Have gone to this store twice at various hours on different days. The guy working the front counter was there both times. He made sure I found everything I was looking for and offered to help if I needed it. Overall super polite, I believe the dude deserves a raise, because out of all the O’Reillys I’ve been to this one takes the cake. 10/10 Stay Blessed.
Excellent shop with knowledgeable staff. I had to get a specially lug wrench for the tires on my foreign car, and the staff was friendly and helped find exactly the right size. Highly recommended if you need any specialty parts.
The associate was available and eager to help me find the part I needed but, unfortunately,did not have it there. He did however locate one at the new Perkins road location. They are, otherwise, well-stocked. Associates are usually friendly and eager to help.
Peter at the Staring Lane location helped me for a MINIMUM of 15 minutes of time helping me figure out my headlight situation and some spark plug issues. He’s very kind and knowledgeable. I’m very thankful for his help today.

I prefere the one on Starring Lane . I get better service than the one on Plank Road. I also find it to be better ran . It's the only auto parts store I shop at .
