I've found this place to be incredibly reliable and thoughtful. They did a bunch of work on my car and gave me a full set of tires during an emergency, and they continue to check on the shape of my older vehicle whenever I stop in. They are thorough and offer courtesy transportation if they deem your vehicle in need of time consuming work.
The team at Plantation is always courteous, typically can make a diagnosis while I wait and this time they confirmed what I expected and replaced my battery. I was in and out in less than an hour.
I took my car in for service. Oil change and tire rotation. This is the best place in Baton Rouge for service or repair. There’s always a warm welcome and highly professional service.
Went in to figure out what was up with my tire, and in less than 30 minutes they determined that the pressure gauge needed to be recalibrated and fixed it for me. Or something like that, I do not speak vehicle fluently, but they were kind, fast, and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Brought some pre-purchased tires over for mounting which is against their policy, but they were happy to work with me due the tires being brand new. Friendly staff, very fair pricing. Definitely go back to these guys the next time I've got something I don't want to attempt or can't tackle on my own.
The team at Plantation Tire is the best! Mark and Ken and the rest of the crew are always responsive and helpful with any of our needs with our 2017 Volvo XC90 (and there are a lot of them!). Incredible experience. I walked in yesterday and wanted to get four new tires. They were professional, very helpful, and it only took two hours. If you want to wait, they have a very nice Room for that.
My coworker recommended them because her husband works there and, although it seems like nepotism, it wasn’t! I was going to go to a dealership instead but decided against it and it was the best care I’ve ever received for my car to date! Matthew McAllister was awesome and noticed things with my car that nobody would’ve regularly taken the time of day to notice. 15/10 will absolutely be back!
My experience at Plantation was great, as usual. I have been a customer for a long time. The service is friendly and professional. I got an oil change, alignment and tires. They also discovered my need for a new battery. The wait was not unreasonable for all that was needed. The wait area was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and pleasantly decorated. I recommend Plantation for tires and services.

I brought a flat tire to Plantation to check. Ken called me about an hour and told me the tire was not fixable. He quoted me a price on a new tire. Had the new tire put on, and they installed tire on car. The cost was less than quoted. Ken was friendly and the service was excellent.

Showed up at 4:15pm for a tire rotation. I was turned away. Their excuse was "that we are closing." Their closing times posted on their door and online are 5pm.
I have used Plantation several times over the years. This trip was for a flat tire. They got everything fixed and my car returned in the time promised and for a reasonable price. The staff was friendly, informative and professional, as they always have been, even for more complicated jobs. I strongly recommend that anyone needing tire work head for Plantation Tires.
Originally started coming through coworker recommendations. Love the service and hospitality. Always doing the best they can to meet the needs of the costumer and I just love not having to worry. I also have a Volvo and many places don’t even TOUCH them.
I was well pleased with their service. They listened to my concern and we discussed possible causes and solutions. In the end they were clear and honest with their findings, and fixed my issue promptly, and even much sooner than promised. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
Had my car in to change the oil, inspect the brakes and rotate the tires. As always greeted by the friendly staff. Car was taken in their shop and the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. They informed me that my brakes didn’t need to be changed at this time. Good job and thanks once again.
Thursday, Jan 30,2020, my vehicle received an oil change and tire rotation. Later in the day, I realized a missing centerpiece on a wheel. On Monday, I stopped in, informed of my discovery, gentleman said, " check with me in a couple days or I'll give you a call". I went out of town for 2weeks, my vehicle was garaged, on my return, shortly after, I was in an accident, it then had to go into the bodyshop. Vehicle was parked for about a 3 week period due to this. I checked the oil stick, noticing very dark in color oil. It also had a smell. Decided to change it on Sunday, March 29,2020. Oil was very dark. Wed, April1, I stopped in to state/question my discovery, in which I was told to return the next day tospeak with Manager Ken. I return, speak with Ken, remind him of the missing centerpiece, he makes a call, says come by tomorrow and speak with the owner Mark. I ask twice to have Mark call me when he arrives. No call, I stop by, walk in asks for Mark, gentleman proceeds to hand me a package and printout. He says," He around here somewhere idk where". I wait a few minutes and then ask, "will you have him call me when he comes back", he say yes.. I notice a guy walking around but noone never approached him. 3:40pm, I call location, ask to speak with Mark, I am told he has left. I ask, "was that him walking around earlier", I am told yes. I ask why wasn't I informed, guy hangs up phone. I drive by, guy meets me at door, begins to have attitude and tells me it's not his problem. I ask why wasn't Mark told I was there to see him, guy slams door in my face and locks it. As I get back in my vehicle, I notice him come out, I turn and ask, "is this how you treat all customers". He proceeds to turn around and yell in the parking lot. I approach him and ask why is he yelling and that's not the way to deal with a customer. I ask why am I being given the run-around, he then goes back inside and closes door in my face again. 2 mechanics, 1 oil tech, and a dealership services manager all agreed the oil was not changed and oil should not have been that color with less than 3000miles driven as well as short period of time. Oil sensor and engine lights have been going off since this oil change due to dirty oil not being removed. I have been given Nothing but the run-around regarding this issue with no help or hint for a resolution of customer satisfaction.. I've observed the difference in treatment of CERTAIN customers at this location. The NAME SAY IT ALL... If you are not Caucasian, take the name for what it says.. That is the mentality of the ppl here...Look at the extent of the response that was given compared to the others. NOT 1 PERSON OF ANOTHER ETHNICITY...Look at how he has tried to Villify my review.. ALL IS FALSE ... Maybe I should just release the videos since they want to play dirty....
