The employees are extremely rude and judgemental. They are however great at putting people in a box based on their personal assumptions, lying about this policy y'all apparently change customer to customer landing their rude and fowl accusations on people that simply ride a bicycle and wear a backpack, but let's not forget how amazing the employees are at committing slander. They seem to not realize defamation of character is a real crime and that they can be brought to court for spewing such hurtful and careless lies. Please let's not forget how I was literally started at by an employee from a mere 5 feet away from me and was followed around the store with continued staring even after I made this employee aware of how uncomfortable they were making me feel loudly enough for the manager on shift to hear and they just laughed about it and this employee continued doing what I had stated a few times that they made me very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if harassment or stalking are usable acts to use to explain what I felt like was happening to me, but that's definitely what it felt like... And so with that said I once again( because this wasnt the first time these type of things has happened to me at this specific locations by more then one employee) did not get to purchase a new flashlight that I need for my bike rides at night. And p.s. to your employees, I'm not homeless. I live around the corner but I do not have a vehicle at this time and regardless of that I enjoy my bike rides having a motor vehicle or not. And I carry my things in my small book sack\purse because thats what most women do. Sorry it's not to your liking.
Mr. James was amazing. He was very helpful—carrying our battery and doing our the testing. He showed us the battery options and recommended a proper replacement.

Lakeitha was very helpful! I couldn’t figure out if my battery or alternator was bad, she came out and changed my battery and checked my alternator and starter! She was very kind & fast!
I’m from out of town and did not know anybody that could help me change my car’s battery. The bolts the battery is held by were being too difficult to remove, but King took that challenge DESPITE the rain. Truly had a wonderful attitude and great customer service!
my car would not start this morning, had to get it jumpstarted to get it to start. went to this autozone to get my battery tested bc i wasn’t sure if it was my battery or alternator. lady says my battery and alternator are completely fine nothings wrong with them. went to o’reilly’s… my battery is leaking acid and completely dead. really?! nothing wrong with my battery?!
Brought my battery in and was told it was bad with 0% charge. I believe they never charged it. Very nasty attitudes from the employees and laughed in my face when asking questions. If I could give 0 stars I would.
So my family and I were in our way back to Georgia, and we had like 8 hours left. It was 5 pm and the battery warning lights came on the car. We stopped by this autozone to get it checked up. My mom needed to use the bathroom, as well as my sister, so we asked if they could use it. We went to grab some food, and my dad called them to keep him updated on when they could fix the car, the Lady was so mad and was blaming us saying we left a mess in the bathroom. My family would never do such a thing because we were raised to be respectful and leave every place clean. Even at restaurants we clean our own messes. My dad ended up cleaning their bathrooms even though we didn't make a mess. There were others at the store, and we weren't the only ones to use the bathroom. We were just trying to get home. The Lady was accusing my family of something we didn't do. It wasn't our job to clean the bathrooms, but my dad respectfully did it. I’m happy we got home, but it made me upset that we were being accused. Service was good though.
Even though I ordered and paid online it still was an arduous experience in person for pick up. The staff that did offer to help had no idea what the printed out bar code receipt was about. Not a smooth or gracious encounter. This is why I am shopping more and more online for HOME delivery......
Arrived at 9:50 pm and there were 2 ladies about to close the store. Explained that I needed them to check my battery. They checked the battery and told me the battery was bad and I asked if I could buy one. They sold me a battery for $187 and even though the store was about to close they installed the battery as well!! I was very impressed and grateful that they installed the battery even though they were about to close. Unfortunately , I know I inconvenienced them because they finished at about 10:10 but even so, they were very cordial. I really appreciate their kindness and customer satisfaction. I only wish I had gotten their names so they could get the recognition they deserve!!!! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this store!!’ Thank you for not making me get stranded with a bad battery!
Called ahead to find out if they had the product I was looking for and they said they did. Got there and made sure to thoroughly read all door signs to be in compliance with ridiculous ordinances. The sign says to maintain social distance and not to come in if you are sick and to "please wear a mask" I'm unable to wear a mask due to health issues but the mask is not mandatory to enter store. I walked in and walked all around the store maskless looking for the product. I then asked a store employee where the product was and he told me. I went and located the product then proceeded to the register to check out. I was then informed I must wear a mask to checkout. I told clerk I did. It have a mask and that I had a medical exemption. He rolled his eyes and told me I could do curbside. I agreed and asked how to do it. I suggested I'd walk outside and he could run my card and bring me a receipt. He told me I had to order online. Told him I didn't have internet and he shrugged his shoulders and told me I couldn't purchase anything without a mask. I went outside to re-read the sign to make sure I didn't misread it in the first place then cracked the door without reentering to tell the clerk his sign did not require me to wear a mask it only asked me to. This bickering went on for another 45 seconds until another store employee offered to sell me the product I came for.
This auto zone location is the best. No other place (Sears Kirk's and several other shops which I went to) had a piston Jack much less an 8 ton which is what I needed. Lots of selection. Tire repair kits air compressor lug wrenches etc.
I needed window film to tint some windows at my house and they had that too.
