I would give this place a 20/5 stars if I could. One AutoZone said they couldn’t replace my battery because there were too many bolts, Kendra got me squared away in 15 minutes. Even replaced the nut the previous store lost and crawled to the back of my car to get my new battery, since we had disconnected the original and couldn’t open the back hatch. Will definitely be coming here for any other auto needs!
Customer service sucks at this location. I went to this location to get my service light checked. I walked in I stood there for a few minutes before anyone asked me what I needed. I was the only customer in there at the time. I go in to get my service lights checked an older lady one of the employees tell me that she can't check it. I was like okay don't worry about it I will just go somewhere else. I had to come back to the location after going somewhere else to get my service light checked because the part I needed they had. I go back to buy the part I needed so I tell the manager about my experience with the older lady/employee. The manager tells me that oh she's just a blunt person everybody says that she has bad customer service that's not an excuse because you are a blunt person you're in customer service. She may need to look for a different job. Especially if you getting multiple customers complaining about her approach and her customer service.. This location NEEDS to work on customer service...
They don’t help at all with nothing!!! Yall have the wrong ppl working there!!! I been came bough a part way last week!! They did my refund wrong!!! I still haven’t got my 48$ & some from my air in take part!!! That I been returned the same day cause it was the wrong one!! I just called they getting mad cause I’m telling them I was been pose get my shit smh!! I really hate bad customer service fr but yall ain’t care to take my money though .she know she only gave me my refund back from that 2$ thing I bought smh! Been a whole week! How the 2$ some came back same day but not the money for my part!
Trudie Phillips is a one of a kind worker and an outstanding human being!!! She was an absolute life saver when it came to my car complications. Auto Zone is blessed to have her and she deserves all of the raises!
Ms. Trudge was extremely kind and helpful. She made my experience here pleasant and she was very knowledgeable of my parts needed for my car and she did this in a professional manner.
Kendra was beyond helpful with helping me diagnosis and replace a faulty battery i had been having some issues with. She even helped me to locate a warranty I had forgotten about and got us all squared away easy-peasy lemon squeezy and saved me from an unexpected cost. Excellent service and support from the team here at autozone.
Due to the location of my battery I did have to call a friend to assist me with the install but she was very polite and I knew that before she had told me, she did offer to help walk me through it if was unable to get help 10/10 help from the staff

Horrible customer service. The employees move at a snail pace with no sense of urgency and look at you with such contempt. If you don’t like your job find a new one. O’Reillys is right next door and their workers are significantly nicer.
I was at auto shopping I purchased a steering wheel cover. I saw Mr. Shane B, I asked him if he can help me put on the wheel cover and he said yes. I was very pleased with his service. I offered to pay him but he did not want it. I was very thankful for his services.

Shout out to Fred at the AutoZone store at 9704 Airline Highway, Baton Rouge!! He patiently helped me find the correct windshield wiper blades for my Nissan versa note 2018. Very strange sizes! Then he offered to put them on!! He did the whole thing in about five minutes, something that would’ve taken me two hours, and I’d have to sit down with a cold cloth over my forehead and an adult beverage.
Had to go into AutoZone today because my battery was dead. I ended up working with Marcus who was super helpful knowledgeable, and friendly. I always have a good experience when I go to this store!
Stopped by after work to pick up some fluids for my cars. The two people working were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped me pick the right items for my automobiles. The store was clean and they were eager to help. This location is run well. I recommend.
They were extremely patient with me for a battery swap. I took forever due to having card issues. But they beared with me, so thank you for the patience.
Avoid this location at all costs! I went in for new low beam lights, gave a autozone employee my vin number he pulled my options up on a computer it was 60$ for two new lights no problem. When he went to the back he grabbed the wrong lights, I brought them home assuring the guy changing them I got the right ones because they looked it up by vin, but they wouldn’t fit. The issue is when I went to return them the STORE MANAGER KENDRA WELLS was so rude and started telling me how she couldn’t take them because the box was open, she told me she didn’t like my tone and I needed to calm down, all I was requesting was my money back because I’m a single momma with two kids I can’t afford to throw away 60$ and I already bought the new lights because I couldn’t bring my autistic son to therapy this morning without lights. I didn’t like how I was being treated so I started recording her. Her demeanor completely changed and she refunded me my money. Auto zone do better at selecting store managers. I’ve never been treated that way, she was constantly taking deep breaths like she was going to hurt me or something. I think she had anger issues and could be a liability. BEWARE OF AUTOZONE ON AIRLINE!!!!! Might get beat up trying to return something that they messed up!
Had my battery tested there. The guy told me the battery was bad. I bought a new one for $296.
I got a battery tester online and checked the old battery myself a couple of days later. Nothing wrong with 12.9 volts.
They should give me my money back and let me keep the new battery.
Do yourself a favor, buy a code reader and battery tester online.
