Pretty rude and dismissive, didn’t realize a military ID wasn’t a valid form of ID for anything much less an auto parts return? Told me flat out nope not even any sort of apology for the inconvenience. I’m pretty sure I saw military ID on the drop down menu too
As always for years Laura and the staff at Advance here on Siegen Ln Baton Rouge, La are the best at what they do. I believe my man's was the manager, guy names Charles. Was very knowledgeable helped me find what I was looking for and a few extras, and it was kind of challenging considering I have a very rare and old, discontinued vehicle. 10 out of 10 highly recommend this location because of that guy. Nathan really helped me out today. I was at work on my lunch break and then it started raining. He was determined to put this battery in my car for me and he did it so fast. I urge management to look at this as legendary customer service and my story today has reached so many people who will definitely be going to advanced auto parts from now on. I walked in on a rainy day, needing to see if someone could help me figure out the fender or mud flap on the my passenger side of my Nissan Marano. The workers that were present were very pleasant and they were so willing to help. They went the extra mile for little ole me and totally made my day on such a cloudy ugly day. I will visit this specific location on Siegen Lane n Baton Rouge because the people were awesome. Again they put a smile on my face and they were willing to help and go the extra mile. So if you need something for your vehicle, give them a visit.
Had a battery going out on my trip from Dallas to Baton Rouge. They provided very quick, efficient, friendly and helpful service. Got the battery recommended by my husband and they got it all together.
However, they didn't know that my subaru requires a " battery- vehicle Relearn" anytime you change the battery. You have to call Subaru for that to be done. But I highly recommend this store.

I was traveling from Georgia to Houston Tx on 3/9/25 for my sisters funeral. I stopped for rest in Baton Rouge to spend the night and got a screw-in my tire. There were no tire repair places open so I stopped by Advance Auto Parts just to see if by chance if y’all do tire repairs. Nathan explained that they don’t but commented that he and Aaron were going to help me. I bought a tire repair kit and Aaron repaired the tire for me! I tried to pay them for their time and they would not accept it! What a blessing that these gentlemen went out of their way to help me! I will be forever grateful!
Caroline is an extremely rude manager and does not know what she is doing at all. My husband called to get a part and we explained to her we were sending a family member to get the part. We gave her a part number she confirmed with vehicles yr make and model. They got there picked it up and when they got back it was the wrong part. Not at all what we called and confirmed. We drove an hour there to get the part because they would not ship it to a local store. Than when we called to speak with a manager she told me I was rude and disrespectful and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Than when I finally got her to run the part number claimed it was non existent when you can locate it on their website and I had a local advance locate it. Absolutely terrible customer service.
I went into the Siegen Lane Baton Rouge location and was helped by Nathan with a battery fob and windshield wipers. He gave A1, helpful customer service. He is definitely an asset to this location.
Crag rocks! Today I wasn’t sure if I needed a fuse or bulb for one of my headlamps. I’ve had the bulb changed and it didn’t work. Crag messed around under the hood for a moment and I didn’t have to buy neither a bulb or fuse.
Although my vehicle is German, if I need anything, I’m stopping by here first!

Online order was canceled twice and they couldn’t tell me why if they had the piece I needed in stock and the money was already taken out of the account TWICE. All the employees including the manager were all so monotone and like they didn’t wanna be there. A customer service class is definitely needed for this store. The manager if only I got his name, was so unhelpful doesn’t know how to greet anyone, looked down at me while looking at his computer and says there’s nothing I can do. Proceeds to give me a phone number that sends me to HR. I had to find the customer service number myself which unfortunately was closed. So now I’m stuck with two unfulfilled transactions who knows where the money is at or when I’ll get it back. AutoZone on Burbank also sucks. If yall need an auto parts store I recommend O’Reillys on Burbank. It’s 100x more welcoming and helpful there.
I have a 2019 Jeep cherokee latitude. There was a problem with my start/stop. The electricity worked in my car but it would kill over. I read up other people having the same problem and they've gotten themselves a new battery. Mr. Javan had naturally great customer service skills and little did I know there was a new die hard battery. I bought it Mr. Javan got me some money back for turning in the original core battery and Mr. Noah printed the my receipt and gave me excellent advice and more knowledge on the store and follow up procedures. In and out with something good to talk about. Thank you guys.
