I recently had a frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. After spending 34 minutes on the phone with a representative who assured me they had the part I needed, I was hopeful and eager to resolve my issue. However, my expectations quickly turned into disappointment when I arrived at the North Street location, only to find out they had moved off Choctaw and Monterrey.
After waiting for 20 minutes at the new location, I was then told by representative, they didn’t have the part after all. The lack of communication and organization was incredibly frustrating. Not only did I waste over an hour of my time—half of which was spent waiting—I was also misled about the availability of the part I needed.
It’s disheartening when customer service fails to deliver on its promises. I understand that mistakes happen, but better communication and more accurate information would have saved me a lot of time and trouble. I hope this feedback helps improve their service in the future, as I certainly won’t be returning anytime soon. However, after reviewing all the other comments I doubt anything will change. The lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. She sat there eating and talking about another prospective customer. Very disappointing!!!
I have ordered parts for my shop from this company and they say my parts are in stock but it never gets delivered. I have tried to give them a chance thinking it was a genuine mistake but this has happened one time too many.
Actually I wasn't trying to rate I just want to keep it real on here for a minute. If I'm a new customer and I'm trying to phone this business for some inquiries of mine, how would I have an extension number, secondly being on hold while listening to on going tunes is one thg but waiting just to hung up on I believe is totally unprofessional. Now I'm not going to lay all fault on the employees tht wek there but I would hope that some changes and accommodations would be on the way for the customers sake bc this right here smh

They had what I needed but the young lady at front desk was rude and lazy. She didn’t want to get off her personal phone to help. She was too busy talking about Cinco de Mayo and drinks then helping the customer.
They are trash.my part was supposed to be ordered 3 days ago...they gave me the runaround for 3 days..so i went there today and waited over an hour for them to tell me my part was still not in..it only was supposed to take one day to come in..i wouldnt go there again to save my own life..they are very unprofessional

The only place around who had the headlight assembly in stock that i needed for my vehicle. A little pricey but had what i needed on hand so was worth paying the extra
The people that work here or own New world international are very racist. My fiancé was told that they would not sell her parts because she is white. She left out with my 3 year old son and her in tears. Had to buy parts somewhere else.
The people in the front office are finomial! The are very helpful and sincerely concerned about any questions or concerns regarding on getting the parts you need.... Darrin
This place is recently been going down hill. False promises and they make you feel like they are being bother when you call deffinetaly the guy. The lady there is great just the guy that has an attitude and tries to run you off the phone.
Despite its location, this is a great place to get a variety of car parts. They are well stocked on most makes and year models of cars. The counter guy was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is not much to see just a sales counter on the inside where you ask for what you need then out of the back they appear with your stuff. Don't let the outside scare you off.
I have a body shop. Time after time New World sells me the wrong parts. I've gone weeks without parts because they never order them after I already paid. This is a terrible and unreliable business.
They care nothing for their customers and never made any effort to fix their mistakes. DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
My business will never use them again ever.
