Not the worse experience but could’ve been better. What did make it great was Connie!!! She was extremely helpful and managed to make my time waiting a bit more productive. CROOKED monopoly with BRPD.Very rude and condescending when asking legit questions. Swindle out of salvage fees and will not answer questions.
