They deserve a ZERO star rating unless you could use a number of negative stars!!!!!! DO NOT USE Regional Towing if you are trying to pick a towing company or the police want to call them after an accident!!!!!!!!! They "loose" items, items go missing, & they say that they never had your key (even though the driver took the keys out of the car & gave the key ring minus the car key to the police officer). They are not willing to help you in any way whether it is trying to get to the vehicle (or have it removed) over the weekend or look for what is missing! God forbid they lost your car key & you need to get belongings out of the car! They do not give suggestions for assistance (or even offer that you'll be able to get your belongings after someone is going to buy the vehicle & it is towed somewhere else). But, they will charge you for every weekend & if they think that you are being rude (even though you have not been), they will charge you more!!!!! Speaking of rude.... They are so rude & unprofessional; both the owner & office staff!!!!
They are the worst. I had my car towed. I wanted to sell my truck to another company. Regional charged me for two days when it was only 24 hours! The City of Baton Rouge needs to look into their business practices. I don't understand how these people still have a business. The over charge and say they close at 5pm, but everyone was gone by 4pm. They are very unprofessional.
Don't use them they are a scam. I told the tow truck driver not to hook up to my car and since to police called them out you have to pay a 80 just cuased they showed up. Dude never touched my car I had to drive it out the road myself after the wreck. They are a rip off
I hit a curb last night and destroyed both passenger side tires. Regional came out and towed my car home. I would recommend Regional to have your vehicle towed. If I ever need towing again, I will call them.
My son is a new driver and was in his very first accident and did not have a clue to what to do after an accident and officer Martin whom was on the scene was being very rude. When the tow truck driver from Regional arrived he spoke with my son and assured that everything was going to be alright. My husband and I went later to retrieve the vehicle from Regional towing and Mrs. Louise went above and beyond to set up a date and time that was convenient for us due to our busy work schedule. Mrs. Louise was very sweet and set the standards for what excellent customer service is supposed to look like. Thanks Mrs. Louise and the driver whom took the time to help out when my son was in distress.
Regional Towing really got me out of a pinch! They were given my assignment through my insurance’s roadside assistance program and I reached out to them directly for more information/help. The dispatcher was so friendly, so helpful, and so kind; it was a rough moment for me but her kindness put me at ease. While on the phone with me, she spoke to one of the tow truck drivers, explained my situation and he immediately came. When he arrived, there was a lot going on but his calm demeanor gave me reassurance that everything would be fine and it was. He quickly took care of my car; he was professional, documented what needed to be documented and was just as kind as the dispatcher. Off he went to his next call; Regional Towing is a Black-owned business and in my experience one of the best in BR. I hope I never need their services again; however, if I should, they will be who I call and who I recommend to others.
I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Regional. My car stalled on Airline during the night with a lot of traffic. Regional was the only one that stopped to see if I needed any assistance. He did everything he could to try to get my car running and get me to safety. My car still was not able to move and get to a safe location and offered his services despite his shift being over. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get home safely. I highly recommend his services!!
Traveling to Baton Rouge La on 2/26/24 my truck loss power on interstate, called our insurance company to get towed this was at 1230 p.m after getting dispatched to regional towing sat there with my son and a text saying eta 2hours well after sitting 3hours I called Regional directly woman on dispatch replied he's on a call your next up so we wautrd again anotger20 minutes onlyvti grt a text that Regional towing canceled our pickup, ,I got a call my insurance company found another tow company so I left my truck as I got a ride we got a call from Regional towing asking what color- car was my Honda I said excuse me I don't own a Honda and you canceled my pickup so I used another towing company after I sat there on interstate hours with my son, Now I had sat there until 547pm with my son . This is for most the most unprofessional company I ever have heard of vary rude customer service skills on phone and cancel no reason why . Never will use or recommend to anyone .
Very nice and understanding people , car got towed by state police and they close at 5 so they stayed until I was able to arrive while being in traffic and at the DMV for a few minutes but was able to make it within the timeframe.. They gave great advice and helped get my car back the same day
Disappointing Experience with Regional Towing
I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Regional Towing, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The driver exhibited unprofessional behavior, displaying disrespect and aggression attempting to fight a female while her children were present as well as making threats with a gun to a customer.
The encounter left me with a strong sense that the company's drivers lack the professionalism one would expect in the towing industry. Their disrespectful attitude and aggressive demeanor were not only unprofessional but also concerning for the safety of customers.
Furthermore, learning about an incident where the owner was shot by a customer raises serious questions about the overall management and security measures in place at Regional Towing. This incident has left me with extreme reservations about supporting a company that appears to have significant issues with both its staff and management teams.
I would caution others to be aware of these concerns before considering Regional Towing for their towing needs. It's crucial for businesses to prioritize professionalism and customer safety, and unfortunately, my experience with this company has cast major doubt on their ability to do so.

During my first call, the driver seemed lost, so I guided him to the car. The second call was triggered by the driver's aggressive behavior, where I had to intervene to protect a mother of two from verbal threats. Stop acting as a child would in a dispute against siblings and take accountability for your actions and your drivers actions. Anything further you can definitely contact the BBB
