I went twice the first time I went the workers was talking to other customers I waited for awhile but left second time I came a guy was helping until he went to another customer
Wandered around a while to find what I needed, workers held conversations with other customers most of the time I was there..Today us April 10th 2025..If you all wanna keep this store opened please hire some experienced counter sales workers, 2 young men answers saying you don't carry body paint CLEAR or HARDER, u are losing customers, a line almost out the door, the wait Today was over 30 minutes per customer, they're selling the wrong parts, please revamp this store, you're left om hold or hung up on by workers that really don't have a answer, I went to Advance Auto and found exactly what I needed, got the assistance needed within 4 minutes, thank you.

Worst one of them all. So I call them one of Florida check my warranty for my starter guy say your under warranty just bring it in. Go to the one on plank man checks in the computer several times and tell me I do not have a warranty. I say I called and checked already. There is no warranty here sir. I I travel 30 mins out my way to the one on Florida place my starter on the counter he checks my warranty and gives me a brand new starter. Y’all need new employees at the orielys on plank please!!!!!
Went there to buy 3 lugs. Bought them from the guy (in the wheel chair). I went to a mechanic to get them replaced. When he finally got the studs & lugs off, he asked me where the nuts were. Of course I didn't know wehat he was talking about. He called the guy at O'Reilly's & this guy had the nerve to tell him that he told me about the nuts. He lied to the mechanic. THEN when the mechanic, HERMAN CLARK, called him to see what was taking so long to deliver the nuts, he said he didn't have a driver. So, the man who sent me the HERMAN CLARK AUTO REPAIR went to get the part. I JUST left there 7 minutes ago. Shame on the guy at O'Reilly's.
