Cudos to a young man Edwin, spoke with him about my battery situation, told him not off work until 4:30pm he said he clocks out at 5pm. He said he would wait around until I got there. Got there about 4:55pm, he checked my battery, said it was o.k. wanted to give him a tip, he said, " no, why get a tip when I'm doing my job."

My daughter is a student at LSU, and as an out-of-town parent, I truly appreciate the kindness and support she received. She first went to a nearby competitor for a new battery, but they refused to install it due to a policy about battery coverings. Thankfully, she then came to this O’Reilly location, where the staff went above and beyond to help her. Their service, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. We are incredibly grateful — you’ve earned our business from here on out!
They are selling a junk to customers. Provided my vehicle model to them and got a wrong type of battery and caused all issues. They didn't care your complain and reject your request about full returning. Also, they have a very poor math skill so they should go back to elementary learning it. Don't recommand to get any parts from this store. Autozone is a good store to find what you need.
GO TO NAPA!! If I could give 0 stars I would! They sold me multiple wrong parts for my car in the wrong boxes so when I went to return it they said can’t accept it. Hundreds wasted.
Even though there was a decent sized crowd, I didn't have to wait for service as there were several employees working the counter. You could hear that the interactions betww the customers and staff were friendly and upbeat.
Prices are fair and on par with auto zone for batteries. The shelves were stocked, organized and clean. It could be have been easier to track down upholstery/trim fasteners, but it wasn't frustratingly hard either.
Came in today with a company vehicle, and a bad battery that I have had to jump three times in the last week and a half. I asked him to check the battery, and there was very little corrosion on it. Made it seem as if I didn’t know what I was talking about and he told me that he can’t check it because it has corrosion. So I told him that I can clean it off, and he tried. He said he couldn’t get a reading therefore he couldn’t tell me if the battery was bad or not. Went to a different O’Reilly, they cleaned it off, checked it, the battery was bad. This location just did not want to replace the battery.
On October 7th, 2021 I came into store # 5102 around maybe 4:30 pm to purchase two quarts of oil. As I entered I was asked did I need any help I said no because the oil was straight ahead on the shelf. As I was shopping an employee ( Kayden ) rushed from behind the counter and stood behind me as if he were organizing the shelf items but he was there to profile me. If you guess it I am a black male. As soon as I made my selection and approached the counter he came back up front and stood over the guy who was ringing me up staring at me like I had nothing to do but come into the store to steal. I had on a dirty industrial uniform as well so it was clearly evident that I was about buisness and not foolishness. I know it won't put tjem out of business but I'll spend my hard earned dollars where they're respected .
Dude had no idea how to do a return after I called and expressed my situation he said everything was fine and to bring it in. I get there and all of a sudden I can’t do a return… NO ONE in the entire store had any idea what to do..Don’t waist your time here go to Staring lane Carl fixed all the problems they claimed they had.
Bought a belt for my car today. The man in the store was kind enough to help me out. I recently bought an old police car, and have tried many ways to get the stickers off. He gave me great advice, and such friendly conversation. Overall, a great experience. It’s always great when customer service is the number one priority. You can see this man really enjoys his job.
Very poor service, will leave you standing in front of my Cash register with item and money in hand for about 15 minutes then ask you if you want something. Totally a bunch of Bufons.
I've been going to this O'Reilly's for over a year. Knowledgeable staff and very friendly. I try to avoid autozone at all cost. Even if I'm near another O'Reilly's, if I know I'll be in the neighborhood, I'll wait to visit this store instead.
They looked up my reciept so I could return the part for the core charge some tell you they can't do it which is not true the associate was very mannerable & helpful great customer service definitely will do business again
For sure this particular store has great customer service and they are very patient. I guess most of all what I liked from the store was there their professional approach. I really recommend these guys at this store.
Good store, very helpful employees.. saved me a lot of money by resurfacing my slotted rotors when every other place I called said they couldn’t do the job.
The people that work here are really nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I've always given great advice when I visit and recommended the best product for what I need.
