The experience I had with this store was the best experience, Shantell made sure every thing I needed was taken care of when it came to all points, her customer service was top tier, and getting what I needed when nobody else could made it even better..Thank You Napa for taking great care of my needs..
Went in to have my battery checked and replaced if needed.
First, their equipment didn't work properly and kept giving error messages.
Then I was told my battery charge was 100 amps higher than the battery allowed.
Then they said oh well is not your battery.
I went down the street to a well known highly respected place.
The battery was at 23% and in dire need of replacement.
I had to lose my lower replacement cost because I had to get my batter from another business.
Will never go back!
I do not recommend, at least, not this location.
Try the Florida Blvd. location first
Nothing to brag about, racist people in fact I myself forgot that part place even exist I went there a few times and each visit wasn't a pleasant experience.
