I literally just left there about 30 mins ago. As far as I know girls rule the world!!! I walked in and was greeted and I asked GABBY if I asked her some questions about cars if she could help and she said she knows a little and took me as a challenge! My brake lights weren’t working and she instructed me on how to check all my fuses and walked me through what each one did, then she checked my bulbs and that was were the problem was. She got me squared away and changed my bulbs for me!!! I want yall’s company to know that she and the manager lady showed excellent customer care and I’m grateful for her today!!! The guys are really helpful and knowledgeable…they go out in the rain to install wiper blades …I told them I can do it later…they are really exceptional
I needed a blinker bulb and the young man at this location his name is Ced came right out on a cold day to assist me he even installed it for me..he has great customer appeal and a very nice young man..need more like him..Thank you Ced.stay the way you are.
I needed a new car battery. Ms. Quinn was very helpful and took the time to replace my battery. I appreciated her kindness and explaining everything to me.
Have gone to this store twice at various hours on different days. The guy working the front counter was there both times. He made sure I found everything I was looking for and offered to help if I needed it. Overall super polite, I believe the dude deserves a raise, because out of all the O’Reillys I’ve been to this one takes the cake. 10/10 Stay Blessed.
Excellent shop with knowledgeable staff. I had to get a specially lug wrench for the tires on my foreign car, and the staff was friendly and helped find exactly the right size. Highly recommended if you need any specialty parts.
The associate was available and eager to help me find the part I needed but, unfortunately,did not have it there. He did however locate one at the new Perkins road location. They are, otherwise, well-stocked. Associates are usually friendly and eager to help.
Peter at the Staring Lane location helped me for a MINIMUM of 15 minutes of time helping me figure out my headlight situation and some spark plug issues. He’s very kind and knowledgeable. I’m very thankful for his help today.
Fast friendly service and great staff . I went to get an air filter for my car and they were very quick to find my part and had it in stock ! Thank again
I went here to get some spark plugs for my vehicle and this guy named Malik help me he was wonderful he never left my side until it was done and he was very respectful which for me says a lot because the rest of them there wasn't so helpful the last time I went I was hoping to see him a lot more often but I did not see him the last time I went recently I hope the next time I go he's there to help me it makes me enjoy shopping for my car part
I prefere the one on Starring Lane . I get better service than the one on Plank Road. I also find it to be better ran . It's the only auto parts store I shop at .
Had a battery exchange and the guy made a comment about tipping him for his time . Since when am I supposed to “tip” the guy that puts the battery in my car ??! If u were a waiter I wouldn’t tip you with that rude service you gave me! Who hires at this location ? Its a joke .
The employees at this location couldn't help answer my questions, they would not even go out if their way to help me call another O'Reilly for a specific break pad I was looking for. NOT VERY HELPFUL AT ALL!! The one on Plank Road in North Baton Rouge is a great location.
