I had a campaign for my 21 Tacoma to address white paint peel. They are the only certified Toyota body shop in Baton Rouge that's in house, the other dealers have to sublet it out. They were professional from beginning to end. Got my truck out super fast.
The review that matters is the entire office was courteous and friendly. The paint job was phenomenal. There was no trash, no runs and no orange peel. They matched everything really really well. Only issue had when picking up my vehicle was the front radar wasn't plugged in but I was able to do that myself. The pin stripes were crooked and uneven. My rear seat belt was left inside my plastic panel and it appears my back window was replaced but my plastic trim panel had missing bolts and clips. My back window had a missing bolt but I found it on the carpet and I fixed all those issues myself at home when I arrived home and looked it over. Its not an issue for me because im experienced in this area as its what I do for work. Every shop will have issues either you see it or not but I can definitely live with mine and I wanna applaud the entire shop for how well the truck came out.
Very nice and hard-working people. Sometimes hard to get through on the phone but when you see them in person, they're great. They did a great job on the paint and autobody repair.
fiancées car was in a small wreck , they have had the car since september of 2021 , it's now jan 2022 . i get that parts are back ordered , but the lack of communication and ability for them to answer the phone or call you back is EXTREMELY frustrating . will never use them again , and if i could give 0 stars just for their phone service , i would .
Been a month since my car has been here and its STILL there. Work time frame was about a week, its been a month. Was supposed to be completed BEFORE hurricane Ida came. Im a single mother of 3 whose about to be drowning in rental fees… would really appreciate if the general manager would contact me
Avoid this place! I was estimated to have my car repaired in 2 weeks but instead it took 30 days! In addition when I picked up my vehicle I had items stolen from it, I had to track the Geico representative down because she was always unavailable without a time frame for my vehicle! Never again
Avoid this place like the plague. If they tell you 5 days, plan for 15. If they tell you they'll do something, get it in writing because they wont. Zero communication unless you track them down.. but expect to hear "sorry... just a couple more days". I thought because I brought my truck to the place where I'd purchased it I'd get good service but sadly I was mistaken.

Picked up vehicle and realized door wasn’t aligned edge guard was put on to try to cover up gap and heard wind noise bring it back and get door aligned properly and was told they couldn’t hear wind noise when I get home I realize the driver door does not paint match the the rear door and wind noise is still there
