Bought a $300 battery from here, battery has been giving me issues since I purchased brought back 2 months later only to find they could not find my warranty. They were extremely busy so of course I was rushed away. I’ve been shopping at AutoZone for years I’ve bought 100’s of batteries. AutoZone will never get my business again!
Great service great customer service in and out efficiency employees love coming to the store always get treated the best and Kim yum was the best she didn't have enouney but she still gave me my refund early in the a.m.
The employees there were very helpful, when they couldn't find the part I needed, they called the nearest store, made sure they had it and pulled it and it was ready for me when I got there, both locations were awesome, great customer service
My visit at Auto Zone was great. I asked to use a tape measure and the lady was very kind to let me use it. bc if not I would've had to purchase my things and see if it all fit then bring it back actually she saved me a trip...Yessssssss Thank you Ms Lady
Came here to get windshield wipers. The service was so positive. It was refreshing to see woman of such knowledge. Everyone was so nice but Chelsea even helped us out with applying them.
The service there is fantastic. They don't point customers in the right direction; they walk over to whatever item you're looking for and point it out.
