Had a car towed because it broke down in the middle of br and couldn’t get it back at the time (which is our fault) but whoever towed the car stole money out of it! When we went to retrieve our items the man tried to refuse us our subs saying we couldn’t take them even though we bought them. We took them anyway! Also refused the aftermarket radio we put into the car and the aftermarket steering wheel. Both of those items did not come with the car we paid for those! Overall a bad experience and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone considering someone stole our money
One lady is very nice, one lady is very rude, and the guy is just there. I accompanied my mother and the lady was screaming commands about me staying in the truck and other things. She stood there watching menacingly as if us recovering a license plate would be an issue. Honestly crazy how bothered the lady was, from a 17 year old I do not believe she is happy in life. PS. It seems like the lady is the problem from the rest of these reveiws.
Super easy experience. Dispatch was nice and quick. The tow truck was quick and dillion the driver was friendly and approachable. Will recommend them in the future.
These people are crooks the lady that answered the phone was very rude, and they operate illegally by telling me I cannot get my tools from out my trunk. I’m currently getting the police involved and talking to my attorney about this matter because I feel like they are trying to steal my personal property. They can keep the car I just want all my tools out of the trunk.
Not a good experience all around. Problems with me not having the right paperwork(turns out the tow company didn't mail me something) and this held me up for 2 weeks. Then anytime I went there in person to try to see if the employee working had any idea where this green ticket in the mail was, the lady working was always rude to me and according to her she had a good reason every time I showed up because she couldn't help me out and was always told to please leave if I have no more business there. Anyways my main complaint is that I couldn't get my car for almost 3 weeks due to someone in the office over at Lewis or the tow truck driver didn't flies some paperwork or something I don't know how it all works out I just know one day when I showed up the lady yelled at me to come see and she said blah blah blah we never filed and mailed this to you because your address on your registration was dirty due to just being old. I know what I am typing makes no sense because the whole entire ordeal for me made no sense from day one and on top of all of this even though it was not my fault it sat for 3 weeks I still had to pay storage fees for all those days even though I was there with cash in hand the 3rd day it was on their lot. Anyways this is just me venting about the headache everything always is when dealing with any tow company for any reason ot just seems like they try to prolong you getting your car so they can charge more storage fees, Its a good way to make sure you have a steady roll of dough coming in your business haha.
Very rude . Horrible customer service don't see how they are in business handled my car really fast tough cause me damages and they did not pay me for my damages
I called for my boss to get a tow truck the person on the phone hung up on me and when i tried to call back she hung up again i would not recommend anyone to this unprofessional people i can't say business because a business would not do that do not use if i were you.
Called them to have a car moved and was very dissatisfied with the way they handled the situation. Getting the car on the wrecker was going to be a little more work than pulling up and hooking up so the guy who showed up starts giving me excuses and after I come up with solutions he tells me to call someone else, guess he couldn’t get his hands dirty.. very unprofessional interaction.. Just shows their laziness and inability to problem solve. Don’t waste your time calling these people..
Miss Darlene was very polite and very helpful so I give Miss Darlene a five-star rating but the company itself I give them one star I don't remember the other lady's name that I spoke to but she had a very very nasty attitude she talked to me and undermined me and told me basically to be quiet and let her talk then she told me that when I come there to have a better attitude and I never had an attitude with her at all I was just talking and I had questions because I never had to deal with a wrecker service before and it was a lot I did not understand
I frequently have to call Lewis Wrecker to haul off abandoned cars left behind at a house being repaired, renovated, being readied for rental or sale. I have always found them to be promptly, arriving when they told me to expect them, courteous, and professional. I commend them, and recommend them.
I got a flat tire and Mr. Johnnie drove an hour to get my car and waited with me until my ride got there. He then towed it an hour out of his way. I would highly recommend calling for his services you won’t be disappointed.

The owner Lewis got on the phone call and was the rudest business owner I have ever spoken to. They drove off with the car after given "1 minute" to provide payment. No invoices given. horrible.
Lewis is a prejudice and racial company. Once they seen I was black they didn't care about my truck or how to handle business promptly or professionally. My problem only got worse dealing with them. They also stole some of my personal items off my truck and out of the truck.

Terrible place my car got towed not even within 24 hours & they charged me for two days of storage also when i got my car back my battery light was on & my brake light was on also prior to that nun of these issues was wrong with my car & there’s a lady who works at the front window who is very disrespectful’& have a really bad attitude problem talks to customers any type of way you can tell that this is a tow company that’s just tryin to make change to get by there’s no type of business look to this place it’s ran down pigs roaming around cats roaming around it look like a backyard barn ran by a couple people who’s just ripping people off don’t ever choose this place soooooo terrible
Lady at window was very rude and not professional. They acted like I had done something to them. I didn’t appreciate it at all. I would never advise anyone to use them if they expect friendly service! Also when I got in my car to leave and got down the road I heard a clanging noise underneath the back. Stopped and found they had messed up my control arm bushing when they hooked and towed me. Had to spend 50.00 bucks getting that fixed at the local tire store .
Tried to leave for work one morning and my car wouldn't start, even after trying to jump it off. I was frantic. Called Lewis's and was greeted with a friendly voice assuring me a driver would be along soon. The tow truck arrived at my house in less than 30 minutes. They made my rough morning so much more bearable. Top notch customer service by both the representative and driver, and the price was much less than I expected. I would absolutely recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.
The only reason they get this Star is because of the man who tows the cars. He kept cool and explained his side of the situation

I don't know what happened to the woman that runs this company but she's an awful person to deal with. She's nasty and bitter and I think she enjoys it.
The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. I can't remember the last time someone spoke to me like she did. I was very polite when speaking to her, but she continued to be very condescending. Management should be aware of this. I will never use this company due to one person.
I want to express my appreciate for this company. I have had to call them several times (my misfortune for owning older vehicles) and never received anything other than prompt, reliable and courteous service, day and night...and once on a weekend.
