Everyone here deserves a raise! They made this process so smooth for me to get everything completed on my car in a timely manner. Truly a great staff and they have a great system. Alex also always made me feel like we were best friends and would talk to me while I waited to either drop my car off or pick my car up!
Elizabeth made the entire process so easy. The repairs took less than a week and I was kept informed of the process every step of the way. The paint/bodywork that was done is transparent (looks as good as new)..suffice to say I am pleased with the results!! Thanks Gerry Lane Body Shop for the positive experience!!
Excellent service! They handled all communication with the insurance company regarding my repairs. They keep you updated daily and are quick to respond with any questions you may have. God forbid another accident happens, but if it does, I already know where I’m taking my vehicle.

The best experience! I got my car back looking brand new. The whole experience from start to finish was top notch. They communicated well throughout the entire process.
I don’t think that I could have picked a worse place to bring my vehicle! The customer service and the communication is absolute trash. Don’t ever ask to speak to any managers because they won’t ever call you back, a huge shout out to Tyler Lane here. If you want a product that is left unfinished after having your vehicle for seven weeks by all means go with Gerry Lane.
I had to have my hood totally replaced after a minor accident in a parking lot. The dent was just in the wrong spot. However. The whole process was super fast. From contacting the shop, to ordering to the hood, to the car being fixed was so fast. We even had a hurricane in the middle of it all. Wonderful service and again…. Fast!
This was the best experience ive ever had with someone fixing my car! The job wasn’t an easy fix, but my car was handled with the best care. There were a few tiny scratches that i noticed after picking up my car and Chris personally made sure that they were addressed. This will be the only collision center you ever need to go to! The quality, updates, and the friendliness were unmatched by any i have ever been to. I hope not to have to return, but i know that if i ever need to, Gerry Lane will be my first choice.
I was rear ended a couple months ago. I brought my car to Gerry Lane Collision to be fixed. They did an AMAZING job at putting my car back to where it looks brand new! The communication from John and Chris was awesome. They kept me up to date every step of the way! Customer service is huge to me. And they knocked it out the park. Thank yall again! Hopefully I won't ever have to go back. But it's good to know I'm in good hands if I'm ever in this situation again.
I had a great experience with Gerry Lane. The technician who I spoke with (John) provided frequent and detailed updates throughout the repair process. He ensured the repair was done properly.
I had two claims going at the same time and they were able to get them both done!!! And omg my car looks amazing!!!! I had quite a bit of damage done to the back and had replaced the whole bumper and everything and on the side of my vehicle. I even had some frame damage and when I tell you, it looks brand new like nothings ever happened?!!! They did an amazing job!! John was awesome and Elizabeth at the front desk as well!!! Now keep in mind it may take longer than what you were originally told but that’s because a lot of the parts have to be ordered and that’s with any shop. A lot of them are hard to get to. I had to go to another shop last year for another hit-and-run accident and this one is by far way better! I hope to not have to use them again lol but if I do definitely coming back to Gerry Lane!!!
My 2019 Corvette Z06 with less than 5000 miles on it was plowed into from the rear causing over $30,000 in damages. Problems with parts availability meant it took over 3 months to get back in the driver’s seat. Estimator John Poplin kept me informed throughout this difficult time. Now it looks beautiful again and I’ve not detected anything different in the ride and handling compared to before. Thanks to the conscientious techs at Gerry Lane Chevrolet and to John for the personal touch.
The collision center at Gerry Lane was so helpful and communicative throughout my entire experience. They were also the only shop in BR that could get me in immediately, where every other shop had at least a one month wait. The work was done beautifully, and I am so happy to have my car back and looking better than ever! The before and after photos can attest to their beautiful work.

Trust me- if you are reading these reviews to get the “most honest” collision center along with top notch customer service- Gerry Lane Collison Center is the one! A lady hit me from behind in my BRAND NEW Z71 Tahoe. I was sick to my stomach. I emailed Gerry Lane Collison Center just to get an idea of the “whole process.” I spoke with Alex, who was MORE than helpful and patient with me asking several questions and responded extremely quickly through email. Once we set up the appt for me to drop off my vehicle, I never had to ask the update. John kept me updated several times throughout the process. My car looks just like new! They even followed up with me to make sure everything was still good. I appreciate them so much! The customer service is like no other.
The service at the Gerry Lane Collision Center was exemplary. From the initial visit, where the damage to my vehicle was evaluated, to the repair and the eventual return to us, everything went according to plan. We were kept informed every step of the way. We were advised when some additional damage was found (it had been hidden behind a damaged bumper), and all the work was priced very fairly. There were no surprises, a mark of a well-run operation. Gerry Lane has done service and repair work on our cars for years. We have never been disappointed.

I was involved in an unfortunate accident. Gerry Lane was the only collision center I contacted who was able to get to working on my car shortly after my accident. The representatives at Gerry Lane were constantly keeping me informed with the progress of the working being done. They did an amazing job, as my car basically looks like new!
Repair and restoration following an accident were impeccable. Honestly looked better than when we purchased the vehicle. Customer service provided by Elizabeth Poplin should be the industry standard. She was in constant communication providing updates every step of the way. She also navigated the intricacies of dealing with the insurance company to expedite payment and ultimate release of our vehicle. Couldn’t be happier!
We had only been in our brand new Cadillac for 4 months when I got rear ended. It was scary. But Elizabeth & Alex and the team at Gerry Lane Cadillac Collision Center made the process of getting my vehicle repaired SO very painless! I had my car repaired here after a car accident and the service I received was amazing! My parts took a while to come in but that wasn’t the shops fault it was just due to the delay going on everywhere making it difficult to receive products. But while waiting for the parts and while my car was being repaired Elizabeth from the collision center gave me the best customer service I have probably ever had. She kept in contact with me always keeping me up to date on parts arriving, what they were still waiting on and expected delivery dates for the parts. Also while my car was being fixed she gave me updated every couple of days on what was being done and what was left to do. Although getting the parts was a long process, Elizabeth made me feel assured she was doing everything she could to get things taken care of. There was not a week that passed that I was not contacted with updates during this process. I will use them anytime in the future if I need these services and would recommend them to anyone. And Elizabeth definitely deserves a raise! Thank you for amazing service!
Took my truck here after it was hit on the driver’s side door and fender. The team at Gerry Land we’re very helpful and got my truck in within days. They were easy to work with and submitted all the supplemental repairs to my insurance company for me. Once in the work was done quickly and the truck looks brand new.

The awesome folks at the Gerry Lane Chevrolet Collision Center really could not have been nicer or more helpful when I brought in my Chevy Spark to be repaired recently. When I first got there, Chris Timon VERY kindly came out with us and used a fantastic tool called a "slide hammer" to help us pull out part of the car door so that we could at least open it until we could get it repaired properly. He worked on it about 15 minutes to get it to be usable. He did this without any payment or expectations! Super nice guy. Kevin Dartez and Elizabeth Poplin were also VERY helpful not only in answering my many questions, but also they kept me in the loop with each step having to do with the repair estimate, parts ordering, and dealing with my Insurance company. My car was ready when they said it would be and it looks FANTASTIC, as though it was not in a wreck. I am so impressed with this group! I would recommend them to anybody who needs collision repair work. Really, such a nice, well organized, hard working bunch. Exceeded my expectations!
