I went in this morning my check engine light was on a nice lady with long hair helped me out real good told me me what the problem was I bought a ignition coil thanks so much!!!
This place is great! The guy on the phone let me know they had the battery for my antique car and Daniel who installed it went the extra mile with prepping the battery box which was a bit of a mess. Highly recommend and I will be getting anything I need for my vehicles from this location! Thanks
Wasn't greeted customer service representative was looking at you are talking just ringing me up. Poor service to Stick drawer1 on /08/16/23@12:40. My purchase wasn't welcome.
Mr. JC lee, the man behind the register was super patient (im female and auto parts are DEFINITELY out of my wheelhouse) he was very informative and explained things in a simple way I could understand. His energy was highly positive and even apologized for being on the phone with another customer when I walked back in to get his name for this review! O'Reilly Auto Parts have become the main auto part for myself. They have more of a variety of parts including parts for yard equipment. They will help you get the part you need; especially, if available. Great employees.
I love tools. I love cars. This store is both of them combined. If my wife ever divorces me it will be because I love this store more than her. O-O-Oreillys Auto parts, you are my world, oh oreilys I just love the way you let me shop around and just loiter on each isle trying to find something that I don't already have. Oreillys auto parts is the stuff Dreams are made of.

I was followed around the store by the manager then accused of stealing and had the police called on me. Extremely racist. Very unprofessional. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
They go out of the way to help you. JC?suggested things I could do to fix try and fix the problems the reader showed on my car and gave me a print out before buying an expensive part so I could get an inspection sticker.. It fixed it!
Do not go here, old grey hair man had the nastiest attitude ever, you not supposed to treat your customers neither talk to them in any disrespectful manner.

If I lived closer I would come here all the time. I liked being asked if I need help finding something. They offered their assistants multiple times with a smile. Even recommended products that they found work better.
Claude at this O'Reilly thoroughly explained how to clean my lawnmower's carburetor and was able to tell me what cleaners wouldn't work with ethanol/gas blends.
He also tested our starter simply with a battery and jumper cables when the lady at the nearby Auto Zone on Florida refused.
