbed would take 3 hours so told them we were gonna run errands but would be back before. They agreed so we left. 20 min later got a call saying they were at our house for pick up, tod them we'd be back in 10 min please wait, he said ok. Got back in 7 min and tow truck had left. I called them and they said they only wait 5 min even though driver said that. Said they'd return in 50 minutes. 2 hrs later nothing. Called them and they said there was no order for the pick up. So called another company. If you value your time don't use this unprofessional company.
Got in motorcycle accident in evening on back mountain road with no service. They charged extra just to show up. They were not transparent with the prices. The driver, Shane was cordial but not polite. Shane was also an awful driver, i was seriously concerned we were going to crash, very dirty interior of truck. I was then sleeping in the next morning after the accident and there was an issue with them charging my card and he called my friends who were helping me, anyone he could call, and threatened to come inpound my bike and charge a ton of money to get it back. Very unprofessional driver. The lady dispatcher is very kind though.
they were very considerate . The lady was very nice at the counter and the guy that brought me to my car was very sweet to he help me get things that were heavy out of my car.
Pathetic... I’ve used these people 2 times (first time because I was unconscious second because it was the only place I had in mind) and they’re so slow it’s ridiculous. Their lunch is more important than you at any given time and they love to chit chat and laugh while you’re waiting to be serviced. You expect that from a place ran by teenagers but it’s grown folk, grow up. I had some cash and coins and my tow guy stole that out of my vehicle. If I could go back I would’ve never given them my key. Never use this place! Thieves and terrible customer service.
The lady desk, I believe her name was Debra (although she had a lot on her plate) was extremely rude and threatened to take me outside and beat me up at one point. She acted as if I was being unkind when I said that I just wanted to get out of there with a car that they repossessed that was outside of a neighborhood. the staff was very nice and helpful but I do not envy anyone who has to deal with the imbeciles behind the desk
