How do I describe over 60 years of Medine’s being the ONLY people who have taken care of vehicles for the Tullier family - for us and our children. They have just repaired my last car a 2012 Honda CR-V, as I can no longer drive. It looks better than the day I bought it.

The Medines were very helpful with the insurance claims and all the paperwork that goes with having your vehicle repaired . My vehicle was back on the road before I knew it.
Medines Collision is a collision center that I would highly recommend . They keep you informed and up to date on your vehicle while it is being repaired . I don’t want to have a reason to use them again but if I do, they will be the one I use.
Amazing experience! After speaking with all 3 repair shops that my insurance company recommended(one didn’t work on BMWs -WOW!; the other two wanted to set an appointment 2+ weeks later I called Medine’s. Estimate done online immediately from pictures. They towed the car & immediately got to work with supplements for damage under the body. Within a week from calling they had all parts in & went to work. They called regularly updating me on progress & another week or so it was ready. Picked it up & it was spotless from a wash & detail. Looked brand new & drives perfectly. Best part was they dealt with the insurance company & all those hassles! Best body work & experience I have ever had!
My car has been in the shop since April 1. I reached out to them after one month and was told they were getting ready to start. I reached out a couple of weeks later and was told it would be done by May 24. I received a text message that my car would not be ready due to a delay. Today is 5/29 and I’m still waiting on an update for my vehicle. June 1 will be 2 months. I’m not happy at all with customer service or updates regarding my vehicle. I would not recommend!
I had a complicated claim and Medine’s was there to walk me through every step. They fought to get me good parts when the insurance wanted refurbished and made sure I understood the process to get every nickel I was due. Medine’s ALWAYS goes to bat for their customers! Would recommend every time!
Following my recent accident, a local mechanic friend advised I have my car towed to Medines Collision Center as he routinely hears good things about them. I did, and have been so thankful for the recommendation. The owner, staff, and mechanics at Medines are remarkable. They helped facilitate the towing, stayed in constant contact as things progressed with my insurance co, and have consistently displayed that rare “extra mile” type of customer service. They’ve been a tremendously valuable resource as I navigate the claims process. When in need of a BR collision center you can trust, you’re in need of Medines.
Medines Collision really took care of me and my brand new car with front end damage. I was understandably devastated and the guys were sympathetic/ reassuring and restored my month-old vehicle to the way it was when it came off the car lot. I highly recommend the shop, although I hope I never need auto body repair ever again, I would absolutely get the work done at Medines Collision
Medine's was awesome to me & my family. When we got into an accident, I was nervous, unhappy, mad, frustrated about the entire situation. Nobody wants to go through this process!! The insurance company was ridiculous. Progressive tried telling me status updates that were NOT accurate. How does Progressive even know what is going on at their place? Medine's was very helpful with the entire process. Two of my parts were on backorder. It took longer to have my vehicle repaired due to these parts but they stayed in contact with me the whole time. I'll never go to another shop. THANK YOU for helping my family through this terrible process.
I have had 2 cars worked on at Medine’s since March.
Brand new 2022 Honda CR-V. 4 months old driven into a ditch. After 3 months. The car was returned to me as good as new. I was delighted with the service from the front desk to the repair center. They took care of my insurance claims perfectly.
2nd car was a 2016 HONDA HR-V that was invaded by mice. They aren’t through with it yet but have been completely professional in their handling of the repairs.
I have been using Medine’s for about 18 years. I would not let anyone else touch my cars.
Ms Marine and staff were truly fabulous. We brought our car in after a weather related incident, where my car was totaled. Ms Madine took the time to explain the ins and outs of the insurance claim and show me how to look for omissions and to compare quotes. Her time and effort netted us over $1000.00 more on the claim. Highly Recommend!!
Their customer service was outstanding. They kept me up to date on my repairs as well. They were willing to stay after hours on a Friday so I could get my vehicle.

I've had multiple vehicles repaired here and can say they are definitely top notch. I took my Audi A6 here after G****r Collision just couldn't get it right. Medine's worked with State Farm and got all the re-repair work paid for. Excellent work..

On May 20th, I was in a horrible accident and as a result our car was total. I had no idea how to handle the situation and then we called Medines. Never have I experienced such exceptional service. In the course of 20 minutes I went from an anxiety attack to a calm...Dominica let me know that everything was going to work out and she was right! Thank God for Dominica. If anyone needs a Collision Center we now have the best one in Baton Rouge.
We have used Medines twice now and could not have been more satisfied with their service! They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and perform top notch work. I had never dealt with a wreck or auto insurance claim and Mrs. Dominica was so patient in explaining the process to me and answering all my questions.
We were hit from behind by another, larger vehicle. At the time we didn't realize that this hit would total the car, which was a first. Dominica and the rest of the Medine's staff walked us through the process with much patience and insight. They've been in business for a while, and it shows - they really know what they are doing. Medines and their staff were an absolute delight to deal with while trying to get my husband truck fixed and painted. We were paying out of pocket so we wanted to make sure we were getting the best job and boy did we! I just got it back and couldn’t be happier! The people here are awesome! They were very personable kind and very reassuring. After I got my wreck and the person never had insurance I was very nervous about how everything was going to happen. Everyone here especially Mr Chris was very professional and made the process very easy I am highly impressed and I will be a customer for life!

Both times that I have had to use Medine’s for vehicle repairs were great experiences. Chris and Dominica took a lot of time explaining and giving advice regarding the Diminished Value Assessment from my accident. (I had no idea about it.) Even after taking so much time to help, they offered to continue to extend their services in order to make sure that I will be compensated fairly for the DVA. They can and do help with literally every aspect of a car accident- not just the collision repairs. When they claim that they fight for their customers’ rights, THEY MEAN IT!
We are extremely happy with the repair to our truck done by Medine's. Friends we showed it to were also very impressed. It looks like a new truck again. Medine's actually went beyond what we expected in order to provide a quality job. And everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I will gladly recommend Medine's to anyone. I will NEVER use anyone else!! The accident caused a large amount of damage to my truck, however it’s as good as new. It’s been a few months since the repairs were done and still no problems. I can’t express how grateful I am to Medine’s for all the help they provided. They went above and beyond to help me with my truck and dealing with the insurance company. We had multiple problems with the insurance company and they fought for me every step of the way. I will recommend Medine’s to everyone.

Chris and Dominica and their team have worked on my car after someone rear ended me on a couple occasions and always did quality work, and when my car was recently totaled they went to bat for me and advised me on what my car was worth to make sure I got every cent I was entitled to. They truly are on the side of their customers. I cannot recommend them enough and I will only take my cars to them for body work.
Medine’s Collision Center is the best experience I have ever had with a body repair shop! Just after buying my Honda Civic, I accidently tore off my front bumper trying to park in a busy parking lot. I was so frustrated, and wasn't sure what to do. After spending all my savings on a new car, I now had a detached bumper. After months of trying to zip tie it together, I resorted to gorilla glue and duct tape. My car now of course looked ridiculous. Too embarrassed to park in the front of my office, I would park down the street. After moving to Baton Rouge, a great new friend suggested Medine’s.
Not only did Medine’s do a thorough review of my car, they gave me an estimate far lower than I expected. The owners, Chris and Dominica did everything they could to get me a low price that met my satisfaction. They were open, honest, forthright, and suggested a refurbished bumper for my civic. By using a refurbished bumper, they saved me hundreds. Chris and Dominica also had a spacious waiting room that felt like home. I was lucky enough that I really never had to use it. After the new parts came in, it only took them one day to have my car ready!
Dominica was awesome the whole way through! She kept in contact and informed me of any changes. When we arrived at Medine’s I could not believe it. My car looked better than the day I bought it. Chris and Dominica had buffed out the glue and left over duct tape residue that was stuck to my bumper. Not only did they wax my car but they also cleaned the inside windows and vacuumed my rugs. I was so happy I hugged them both.
On my way home from Medine’s, I felt so proud of my newly fixed car. Chris and Dominica left some business cards and a key chain on my console… I have already handed them all out! Now whenever I meet anyone who needs their auto body repair, I tell them about the amazing experience I had with Medine’s Collision Center. I could not have been happier with the customer service that Dominica and Chris provided me with. If anything ever happens to my car again I will avoid the duct tape and give them a call straight away. Thank you so much Medine’s, I am in love with my car again!
