I visited 360 Automotive on my lunch break for an oil change and was amazed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. They had me ready to go back to work before I could even open my laptop!
On July 21, 2025, I brought my vehicle to 360 Automotive Solutions for two concerns:
1. The check engine light was on, and
2. The vehicle had a visible oil leak.
After performing diagnostics, I was told the oil leak was caused by a valve cover gasket issue. I approved the repair, and the shop replaced the valve cover gasket, plenum gasket, spark plugs, and ignition coils. The total came to $1,560.01.
When I picked up my vehicle, I was told the issue had been resolved. However, after driving home, I discovered the oil leak was still present in the exact same area. The check engine light was off, but there was no improvement regarding the leak—the original problem I paid for.
When I contacted the shop, the technician then told me the issue was now “something adjoining to the leak” and that it would require an additional $1,500 repair involving removal of the transmission. This was the first time the possibility of a rear main seal issue was mentioned.
I believe the shop misdiagnosed the initial problem and performed unnecessary or incomplete work. The original invoice even included a line item to “check for oil leak,” indicating they were aware of it. If they had accurately diagnosed the rear main seal at the start, I would not have paid $1,560 for work that did not fix the leak.
To date, my vehicle continues to leak oil exactly as before. I have photographic evidence of the leak and copies of the full invoice.
I got my car serviced here today and it was the best experience I’ve had at a car shop. My man Ty took care of me. Before this visit, I had gone to a dealership service center and they said I needed a laundry list of different services. I brought my list of to-do’s to Ty and he did a multi point inspection and made sure I only got the work done that NEEDED to be done. It was so refreshing to not have to fight tooth and nail to reject unnecessary services and to not get taken advantage of. Thank you, Ty for such a pleasant experience. I’m only coming to 360 Automotive Solutions from here on out for any car needs and I’m recommending this place to all my friends and coworkers!
Cll’d regarding an alternator. Spoke to Chad stated that they could replace it. I was never told that it would be a refurbished alternator. Made sure when you bring your vehicle ask if the parts are new!!!

I recently visited 360 Automotive Solutions to get my rear brakes replaced, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly explained what needed to be done. They completed the repair quickly (the next day) and at a fair price. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency—no pressure for unnecessary services.
The car is now driving smoothly, and I feel much safer on the road. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable auto repair!

Every time my grandmother's car is returned, pieces are missing or not put back together completely. Happened again, kept the car for 2 weeks, had to call to get information on the car. Then, get the car back and they did not put the the parts under the front dash back in place properly. It fell down while driving the vehicle, interfering with her braking almost causing an accident.
This was the second time I brought my car to 360 Automotive. Both times I have been exceedingly pleased with my service! As a young woman, car trouble can be something that’s especially anxiety-inducing. I have never felt uncomfortable or anxious with either of my experiences at this shop.
I also want to take a moment to recognize a particular employee: Ty. When there was an unexpected extra part needed to repair my vehicle, he took the time to explain everything to me. When there were things I didn’t understand, I called my dad (like any 20-something girl does) and Ty also spoke to him to make sure my vehicle was properly taken care of. Ty showed a lot of kindness, understanding, and integrity in the process. He even helped lighten the phone calls with a bit of humor - which I know seems like a minor thing but it really made a big difference to me.
Even though I hope I don’t have to come back to 360 Automotive anytime soon (because no one wishes for car trouble - LOL), I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this shop again if my car needed it.
Went in for a patch for my tire since most places were full that Monday morning. Service was done well and relatively quick. Not very happy about the price since most places charge around $20-35 for patching a tire while I was charged $42. I'm not sure if that's what places nowadays charge since last time I got a patch it was for $20 about 2 years ago. My tire was also overinflated, and I had to let some air out after the patch was done.
This was the only shop that truly understood how to fix my automobile the right way. The previous shop had misdiagnosed the issue, and I found myself dealing with the same problem just three months after their repair. Frustration mounted as I drove, acutely aware that something was still amiss. Thankfully, this new shop zeroed in on the underlying issue that isn’t easily diagnosed. It takes a knowledgeable and experienced team to pinpoint such complexities, and I finally felt a sense of relief knowing I was in capable hands. Their expertise not only restored my car but also renewed my faith that the right shop can make all the difference in ensuring safety and reliability on the road.
My car battery died just before I was leaving town. I called 360 Automotive Solutions and they said they would have it ready in an hour. They were honest and fair. I would go back again for their quick and friendly service.
I was treated like a True VIP. The atmosphere was full of warm welcome and pleasant smiles. Information was processed in an effective and timely manner. I highly recommend you bring your car to 360 automotive and tell friends and family because they do excellent work!
Slater was a very big help and the service was very quick. I appreciate the help and courtesy they provided. I had a flat tire and they changed my tire within an hour.
Pretty awesome service. It was a pricey repair and they might have juiced the labor times, but everyone else does too and this place got my car back to me after 1 day, which few others would.
This is a great place. I have bought two sets of tires from this place. I also brought in my car for replacing something, but they corrected me and saved me lots of money. If I had gone to the dealer, I would be $500 poorer (if not more!).
You need patience, though. They are very busy (popular).
Best automotive repair shop in the USA. Broke down on the side of the road in the middle of a 1000 mile roadtrip. They helped my wife and I out free of charge to get us on our way. This enabled us to make it to our destination in time see my wife’s sister graduate from college. There is still decency in humanity after all.
Simply the best! Honest auto shop. The front desk men and women are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are honest on time and availability of services. My car had a mystery noise and needed an oil change. They fixed the issue, no charge, and didn’t try to up-sale me.

Short version: Thank you, you guys did an amazing job on my classic Jeep with a carburetor!
Long version: 22 yr retired Navy veteran. Picked up retirement gift, 1987 Jeep Wrangler with only 60k miles on odometer from father-in-law in Denver. Drove across country visiting friends and family.
Broke down in Baton Rouge. Met 2 separate fellow/local Wrangler owners (LSU catering lady & young gent who works on his own Wrangler).
They recommended 360 Automotive. After spending the night in my Jeep, I called 360 Automotive and they were able to tow, service, fix , repair within 4-hrs after reaching out.
Afterwards, I continued my journey and visited few more buddies en route. I ended my trip back at DC Metro with a new ignition circuit module.
Thank you guys/master mechanic at 360 Automotive, and kind folks who helped me out during my time of need. Guess I broke down at the right time at the right place. There were so many people who offered to help, thank you everyone. Thank you for your great Southern hospitality.
My husband bought his truck here for a simple alignment, after servicing the suspension. The truck was running great until 360 automotive put their hands on it. Immediately after the alleged alignment that was done the traction as well as stabilitrac lights came on. He returned to them, and got no help, but did receive an attitude and excuses as to how it was not only normal but how they weren't responsible.(The rude lady at the front) He was given the run around, and headed home, in his frustration, of not getting anywhere with the company. Due to this , It almost caused a head on collision bc of the truck pulling. So the next day he returned to them, yet again, as to where he reset the truck to get the lights off, however it's still out of line, the tires are rubbing, and its pulling so bad, its hard to drive.(His vehicle, NEVER DROVE THIS WAY PRIOR) It has been nothing but problems since stumbling across this establishment. We will now be bringing it to a certified dealer, who can be trusted to perform an accurate alignment on the vehicle. We are out of the money, a reliable vehicle for the time being, and have to miss work to have it redone at this point. It's such a shame that people take on jobs, that they aren't able to perform correctly. And what's even worse, is that instead of being held accountable or acknowledging their mistake, they shrug their shoulders at you, as the now victimized customer.
The service technicians as well as management at the location are very trustworthy and professional. Has a good location right off Florida boulevard at i-110 which makes it convenient for people that may live in Baker and Zachary. Also the atmosphere in the waiting area is relaxed and safe

We broke down on our way through Baton Rouge and had to call AAA for a tow. We were lucky enough to have our car taken to 360 Auto solutions. We drive a 2012 Fiat 500 and we hit a tire tread which dented our A/C compressor and put a hole in our radiator. Don welcomed us when we arrived and gave a good estimate for the work that would need to be done. Our car required the front end to be removed and several other components before getting access to the radiator. While we waited Don made good conversations with us and also suggested several great places to eat around town as well as a hotel selection if the repairs were to take longer than a day.
Luckily enough it was all repaired within the same day. His team worked fast and provided quality repairs. They were also able to save our A/C compressor by flattening it out from its curved shape after being hit. The cost ended up being several hundred less than originally expected. We are now almost to San Diego CA and the radiator and our air conditioning is working flawlessly.
We could not be more grateful for their service and hospitality and honesty.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from this location and the folks working in there. I went in the morning without any set appointment and was out of there by 11 with a new radiator (works great so far). I was even allowed to wait in the managers office the entire time and was told to make it my home for the day. I had a lot of work needing to be done and was able to do everything I needed to do all while my truck was getting repaired. This location has a great staff and does excellent repair work! Highly recommend!
