The customer service wasn't good and the worker Desmond didn't give my change from my purchase because he was to busy looking at women in the store. And then didn't want to give it to me asked about it. So I just left before things got out of hand
I went to have my battery checked since it was dead and had to be jumped in the morning. The employee who saw me first was friendly and willing to replace my battery ( it was under warranty). The manager took over and "ran a test" on the battery. She said it was fine and that I needed a new alternator. I took my car to another AutoZone and they immediately said that I had a bad battery and they would replace it at no charge. I asked about the alternator and they said there was no way to test it because the battery was so dead. Do not go to this location! It's a very poor representation of this franchise.
I'm went to get the check engine light checked out they pushed me away saying they can't do anything but I seen they helped everyone else never going back
Terrible experience the manager took us to another check out to wait for more than 15 minutos and then sent more customer and I keep waiting and he doesn’t answer me
The one store manager did not want to help because I was returning an item. he had a look of annoyance at me. Ask him if he could look up my receipt because I didn’t have and too me no. yet I have been to other auto parts zone and they have looked at my receipt with no problem.

Their Badge says “parts expert” but didn’t know anything about any parts i was looking for .. stephanie and the older gentleman workings this morning were no help at all.
rushing me out and being mean. i don’t know much about cars & im having a hard time getting my car fixed & they made the experience 100% worse.
Nov 2024, watch out when you bring warranty parts in. If they have sensors. They will not tell you to remove. Never going to this store again. Cost me a extra $60. Wait never shopping at autozone again. Advice got them beat on deals.
Hire less cheap folks and find someone worth a dang.

I’m very happy to write this review for the manager Akasha at this location because she was very helpful. She was professional and went beyond in calling to make sure she was doing the process correctly with the commercial account I went in for. She deserves a raise and I hope all the staff are the same way like her. Great job Akasha!!!!
I was almost at my whits end today! I purchased bolts and nuts at one of your locations and replaced the the bad one I had on my battery. It didn’t tighten but thought ok. I read that the cable needs to be secured and tight in order for the battery to function properly. I was visiting a friend and decided to go to the location near me at the time. The location was closed. I did find a store that closed later at night time.I am one who compliments good service but must say the two guys that assisted me were very personable friendly and for me the most important respectful! The two guys were in tuned to my specific needs at the time and resolved my problem. I cannot say enough about the two individuals that ended my day with a positive affirmation because of their professional appearance and demeanor. DJ and Rodell thank you both for your time and assistance. Greatly appreciate your concern and resolving my problem. You two gave an old man peace of mind!
My battery was DEAD dead, but the fine people here were able to get it out and changed in 43 minutes, just in time to beat anti-theft system. God bless this AutoZone.
They don't have a wide variety of battery hold down fuses, if you have any such as 60, 70, 100 amp, you will not find them here, roamed around searching a while, grateful that a worker that was helping someone on the outside walked inside and asked if I needed any help, yes there were 2 other workers on the counter that didn't greet me as you should do all customers, they allowed me to roam, and try to find it myself.
Had to go to the Airline Hwy location because the 5 employees and the manager at the Greenwell Springs Rd location don't know how to help customers. I waited in the GS location for over 20 mins before being acknowledged by anyone. I wouldn't be so upset if I wasn't the only customer in the store. 6 people can't be that busy they can't help the only customer they have in the store.
Worst service ever! Walked in and none of the FOUR cashiers working gave us the time of day. Never acknowledged us and all of them had such sullen attitudes! How do they stay in business???? When the one cashier helped us (long orange hair) she was so rude - mumbled and we could not understand her. We were so polite and she basically ignored us. Couldnt even tell us where the other store was that she said had the part we needed (and this one on Airline IS supposed to be the warehouse store but didnt have the parts we needed...) Left there and went to the Auto Zone over next to Sharp on Florida and could not have had a better experience! This Airline location needs to have the personnel at the Florida/Sharp location come over and train their staff on common customer service! Ridiculous!
Stephanie has AMAZING customer service skills & work ethics. I came in with wrong battery that another worker sold me from another location (Florida Blvd.) after noticing it was wrong she quickly fixed the issue & Installed my new battery for me in a timely manner. I really appreciate Stephanie & I will definitely be returning back to that location if need be due to her AMAZING work skills & the dedicated compassion she showed towards her customers.
Normally I enjoy a mostly female environment but this was a sad day! I had ordered the parts online for p/U, never rec'ed a call or email! Call Monday morning around opening time & asked if parts could be pulled for me, was told, "I don't have time, am busy!" She hung up! I was 2 days post hip surgery & had to hobble in & sit on my stool! At least 6 females present with only 2 customers!

I needed help with opening the fob for my vehicle. A very sweet patient and beautiful young lady helped me. This old lady is grateful to find this kind of kindness in a young working person today! A lot of the younger working generation have ugly attitudes. They are not aware that their attitude affects their altitude. Wisdom: If you want to lead, you must first learn how to follow. Great servants are the best masters!
