This Autozone location was full of amazing and such helpful workers! Everyone was friendly and wanted to help. Ricoh changed my battery so fast and made sure everything was working properly before I left. Highly recommend this location for any services or products you need!

Marcus at auto zone was beyond helpful. I had very low air pressure in my front right tire and thought I had run over a nail. He checked it for me and couldn’t find a leak so he filled it for me. He then checked all of my others noticing they were either over filled or under filled and fixed the issue. I appreciated his help so much! If I could give him 10 out of 5 stars I would. Thanks so much!
My car died and a friend was able to jump starter my car for me. I drove directly to Auto Zone and got a new battery. Harlan was the associate who helped me and he was knowledgeable and offered to change out my battery with the new one. I also purchased a jump starter just in case I ever need it and Harlan was knowledgeable in what kind was best for me and my vehicle. I’ll definitely give Harlan 5 stars for being so kind and helping me out tonight with my vehicle.
I experienced super service when I purchased a car battery here a few weeks ago. The store manager, Troy Jackson, saw to it that I understood the battery warranty and although I could have installed the new battery, he had a store associate install it. The core battery charge was refunded immediately and by the time I received the receipt the excellent store associate had completed the installation. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and proficient at this store and I was so impressed that I will visit again for parts and assistance.
Female and male employees working on a Sunday couldn’t care less about working and more about gossiping to the point where I was a hindrance to their afternoon.
Auto zone is great. I know this is a free country, but some ladies just dont know. All they maybe good for at auto zone is cashiers. If you hire ladies make sure they can help the customers in more ways than one. A nice smile would start it off.
I would like to give a shout-out to the workers of June 1st for helping me. Especially to Mr Kenneth & Marcus.
I told Mr Kenneth about my problem with the VSA and the break lights draining the battery. Not only did he recommend me a mechanic he also told Mr Marcus his co-worker on June 1st evening shift.
Mr Marcus took the time to test the alternator and the found the issue was a Pedal Stop Pad and he took the time to install it in the heat of the afternoon unlike others he took the initiative to ID the problem, develop a plan, the. Solve the problem He is truly a professional and Autozone is truly lucky to have him as an employee. I would highly recommend this location to anyone I know.
It's a good, well-rounded experience. The staff were kind & helpful when I was looking for parts. I'd recommend store 4279 on Perkins & Bluebonnet due to close proximity.
Went in with a 1988 Land Cruiser & needed a new battery. Myron and Kiki did a great job helping me even though my car was older and needed some TLC getting the old battery out and new battery in without stripping any bolts.
This location is ok!!! Most of the staff here is very welcoming and helpful! It’s a young lady her who I adore her energy is always so dope. The only employee I had issues with was Christian R I think he’s a customer service manager which his customer service skills weren’t all that great. I had purchased some brakes that I didn’t need because I had some in my trunk from months ago (thank goodness) but he made me feel like my story was a complete lie and did the bare minimum to help me until the employees who assisted me earlier basically confirmed I was there. Other than that all is well
One of the staff members, Marcus W., was very knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain the Rewards Program, sonce I had never been told about it before then. He is a great asset to Store #4279.
It was fair when in there for loaner tool. which you paid the full price for the tool and can use it for 90 days after the 90 days if you don't return it, you own it. and $125 plus tax for use ball joint press I will be definitely returning it
