This has been a great AutoZone! The manager David is amazing and is a true example of what a employee / manager should be. David is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He knows the store very well and is very competent in general automotive knowledge. AutoZone is very fortunate to have David on their team!

Girl running the counter today was horrible. Talking about she “wanna go home”. Loud enough to hear across the store. Wouldn’t get off her phone to acknowledge me once. Asked me if I was paying cash or card. When I told her, she smacked her gums and said go to the next register. Never looked at me once. If you’re that miserable than quit or go home. Never represent your company like that. Have some pride in what you do.
As a do it yourself mechanic you need a good auto parts store and Central auto zone has the best group of men and women I have ever come across in my entire life hands-down
Fast and friendly service, I just wish the workers wouldn't stand over your shoulder the entire time you're in there like you're going to steal a spark plug. It was off putting to say the least.
Not too happy with AutoZone on your joor road here in central only because they lost my warranty on some parts from my truck but I'm not going to let it stop me from going in there sometimes you have bad situations I was persistent on the situation turns out they put it under an old phone number finally found it still not happy with the way things are being run all I can say is get your stuff together and improve on the work but still it is a decent place to go to I'm not going to let one bad time out of all the years I have been going there ruin it for me
A great help, showed us the recommended part, let us put our hands on the object, and recommended YouTube videos to gauge whether it's an easy fix or whether we should look to a company. He even printed out the parts as well. Thanks
Walked in, got what I needed and checked out in about 2 minutes total. Store is clean, employees are helpful, and didn't have to wait. What more do you need from an auto parts store?

Excellent customer service. I purchased a car battery from them back in 2011. For whatever reason it was dying, they replaced it under warranty at no charge and they even did the install for me.
Burnt oil placed back on the shelf with the good oil. Had to make a trip back to the store when I realized this was used burnt oil. Luckily I realized this before using. I actually pulled three 5 qt bottles and put them on the floor so no one else would pick them up. Not sure if I will be doing anymore business with them.
I had a dead battery and after getting a jump I was able to drive to Auto Zone where the most amazing employee, I might add at this point that it was a young lady, and she brought her tools out and changed the battery in my SUV. She was so kind and knew exactly what she was doing. Kudos to the Auto Zone Lady.
It was the worst customer service ever young lady at the front ask me to do something that was her job I told her no she got real rude and disrespectful
Needed a new battery. The friendly team member not only explained the various batteries available, he also installed it for me in the parking lot. Great stuff!
I would give less stars if I could. Called and asked if they had a pendal hitch, the lady assured me they did after checking the shelves, when in fact they do not. If they don’t know what parts are, do you really get what you need? Lack of knowledge and training. I do t want these people selling me parts
Unfortunately, good customer service seems to have become a rarity in today's society. However,that is not the case at this particular AutoZone.This AutoZone has one of the friendliest and most helpful staff that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! I purposely go out of my way to patronize this Autozone because I know that I'll be treated like a friend and receive service with a smile!
Know what you need before you go. Some employees have zero mechanical knowledge and just know how to click the computer. Have received the wrong part more times than I can count. And they got me again today. If kary is helping you may god be with you
Very unknowledgeable staff. Took me three trips to finally get the right belt that I needed. Better know exactly what you're going after if you deal with these people.
