We had a very awesome experience here ! Tawanda was nothing short of amazing, she helped us find the hose that we needed for our vehicle . She was very patient and kind ! We will definitely recommend family and friends to come to Auto zone for all their car care needs !
I feel that the workers are liars. I say that because how do a auto parts store that sale car scanners cannot assist potential customers because their scanner is broke. Something not adding up. But since they couldn't assist they suggest I go down the street to a competitor. Okay well your competition was able to assist and I needed several items which I did purchase. Which means you lost out on a profit for your company.
teresa at store #202 was such a blessing. she helped me find the perfect battery when we were having trouble figuring out what battery would fit in my car.
Stephanie the store manager assist me with what was needed for bad gas in my vehicle. Kevin helped me with checking out. All the staff at this location are knowledgeable about the product and ALWAYS provide friendly services. Ashley always help when I come to the store. She knows about vehicles. Bought a $300 battery from here, battery has been giving me issues since I purchased brought back 2 months later only to find they could not find my warranty. They were extremely busy so of course I was rushed away. I’ve been shopping at AutoZone for years I’ve bought 100’s of batteries. AutoZone will never get my business again!
Great service great customer service in and out efficiency employees love coming to the store always get treated the best and Kim yum was the best she didn't have enouney but she still gave me my refund early in the a.m.
