I purchased my equinox from Ethan Automotive 3 yrs ago. My car was fixed right away when I brought it in two weeks ago. I took it another mechanic and my car was unsafe to drive. Thank you Ethan Automotive for making sure my vehicle was fixed properly .
Took my vehicle here for repairs after an accident and they harrassed me for a payment on a job undone. Took them 7 months to get my car drivable and everytime I visited Ethan Autos I was told they were waiting on a part. Come to find out they wielded a wrecked part together. It's been over a year now. I just recently had another incident that wasn't my fault involving a hit and run. I've taken my car to a real collision repair center named "Collision Solutions" the technician can't even give me an alignment because of what the mechanic at Ethan Autos did to my vehicle. I was told that the repairs made to my vehicle wasn't correct and they didn't even use another part they charged me over $2,000+ just to wield my wrecked part back together. But this is not the worst thing. The technician at Collision Solutions said that my life was at risk if I drive that vehicle under those conditions. Because whatever the mechanic at Ethan Auto did to my car was not in safe drivable conditions. At any moment a bolt on my steering could have came lose and I'd lose power to the steering. My vehicle was a 2018 so I'm guessing they didn't feel like ordering an expensive part for my car. But to do what they did and put a customer's safety at risk is unacceptable. I will not use this location ever again and I wouldn't recommend it to others. If you and the safety of your passengers are important do not use Ethan Autos. They're not professional at all.
