Had a valve stem go bad while traveling through, and Keep It Moving Mobile Tire Repair came to the rescue! Their tech, Matthew, showed up quickly, was super professional, and had us back on the road in no time. The service was prompt, the price was fair, and the experience was completely stress-free. You can tell these folks take pride in what they do. Can’t say enough good things about them — highly recommend! Don't use add-on TPMS on the valve stems. They will cause the stem to go bad! Lesson learned.

Only reason its not 5 stars is that it was expensive due to several fees that were not expressed over the phone call:
"After hour callout fee" at 2pm when they advertise 24/7 service.
"Out of area fee" when we were only 20-25 min from the address listed on Google.
"Tire disposal fee" to get rid of the old tires apparently.
Again, none of these were expressed to be on the bill, I was only given a lump sum number and i saw these fees on the receipt after all was said and done. We were in a bind and we are fortunate enough to be able to afford it, but transparency would have been nice.
They did accommodate when I decided to make changes after our initial phone call. Overall it was slow for a couple tire swaps since they did not come to me with a full-service vehicle, rather a dispatcher with enough tools to get the wheels off and take them back to their shop for the tire fitting. Overall, it was between 2-3 hrs before i was driving again.
With all that being said, it remains a positive 4/5 because they were very polite and communicative, they adjusted to changes I requested, and aside from the frustrating predicament, they made the situation feel much easier. You will pay, but it will be for quality service. Just some guys doing their best. Matthew was very personable and easy to talk with. If you have the emergency funds, I would recommend Keep Moving Mobile Tire Service.

The young man Daniel @ keep Moving Tire Service came out to service my 18 wheeler that had 2 flat tires and 2 bent rims. I tell you, this young man went over and beyond, working diligently to get me back on the road. Daniel had a hell of a job Hell of a Job in front of him. That young man was all in the rain, in the darkness, trying to get me going. He worked until 1 AM in the morning. I told him to go home get some rest and come back in the morning. The best tire service in Baton Rouge, HANDS DOWN!!! I busted two tires from riding through a pot hole and needed immediate service to make it to work on time . Mr Daniel was able to mount two brand new tires on my car in less than 10 minutes. OUTSTANDING!

They were really down to earth guys but they overcharged they charge $200 just to bring a tire and they also charge $50 because it was a very light sprinkle outside and in $250 for the trailer tire all together was almost $720 for trailer tire and I've never paid that 25 years of driving a truck I'll never call them again

I want to express my deep disappointment with the service I received. From the start, the experience was unprofessional and poorly executed. I was quoted a 30-minute arrival time, yet your team didn’t show up for an hour and a half. One of your employees arrived smelling strongly of narcotics, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, that same employee openly spoke negatively about your company on-site.
On top of the poor service, I was overcharged. You initially quoted me $250 plus tax, yet I was billed $320 with no explanation. When I voiced my concerns directly over the phone, I made it clear that I would not use your company again.
What’s most frustrating is that no attempt was made to acknowledge the poor service or offer any kind of discount or resolution. It was clear that my experience as a customer didn’t matter. This was an unprofessional and disappointing experience from beginning to end.
I previously expressed my frustration with your service and mentioned that I should not have to pay for poor service. When I brought this up, my concern was avoided, and you did not address the issue of payment. I assumed from your lack of response that you were unwilling to discuss it. When a customer raises a complaint about paying for unsatisfactory service, that is the time for the owner to acknowledge the concern and address it, but unfortunately, my concerns were overlooked.
Responds in a reasonable amount of time, offers great advice and does whatever it takes to make sure you’re better off than when you first called. 5 star service
I found this business by searching for a nearby tire shop and drove to the listed location at 2442 Sorrel Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70802, even though I had a flat tire. When I arrived, I discovered there was no tire shop there—just a meat company. I ended up paying $400 to get towed to a real tire shop nearby.
I called the number listed, and the owner told me they had moved locations but offered to come to me for $450, requiring a $300 deposit. After looking into it, I found out he’s selling used tires that typically go for $40 at any used tire shop, but he tried to charge me $150 per tire, plus $300 for mobile service.
This feels like price gouging and very misleading advertising. People in an emergency situation shouldn’t be taken advantage of.
After asking for business license and insurance they hung up.

I was very pleased with my service. Had a flat tire at a place of business and was needing to be at my job within 2.5 hours, which was a 30 min drive from where I was. After calling Onstar and discovering they would need to send a tow truck and take my vehicle to the dealership which would have cost me more time and $$$, I searched online and discovered Daniel with Keep Moving and they did not disappoint. He gave me a quote, promised to try and get me taken care of to get me to work on time and came through! My tire was not fixable but he was able to replace tire and get me moving in time to get to work and before the outpouring of rain!!! Very professional and very courteous. I highly recommend for fast and reliable service.

Had a 3/8 self tapping screw puncture my back right tire, creating a massive leak. I was barely able to make it back to my driveway with my tire being basically completely flat and had no spare tire, jack, plugs or anything on hand. Being that it's my only vehicle and I have work the very next day bright and early, I called up Keep Moving Mobile Tire Service after doing some Googling. Daniel was able to arrive the same day, even though this all happened late in the day, and was super friendly and professional. I could tell he actually cared about helping his clients and the work was quick and efficient. He repaired my tire and took the time to make sure it was good to go. Drove on it down the road afterwards to double check and everything is perfect. Really appreciate his service and him coming all the way out to my house to resolve my problem. This past Friday my child was leaving to go home for a 9 hour drive. 20 minutes later I get a call and the tire blew out. I took off to go assist. I called tire services the entire trip. My responses were: we can’t help, no, we don’t have anyone, no answer at all. The tire was not repairable and the doughnut spare was buried and only good for low speeds and short distances. I finally got a return call from the gentleman of this review, Daniel. I explained what had happened and he had both new and used tires of the size we needed. I sent him the address where we were and he said he would be there within the hour. Daniel was polite, respectful and efficient. He changed the tire, thanked us for using him and my child was back on the road. It was mid afternoon and Daniel was the only one who offered service. Thank you Daniel for you service and kindness. I had a last minute appt that I needed to get to tomorrow, and with my husband’s new work schedule and only having one other vehicle, I had no opportunity to get another tire and have it replaced within one day in order to make it to my appt on time tomorrow. But I called this company and the guy who showed up was amazing! The process was super simple, quick, and he even went above and beyond to pump up my other tire for me (for free) that I didn’t even know needed pumping!

Only place that would bring me a tire on the side of i12! Daniel even brought me a Gatorade from the gas station. This is the place to use when on the side of the road around BR. I drive an Infiniti G35 as well.
