We have enjoyed having our vehicles serviced here. They always find us the best price. They give free rotations with purchase AND every 5,000 miles! Since we live relatively close, they are able to drop our car off, and we just drive them back to the store. Service with a smile!

Aren Johnson is very friendly and helpful. My car has been having lots of trouble due to age and he always gets it fixed right away. He is very kind and thoughtful too. If you come by here ask for him because hes amazing!

I came in on my way home from work after noting a leak. Supposed to leave town the next day so I was stressed! I had a new tire and all of the help I needed within the hour! The guys in the front and in the back were both super helpful and friendly! Also everyone was so nice to my 4 year old son!

PHENOMENAL, STELLAR!! I have been coming to Tire Choice for YEARS and have always had incredibly professional, friendly and fair interactions. I’ve used them for simple maintenance like tire rotation, patching, etc to more complicated issues dealing with my engine. They have always been up front and HONEST about what’s going on and what they can do. I recently had a visit where the guy came out to my car, got on the ground and looked at my tires. Told me I didn’t need to replace all 4. (He could have lied and just charged me for it) but instead he told me they were still good and we dealt with other issues. This was all before my car was in the shop. Later, I was brought to the back and the mechanic personally went over several issues they’d found. He explained and showed me them himself. I don’t know if other places do that but they’ve always brought me to the back to explain and showed me the issues. Anyway, if you want reliable, trustworthy, just GOOD guys doing good work that are not trying to swindle you, come to Tire Choice. Thank you guys! Love yall!

Problem with new tire with valve stem causing tire to go flat. Brought car in 3 times due to slow leak after I was told valve stim was changed and was told I had a nail in my new tire and tire had to be replaced ,can't be patched. I was charged for tire replacement per road hazard policy and charged for another road fee for replacement. My first time using Tire Choice for a set of tires was a nightmare. No one found a nail the 3 times I brought car in before. Sorry, I don't recommend this company.

Went in with SUPER swollen lug nuts that wouldn't budge. They helped me replace them with all new lug nuts and let me know my repair options and potential pricing for the ones that were extra stuck. Honest workers and a friendly environment!

I was very dissatisfied with the service as i sat for 10 hours for a control arm that I brought myself and I paid for a shock and strut...a part that I didn't come there for...I found out at closing time it was the wrong part...no thorough communication through out the day....I lost a day off for basically nothing and felt like they wanted my money so they can go home...if they did not know what they were doing ..they should'nt have touched my truck and felt like the job was not done as now my truck has a lean to the left on the driver side as opposed to before I came in...my truck didn't have a lean....will not be returning at all....I don't care if my bicycle tire is flat...10/11/25.... I returned back to the store/shop....I arrived at 8:00am and the manager said that none of her employees had showed up so I waited until the employees showed up at 10:00 am...upon entering the store after the employees finally arrived...I explained to them about the lean on my truck...the manager immediately she started raising her voice saying we told you you need this particular part...I said for her to lower her voice...but I was in the store for about 5 minutes and I don't know what her issue was...I explained I didn't have that lean when I brought my truck in on 09/13/25..very unprofessional...don't want her to lose her job...but she might want to leave her problems at home...they forgot they put a shock and/or strut on my truck at my last visit and I found out that the problem they're saying I have is not the problem...very unprofessional...on 10/09/25...I talked to a representative from Munro and he informed to return to the store to get the problem resolved and I got grilled from her about something that say I needed and not taking my issue which was the lean on my truck into consideration...would like to talk to the owner or a person in a higher position because you have a decent company but that manager at this location needs to leave her personal issues at her home because I refuse to let her step out of character with me...not my fault her employees can't show up on time....they will not get my business ever again from me and will not recommend that particular location to anyone. Not to mention the Munro representative stated the repair would have been free...which was fine but they're not admitting that they messed up my truck and telling me that I would have to buy a part....why...they messed it up...they should pay for it...they didnt want to be accountable for their mistakes....paid the company a little over $1700 for parts and labor to get my truck back at A-1...and I'm still having problems and I'm not

DO NOT GO HERE. Go down the street to Chabills. I tried this place once more after it was bought out by Tire Choice and it was fine. However this will be my last experience here. The manager Merris told me I needed to replace a tire as I picked up a nail too close to the wall. That’s fine I’ll get two tires I’m supposed to buy tires in pairs! She quoted me a range of prices I selected something in the middle range. She told me the tires would be delivered and installed tomorrow (this was Tuesday so delivery and installation Wednesday.) She also mentioned she only had one tech for the day as the other guy scheduled called in sick. I understand it sucks being shorthanded. When I called Wednesday to check no one answered the phone at all, it was well after 9am so I just went by. The guy working the front seemed to just be setting up. The lights weren’t on etc and he said “my worker just got here so I’m only now setting up the office” which is cool it sucks being shorthanded…again. He didn’t know if my tires had been delivered and had to ask ME which tires were mine. I told him “I assumed you guys would have that information I only remember the price” I asked him to call if he got any updates but I didn’t expect to (and didn’t) hear back.
When I called the NEXT day (Thursday) Manager Merris was back behind the desk and I was hopeful this would mean my issue would be resolved, however SHE also didn’t know which tires she had ordered for me and said that none existed at the price point we had previously spoken about.
At this point I just wanted to wash my hands of it and went to get my car. Seems like some more staff and managerial support might help this location. Until then

The young female that I dealt with today is a bad combination of dumb and rude. My lawnmower tire has been there for four days and I learned this morning that they can’t do anything to fix it. They could’ve just never accepted the tire in the first place since they don’t work on lawnmower tires. The first employee was nice but uninformed about their shop’s limitations.

Highly recommend choosing Tire choice on Staring in Baton Rouge. They were so helpful, despite being understaffed and overworked. They did the best they could to accommodate and give as much individual attention to each customer as they could. Merris also went the extra mile to help me with my warranty company approving the new tire on my car and covering it.

I would first like to preface that this place is under new management and prior to this visit, under other management I have had no issues:
I am writing to you with deep frustration, shock, and profound disappointment regarding the absolutely deplorable experience I endured at your establishment on February 28, 2025. I had taken my car to Tire Choice for an oil change and brake job, expecting nothing more than a routine service. What I encountered instead was an unimaginable nightmare, and it is with great sorrow that I must demand accountability for the immense emotional and financial damage caused by your negligence.
After enduring over four hours of waiting for my vehicle, I was finally brought to the counter to pay the bill. I had purchased a Groupon that reduced the cost of the oil change, and paid $503 in cash for the remaining balance. At this point, I was still unaware of the catastrophic series of events that had occurred behind closed doors. When I asked for my keys, the store manager, Antonio S. Jimenez, informed me that he needed to speak with me outside. It was then that I was confronted with the shocking reality of the situation: my car had been damaged, severely and irreparably, when it was allowed to reverse and crash into poles and a wall.
The emotional turmoil of that moment was devastating. I was not only blindsided by the news of the damage, but I was also informed by Antonio that this incident had been intentionally concealed from me until after I paid, under explicit instructions from his superior, Shane Langston (district manager). My trust in your company had already been shattered, but the revelation that you had deliberately withheld such critical information added insult to injury. When I spoke directly with Shane Langston, he callously dismissed my concerns and stated that I was still responsible for the payment, despite the fact that I could no longer even drive my car due to the extensive damage. Through all of this, no one once issued an apology, they simply referred me to their corporate 1-800 number and dismissed any further questions I had regarding what happened.
In the days following, I filed a claim through Monro Inc.'s insurance provider, Travelers, only to learn that my car was deemed a total loss. The emotional and financial toll this has taken on me is immeasurable. I have been left with a damaged vehicle, a broken spirit, and the very real consequences of your establishment’s complete disregard for basic safety protocols and customer care!

Find somewhere else.
The tires are fine I guess, but soon after they were put on, they started to leak, and I bought decent tires. I went back to have this issue resolved, and not only did I pay for work that did not resolve it, I also appear to have paid for a service that was supposed to be under their warranty. The invoice did not accurately reflect the work they did. I’m not sure why.
Communication is also frustrating. You call the corporate number each time, which is annoying (though not in the local shop’s control). Also, Instead of freely telling me what they did last time I was in (since the invoice didn’t match their oral report to me), I had to keep pressing them to get this information, which should have been on the invoice, but wasn’t. They just want you to keep coming back (and they will find more to do).
By the way, The issue was resolved in a single, remarkably inexpensive trip at my local neighborhood shop.
Oh, and when the tires were first put on, they didn’t fix the tire pressure gauge so that took two visits as well.

Several years ago, I visited this business. I can not remember who the Mgr was at the time. Tall, black guy with locs. He was AMAZING. And the reason I came back this visit. But to my surprise, there was a new Mgr. (Mike) Julius Bonds, who absolutely lied about everything we spoke about. I came in requesting two tires for the front of my car. At his recommendation, we agreed on one brand, which he told me was better AND less expensive than what I originally wanted. He also explained which were trash and which were better. I came back the next day because there was only one person there who was getting off at 3 pm. Long story short, my receipt read one thing, and what was on my car was different. What was on my car was the exact trash he told me NOT to get! Had I not checked the tires immediately after the work was done, who knows what wld've happened. In addition to all of that, he was too lazy to get the correct milage of my car. And wld have definitely screwded up my warranty. And the psi in the front were at 44!! And left the back at what it was upon arriving! (33). He promised me he wld take care of it Monday morning. I arrived Monday to have the debacle corrected, and he was scheduled off, leaving Jeremiah with his mess. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The mgmt here is a joke. The facility is horrible. The bathrooms are atrocious. Take your hard earned money to a reputable business who actually acts with integrity. I WILL NOT be returning, nor will I ever recommend this business.

I wouldn’t recommend going there if you value the physical appearance of your rims. My vehicle has powder coated rims and the guys in the back managed to put scratches on all four of my rims. They were not very friendly either. The business has changed since it isn't Tire Engineers anymore, sadly. I won't be back! The white specs in the picture are lint from the towel after washing my rims.

Do not use. Have been a customer with Allied for 20 years. Always great. Came here to swap tires between two vehicles.
When I came to pick up, saw driver side front tire loose. They never tightened!!! And the swapped entire wheels not tires. Tried to be considerate- people make mistakes. Told them to fix and I would come back. They apologized.
Came back and picked up vehicle 1, all seemed fine. Picked up vehicle 2, looked good from visual. Started to back up and felt like something was loose. They didn’t tighten the driver front tire on vehicle 2!!!!!! Same mistake 2x in same day.
Absolutely zero QC.
When they came out fix they apologized. I asked if I can get some money back or speak to the manager and they said they couldn’t do that but would offer free tire rotations. sure, I’ll be back.
That was two opportunities the driver front tire could have came off while driving. HUGE risk. Yet, they see it as a mild error. Very disappointingSep 17, 2019
