I would give zero stars if allowed. This is the biggest scam operation that I have ever dealt with. Tammy is the rudest, most uncooperative person to deal with. Our vehicle was towed due to parking on private property on a Friday evening. This was admittedly our mistake. We called to verify that the vehicle had been towed and not stolen that night. Tammy hung up on my son several times and would not verify that they had the vehicle. He had to get in touch with the driver to verify. He called back to ask how to get the vehicle back and Tammy would not give him any information. He was told to call on Saturday at 9am to retrieve the vehicle. We called and left messages several times. Noone answered or called us back. On Monday at 8 am, we called to find out how to get the vehicle back (price, documentation, etc). Once again, we had to deal with Tammy. She started the conversation confrontationally. She told me that we could have retrieved the vehicle anytime during the weekend which was an absolute lie since no one would answer the phone or call us back. She told me it was a holiday (Monday) and she was doing me a favor by not charging me an additional $62.00. She told me I had to bring cash and that I had to make an appointment. All of which was not true. I have reported her to the state. If you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company, please feel free to report them for their unprofessional behavior.
The owner is a real nice bless man, along with the nice honesty ladies that work in the front. They helped me to better understand the truth about information about situation and I am grateful to have met them. I would like to thank you guys for honesty and helping me.

Worst towing company I’ve ever dealt with very unprofessional and I don’t know how they call that place a business. It’s a trailer with no AC smelled of mildew and just disgusting and only take cash but don’t have change. Makes no sense instead of driving around a nice new truck maybe y’all should do some work on y’all‘s business and attitude.

THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME!!! my car broke down late at night and they came and towed my car in a timely fashion. also their prices cannot be beaten! my front lip on my car is really low, so the tow truck driver, Quan, made sure my car didnt scrape and paid extra attention to detail!!! if you need a tow, please hit hatfield’s up!!! youll thank me later!!
I can't compare Hatfield's Towing to others. Don't use others. The only reason I went there was because we live at Parc Apartments for five years now. Parc our vehicle in the same place always. We pay for those spots. Supposedly we are to have a parking pass visible to anyone at anytime. We had a run in with one of the new employees because they parked in our spot. The next day our truck was towed because I did not have the pass visible. Too many details to explain more, but they supposedly towed our vehicle for that reason. The bill was $291.00. That included a $60.00 after hours fee. If you ever have to use them, they only except cash!!!

I will admit, things were a little shaky upfront due to your car coming up missing without you knowing, but I had a very good experience once I made it through the front doors. Everything that may have been lacking was made up in customer service.

Horrible company! A bunch of crooks!! They came to Fox Hill Apartments and towed peoples car who live there. After residents proved they lived there, they charged $200 to drop the car. White tow truck driver tries to act like he cares but all he cares about is $$$. Must have towed at least 15-20 residents cars. They didn't care. It was the lottery for them! The lady who answers the phone is rude, unprofessional and mean. Do not do business with these people!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They came out to change a tire and before the driver could touch the car he was demanding $55. I have never been charged for a AAA tire change service. The the driver took the tire off and told me he couldn't get it off. Then offered to tow the car for a ridiculous amount of $ and please remember this was a AAA covered service call. I will be reporting this to them and the BBB.
I called my other covered service for assistance and the tire was changed at no cost and we were on our way!

This company is very unprofessional and rude they were talking aggressively from the start of our conversation. They said I could come pick up my vehicle first thing in the morning and they wasn't there. Then I waited from 8am to 9am on them to come because they said they would be here at 9am.. I called them at 9am and they said it would be another 20 minutes. So I went to the store and came back and they were gone and charged me more money because they had to come back after I waited an hour on them. I wouldn't recommend using this towing company they try to over charged you because they can they know you need your vehicle and they use that to their advantage to get you our of more money.
Has always been super efficient, quick to respond and quick to tow, have used him on numerous occasions and has always taken the customers unfortunate situation into consideration and made the process so much less stressful. Would recommend again and again.
The lady on the phone is miserable and so disrespectful. Hung up in my face, yelling at kids on the background, cursing. She gonna find the right one today.
Part 2 update: This review was posted prior to speaking with the owner. We were able to speak with the owner and clear up all confusion. The owner explained everything and is working by law and is fair. I appreciate and accept that.
They came to repo my car because I missed a couple payments well long story short I payed the balance to go get my car and I talked to the driver who towed my car who also happens to be the business owner I was unaware when I went to pick up my car that not only did they go in my car but they also stole a iPad and a new box of seat covers out my car I guess under the assumption I wouldn’t be coming to get my car. The owner talked to me on the phone very nicely so I assumed they were good people even told him I would recommend his business to friends of mine. I don’t recommend anyone use them and if you do remove anything of value because there’s probably a good chance it’ll get stole and they gone hit you with the we’re not allowed to go in the cars line!!!!
Thank you so much for coming to my wife’s rescue today! Luckily nothing was damaged but my wife’s pride. Was literally there within minutes. He took his time to make sure he got it out the ditch and out the road. Very efficient and friendly! Treated our car like it was his.
