They did an ac check on my car on 7-10-2025 an when I got in the car it was already running so as i got home an turn it off maybe an hour later I went to leave it would not start I contacted them an i was told the person who looked at my mercedes was not there i need my shit fixed never had this problem tell yesterday
Paid $450 for a problem that ain’t fix what I originally brought my vehicle there for. Fixed most of my vehicles but I see now that this business is reliant on the machines instead of being an actual mechanic and figuring out the actual problem. Find a mechanic that will find the problem not just take your money and fix something that doesn’t even help the problem you originally brought the vehicle for. Shid sad cause I lost out on a whole vehicle messing with this shop.
Asked for an oil change and tire rotation saw no one working on my vehicle and was charged $200.00. Calling BBB Monday morning. Very shading people.

Honest, fast, and great customer service! Haz and his crew replaced all 4 brakes and rotors on my truck. They did it in a timely manner and now the truck rides so smooth. They've earned a customer for life!
My 2013 Range Rover transmission went out. I really didn’t know how I was gonna fix it but after speaking to Haz he gave me a good price one I couldn’t refuse. His guys done a wonderful job my truck rides like new. If they can fix my Rover they surely can fix your ride real talk..
Hated it. I went there to change my transmission gasket and filter spent 300 for my car to get fixed and it stop changing gears. The guy told me my transmission was out. He just wanted me to pay him didn’t even care just wanted to get paid He lied. All I needed was a reset. After resetting my car it now works perfectly. I’ll never go there again. I’m a customer from “Best Car Care” the son is running the business now and this guy has a bad customer service experience! He promised me he would fix my problem with my car. What happened is he charged me 750 dollars but he put glue on the broken part and told he fixed the issue for. But he didn’t give a receipt nor a warranty on my car, This guy does bad to everyone he comes across! I never heard a customer never give him a good comment about his work! He also charged me for an oil change but never changed the oil. I recommend that you never use this because it’s bad for businesses

When you call the shop ask for Haz. He is the owner .He is certified and very professional. My wife's cars AC was not blowing cold air. He tested it and found out its the compressor and surely that is what it was. He recommended that I get a new one with the complete kit rather than a refurbished one so I did that. Now I have freezing cold air and it was fixed in 1 day. Other mechanics I took the car too where guessing it could be a couple of things that could have cost me major dollars but Haz knew the cause right away and was. Very honest. From now on he is my mechanic for life. I recommend you call him first before calling other mechanics that want to charge you for un necessary things before they truly fix the problem. Haz is straight forward and calls a spade a spade.
This place was really amazing and they go over and beyond to make sure that your car is together. Haz was really nice the prices match the effort his workers put into making sure your car is together.
If I had to describe this place and the crew, it is persistence. One of the mechanics kept insisting that I get a certain part replaced and fixed than keep rolling as I did. So, the price was $605.00 but my car will not have more issues until later. So, roll over here to fix your car, truck, or anything you drive. And yes, they do have a restroom for everyone to use.
I had an interesting experience at this shop. Haz (the owners son) is a very personable guy and definitely has the charismatic personality for this job. He took me in with a project that was above both of our heads. His shop is not a diesel repair shop but he committed to helping me anyway since I got my vehicle there and it was unable to drive anywhere else. I would give him my business 100% with a typical family vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this shop for any heavy duty diesel rigs (and that’s ok because they don’t advertise for that). The shop needs and update aesthetically but the work was good. Go check them out and form your own opinion
I went to get a brake job , But was told my caliper was ceased up . Instead of checking brake hose I was told told I needed a caliper so I went to oriellys and got a after market one one for 130 and they charge me 90 to put on which they already charged me 120 for brakes . Come to find out the new caliper ceased up aswell because of faulty brake hose. The mechanic should have check that first 12$ Fix. My advice to any one stay away from this shop lazy and unprofessional. After arguing with the owner that he mislead me and over charge me he finally gave me 90$ back . Any who has this problem check your brake hose first before replacing any calipers, the owner kept saying you can’t test the brake hose, when that’s what we did . Guy never serviced mU vehicle, simply said I needed a new A/C compressor & it’ll cost $1500… I added a can of 134a and my A/C worked fine.. Needless to say he charged me $180 for a “diagnosis.”

Best experience I’ve had with any auto body shop by far. The pricing is great and all employees genuinely care about all customers and their vehicles and it goes to show. I recommend taking your vehicle here over anywhere !
Great business minded people, straight forward about the work that was done to my truck (2013 Tahoe) They replaced my motor, did a bunch of other things to get my truck back to tip top shape! All the work was done on time as they predicted. As a gift to me, they recharged my A/C for FREE FREE LOL yeah FREE... I’m definitely telling friends and family about them and of course I’ll be back!! Oh I forgot to mention that someone referred them to me, I drove from New Orleans to get this “WORK”..... Thanks Guys

Haz (the car doctor) that's what I call him... was able to diagnose and fix my truck in a matter of a few hours for a reasonable price. My truck now drives smooth with no vibrating or noise. As a commercial customer, we tried lots of shops over the years. By far, this has been our best experience. The key to saving money is getting it diagnosed right the first time, and Haz is a pro! He’s been doing all my mechanic work for 2 years and counting. Fair prices and the fastest repairs ever.
My brother and I always go to Haz , he’s always on point , he’s always honest and very informative. He shows me exactly where the issue is. his prices are reasonable. The older man in the front is a little rough around the edges but after coming back he was nice and kind, even to my kids. I give them 5 stars I truly recommend this place .
I've been going to Best Car Care for about 10 years. I like how quickly they get the work done. Other shops, you have to leave it for diagnostics, wait for the call, schedule the maintenance, etc. etc. At Best Car Care they get it done! I live in Mid-City so I like being able to drop it off, walk home, walk back a short time later, and drive away. They now maintain my car, my wife's car, my daughter's car. My mom has begun using them too. Now, Haz and Mark treat me like family. Say hi to them for me.
We have been going to Best Car Care for years. I recommend Has and his team for everything from oil changes to major repairs. They are knowledgeable, and the service is prompt.
This place is shady, The mechanic (part changer)/manager "Has" doesn't know the mechanics of cars well. I paid them $300 to change lower control arms & ball joints, get my car back it does all kind of clacking & rattling on one side, had to take it to an alignment ship twice for them to diagnose the problem. My control arms weren't tightened at all which is dangerous. Had to pay another shop to fix a problem that Best Car Care created. Then they wouldn't even reimburse me, all he had to say was " I can't help you." I'm asking that people avoid going to this shady shop. They only want your money, they don't care for their customers.
I called told them that I was having problems with my headlight and needed a new belt. They were so helpful and honest. The price wasn't bad either. To fix ny headlight wires, replace my belt, clean my throttle body, and put fuel injector in my car it was 270. I Highly recommend.
Friendly, experienced, and reasonable prices. They replaced the engine in my sons' car and replaced radiator in my car, plus many other repairs. I'm pleased with their service and recommend it to all my friends.

Very Pleased. Engine had a miss while it idled - 1994 Toyota small pickup. They admired some newer parts installed. They cleaned the throttle body and fuel injectors for $130 & solved the problem. They also steam cleaned under the hood to make everything nice and pretty for FREE. Later I took it to them after Sears auto told me I needed $650 worth of work on my steering; Best did the same work, plus new shocks for less $ and steam cleaned & painted the rusty parts for FREE. They have earned my return business.
