This place is great! The guy on the phone let me know they had the battery for my antique car and Daniel who installed it went the extra mile with prepping the battery box which was a bit of a mess. Highly recommend and I will be getting anything I need for my vehicles from this location! Thanks

Greg the District manager would not honor the
lifetime warranty for the starter. Their cashiers push through refunds for shady mechanics like Dewayne Fleming. May 21, 2022 Dewayne Fleming returned a starter that was under my name not under his commercial account. Dwayne returned the starter with the lifetime warranty and got a one year starter. Dewayne got a cashier to push the transaction through so when I had gone to get a refund for the old starter I could not. JC knows that Dewayne does this at the Florida location. Beware of Dewayne Fleming! His commercial account with O'Reilly Auto Repair is Fleming Auto Repair, 138 South 18th St. Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Dwayne returned to the Florida Boulevard location and received a refund to himself for brake pads that I paid for with my credit card. An unknown female worker gave this unscrupulous mechanic a refund. In fact, he bragged that a white female worker would give him a refund when no other workers would. I no longer had a warranty on brake pads that I purchased on December 26, 2019.
Unbeknownst to me, Dwayne went back on January 12, 2020, and received a cash refund for an auto part that he didn't purchase. I am guessing that he didn't put new brake pads on my vehicle, either.
Customers who allow Dwayne to place their purchased auto parts under his name at Fleming Auto Repair are getting cheated. I had to pay $284 to have the auto parts that Dwayne had placed under his account, recorded as new returns in my name. In addition, I called the corporate office in Springfield, MO, on March 25, 2020, to report the incident with Fleming Auto Repair. Dwayne goes to both the Florida Boulevard and Tom Drive locations of Fleming Auto Repair. I thank God for letting me see such a crooked/devious mechanic’s game. I also thank O'Reilly’s management for listening to my concerns.

Mr. JC lee, the man behind the register was super patient (im female and auto parts are DEFINITELY out of my wheelhouse) he was very informative and explained things in a simple way I could understand. His energy was highly positive and even apologized for being on the phone with another customer when I walked back in to get his name for this review! O'Reilly Auto Parts have become the main auto part for myself. They have more of a variety of parts including parts for yard equipment. They will help you get the part you need; especially, if available. Great employees.
I love tools. I love cars. This store is both of them combined. If my wife ever divorces me it will be because I love this store more than her. O-O-Oreillys Auto parts, you are my world, oh oreilys I just love the way you let me shop around and just loiter on each isle trying to find something that I don't already have. Oreillys auto parts is the stuff Dreams are made of.
I love O'Reilly bc they always have what I need and they assures me that they can order what I need so I'm a satisfied customer always...I highly recommend O'Reilly on Tom drive as your parts store..
They go out of the way to help you. JC?suggested things I could do to fix try and fix the problems the reader showed on my car and gave me a print out before buying an expensive part so I could get an inspection sticker.. It fixed it!
Do not go here, old grey hair man had the nastiest attitude ever, you not supposed to treat your customers neither talk to them in any disrespectful manner.
My favorite automotive parts and accessories store. The parts are good with choices and always plenty of help from knowledgeable service counter employees.

If I lived closer I would come here all the time. I liked being asked if I need help finding something. They offered their assistants multiple times with a smile. Even recommended products that they found work better.
Claude at this O'Reilly thoroughly explained how to clean my lawnmower's carburetor and was able to tell me what cleaners wouldn't work with ethanol/gas blends.
He also tested our starter simply with a battery and jumper cables when the lady at the nearby Auto Zone on Florida refused.
