My car was repaired into original shape following my wreck; however, I feel like updates should have been done more especially after the originally quoted timeline of a week.
I saw lots of recommendations for this place online. They got my car in the same day that I called, diagnosed the problem and had it back to me the next afternoon. The price seemed about average compared to other places. They were very easy to deal with. I’ll definitely be back!
My experience with the the body work I can’t complain the shop did a good job. Customer services wasn’t good I feel they are prejudice they did not come out and explain the work that was done. I had a donut tire missing out my car. When my vehicle came on premises. It was in my car went to pick my car up. It wasn’t in there. Also the clerk sent a small remark as if I wasn’t going to pay for the car. Overall customer service is not good very prejudice. I wouldn’t give my money back to them if I was paid10,000 and out pocket expenses 1200 Never again they should put. A sign up White only because I seen the difference when white people came inside the place
The folks at Gordon and Sandifer are friendly and professional. They Always pay attention to the details and the quality of the work shows. An experience here is never a one and done. The after service attention is excellent. I would recommend you guys to anyone for both service and bodywork.

They were so helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to repair my car 1 week prior to the estimated date I was initially given. I was tboned so they replaced my doors and repaired my wheel well. Very thankful that my car was repairable. Would absolutely bring another vehicle to them for collision repair!
I learned of this shop many years ago when I worked at Enterprise. I’ve had my car repaired twice (collision) and the quality has always been great and consistent. This most recent repair they went above and beyond and repaired my vehicle, despite it being past the 10 year mark. I would definitely recommend their shop to my family and friends.

I was able to get a quick estimate and scheduling. The turnaround time was reasonable and vehicle came back looking good as new. I have used this shop several times and they always do good work.

My experience with having my car repaired at Gordon & Sandifer was excellent. They were very professional and handled every detail and answered my questions. Also, I had my car back in a very reasonable amount of time.
First-time customer, recommended by a friend who's been going there for about 10 years. I brought my car in February, the check engine light came on, they said it was the purge valve. They fixed it, and I picked it up- two days later, check engine light comes back on.
I call them, let them know, and take it back in. They fix it again, free of charge.
It's May now. The check engine light comes back on again. I call them, they say, it might be free of charge only if its the same issue. I'm thinking: How do I know you guys didn't cause the issue if it's different? I dont trust them now anyway, is third time supposed to be the charm?
I end up taking it to the dealership, like I should've done in the first place, because I'm not trying them for a third time. Dealership says it is the same issue, purge valve.
I gave one star for now because I will be seeing if I can get a refund for them not fixing the issue. Im out about $1400 now because they didn't do what they were supposed to do.
I'm hoping I can get my money back and raise the rating of this review to at least 3 because then at least accountability was taken.
My daughter was driving home from college when someone’s trailer hitch fell off and hit her car on your driver side door scratching it to the core.
My insurance State Farm highly recommended this company and the process was seamless. From drop off to pickup was 4 days total and paperwork was minimal. Mr. Kelly and his team communicated throughout the entire process and were extremely professional. Highly recommend if you need any type of body work done!

My car overheated about 200 yds from G&S,, so luckily I was able to drive it over after it cooled down. John was very clear about the timeframe, that they would get to it in 2 days. Sure enough, he called with an exact diagnosis of the problem and a reasonable estimate to repair it. We were fortunate to come across this business. We don’t live in BR but would certainly consider them in the future.
The guys at Gordon and Sandifer are great. They did some warranty work on the brakes on my daughter’s car and topped off her power steering fluid for no charge because they’d missed it earlier. They always make things right but because of that they are always busy, so bring your car early or drop it off (with the key drop) the night before.
Gordon & Sandifer did such an amazing job with my truck. They returned my truck looking better than it had in YEARS! They went above and beyond to make sure that my insurance was used completely and squeezed in a few part replacements they didn’t necessarily have to. My truck was only in the shop for 5 days while they took off my entire passenger side, front bumper, and back bumper to be fixed and painted. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone that has body damages, especially if it’s an insurance claim.
On top of everything the staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. 1000/10⭐
I've dreaded the day that I'd finally shell out the money to pay for my A/C to be repaired on my 2011 Toyota RAV4, but I finally bit the bullet in anticipation of another hot Louisiana summer. I brought the car to Gordon and Sandifer, and they were able to get everything repaired in less than a day's time, at a price that I couldn't beat anywhere else. Super satisfied with their work and customer service!
