Marlon was very helpful! Had to get a battery and fuse changed, ran the test quickly showered me where everything is and even helped me change it. Was amazing customer service. I am normally an Advance Auto parts guy but everyone in this location was incredibly knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. The only problem I saw was in the oil filter section in the back there was no book to tell me what oil filter my car needed but thankfully when asking the staff they were not only able to find it in less than a minute but they grabbed it for me and gave me several options. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a new battery, fuse, oil filter, oil, and amazing customer service. Highly recommend this location.
Service was really bad. I understand that bringing kids into a parts store is not the best idea, but they were well behaved. Kept throwing shade at my kids just for being kids and being curious. Shouldn't have grouchy old men in a service position. Customer service was terrible. Would leave no star if possible. Never returning. Wasn't only with my family he was acting disrectful.

I walked into this store with no one behind the counter. Then I seen a customer coming down the aisle being followed by an employee. The employee made eye contact with me before making it behind the counter and did not bother to acknowledge me. I stood there the entire time as he was servicing the other customer without so much as a hello. I assume the customer forgot his payment method because he ran outside. The employee kept bagging items still saying nothing to me so I just asked him the question did they do diagnostics? He shook his head yes and then paged for assistance stating that he needed help at the front. About 2 minutes passed & no one came to the front. Then another customer walks in and said she needed to talk to a manager. The employee physically went to the back of the store, I heard him say I need both of you yes I have 2 of them 1 of them needs a manager. 2 men come to the front and immediately start talking to the customers who came in after me no redirection was given that I was standing there 1st no big deal I thought because 2 were called to the front. One started helping the other customer, the other who was wearing a plain black shirt grabbed his personal items from the register walked around a little bit and proceeded to the back of the store not helping or acknowledging me and the other 2 employees behind the counter never said a word, even up to the point of me stating I guess I'll have to come back, and they let me walk out. Without saying a word. I will never walk back in there again. For the reason of their rudeness and their incompetence according to the customer who was in there complaining about a battery being installed in her luxury car without being programmed, and has now damaged her entire vehicle. Do Better!! You work in the service industry.
I've been in twice, both times I was seen promptly and everyone, regardless of whom I spoke with, was interested in helping me. I'll be going there for all my auto issues.
I very much enjoyed how much knowledge the stuff had it's the stop hide typically when you go into an auto parts store you know they know a little bit about the computer I guess computer I asked, but this gentleman had a romantic novel assist me so I really appreciate it thanks gentlemen
The staff is wonderful! I had a busted tire and they kindly helped me even though it's not part of their job description. They were knowledgeable about their products and helped me find the best items for what I needed. This is the only auto store I will ever go to!
Oliver is by far the most informative charismatic person I've met. I only go to O'Reilly 5338 Oliver knows how to properly run a store with a full crew
Staff was nice and courteous, but during the initial visit was given the wrong set of parts. I thought giving the VIN number would help. It did not. I went to another O'Reilly's to get the right parts. The staff over there was nice and courteous too, but I could sense a bit of arrogance in the store manager.
Just want thank staff at Oreilly - we came in from out of town and broke down on our way. My husband walked 2 miles to Oreillys and Timmy went well out of his way to help him by driving him back to our car and replacing our battery (which is a beast on a 2016 Tahoe) ON HIS PERSONAL BREAK!!! Everyone in the store was so friendly - so thankful for their service today!
Unbelievable service and concern to get you down the road. Ready to try to problem solve my situation even pulled tools out of his own vehicle. Old fashioned business in a big commercial store I appreciate it very much.
