I've come to this store twice, doubted they had it, but they did. First, it was the star-head with the detent inside! Awesome! Now it was the ⅜" female quick disconnect. Now, usually, I'd have to drive clear back across town to an appliance repair store. But hey, what can I say, Devon took his time and found it! Shots out to 13768 Perkins Rd.
My experiences at this O’Reilly’s have been nothing but positive over the past couple of years up until Sunday, February 16 @ 6:45p. For anyone cramming as much home and car maintenance into their Sundays, don’t expect this store to be open until their set hours 8a-7p. I arrived 15-20mins before 8pm and they had locked the front doors. The lights were on and people in the back room. None of them would answer the door. I understand retail can be hard, but the hours are the hours. Stay open during your posted hours or find a new job. 3/5 stars because I’ve had nothing but positive things to say about this store.
Terrible customer service - broke my wife's windshield , to the point where it getting dangerous to drive. Giving her a very hard time about it. She needs a windshield to drive. I'm typing this right now and asking for a manager - have been put on hold and still no answer; How do you expect to stay in business with this poor service? The windshield cost $500 - $1000 to fix - need it done ASAP; YOU ( OREILLY'S) broke the windshield - and your rep told my wife -Whoopsie! Hire and train employees to know their product and teach them how to install a product ! Come on now - I will have further google reviews like this from various friends until this matter is settled accordingly.
Chelsea and Jude were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me change my battery! They definitely know great customer service and I am so grateful for all of their help! I will recommend this store to everyone because of this great experience!
We had a antifreeze leak and Maurice helped us so much we were so grateful for his help. We weren’t from around Baton Rouge we had trouble communicating in English but he manage too be super patient and helped us resolved the issue thank you R. Maurice.
Super helpful team; Greg installed my battery...very knowledgeable and friendly. The install took awhile but it did not phase him. So glad I went to O Reilys. THANK YOU

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and relaxed. I've never had a problem, here, and always look forward to going here, especially with how cheap the parts are comparatively.
I love this company. Everyone is always eager to help and very polite. They also almost always have what you need - even more esoteric parts. Highly recommended!
Tool rental is a joke - If you go over the 48 hours, for instance the following morning, they won't let you return it. It also counted the first day of rental, when I rented it at almost 8 pm at night. They refuse to return - and the best part is the pilot bearing remover didn't even fit! - all they say is "sorry" and in a tone of "we dont really care" - they don't even try to offer any help. Would of been a lot easier to get back together if the tools actually worked as intended. Big waste of time and money - never again.
I got used to having an auto parts store VERY fast. Ordering certain parts is free to the customer if they don't have it in stock. Just pay when it arrives and you return to get it. Nice.
